Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a seat of a foldable walk-substituting tool, in particular to a backrest folding structure for the foldable walk-substituting tool.
Background
Chinese patent publication No. CN200942835Y discloses a folding scooter, which comprises a cushion and a backrest, wherein a foldable frame is arranged at the lower side of the cushion, and the backrest is hinged at the rear end of the cushion. In order to reduce the production cost, the cushion and the backrest are made of plastic, and as the backrest is lighter and the hinge joint of the backrest and the cushion is not provided with a locking mechanism or a safety mechanism, the backrest is easy to turn over under the action of wind and fold on the cushion, so that the backrest is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a backrest folding structure which is not easy to fold by mistake under the action of external force, convenient to use and low in cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the backrest folding structure comprises a first part and a second part which are arranged at the rotation fixing position of a backrest and a seat plate, wherein one part of the two parts of the first part and the second part is fixed with the backrest, the other part of the two parts of the first part and the second part is fixed with the seat plate, the first part is fixed with one end of a movable part, the other end of the movable part extends towards the side of the second part, the end face of the second part is provided with a first pushing surface for contacting with the first part, the first pushing surface is an inclined surface, the plane of the first pushing surface is inclined relative to the rotation fixing axis of the rotation fixing position, or the first pushing surface is an arc surface, and an opening formed by the arc surface is arranged forwards or backwards; when the backrest and the seat are folded, the first part is positioned at the side of the second part, and the movable part is contacted with the side of the second part; when the backrest and the seat are unfolded, the movable part is positioned right in front of or right behind the first pushing surface of the second component.
When a user wants to fold the backrest, the backrest is stressed and overturned, so that the movable part at the first part is contacted with the second part, and the first pushing surface of the second part is contacted with the first contact surface at the moment. The backrest is turned over by pushing the movable part open or squeezing the movable part open firstly and providing larger force for the backrest, so that the backrest can be prevented from being blown by wind easily due to lighter backrest, and the backrest is not easy to fold due to external force; the folding of the backrest can be realized by only overcoming the resistance provided by the movable part, and a user only needs to turn over the backrest, so that the folding of the backrest is very convenient; the invention only adds the first component and the second component, and has fewer parts and lower cost. Wherein the first part and the movable part may be integrally formed of plastic.
Preferably, the end surface of the movable part, which is used for contacting with the first pushing surface, is a first contact surface, the movable part is provided with a linkage protrusion extending to the side, the end surface of the linkage protrusion, which is used for contacting with the first pushing surface, is a second contact surface, the second contact surface is far away from the first pushing surface of the second component compared with the first contact surface, and when the backrest and the seat are folded, the side surface of the linkage protrusion of the movable part is contacted with the side surface of the second component.
When a user turns over the backrest, the first pushing surface of the second part is contacted with the first contact surface, and when the movable part is pushed to move sideways, the first pushing surface of the second part is contacted with the second contact surface again, and the movable part moves sideways to the second part completely along with the continuous turning over of the backrest. The invention has the advantages that the linkage bulge is arranged to play a certain buffering role, so that safety accidents caused by too fast overturning of the backrest are avoided when a user overturns the backrest with larger force; meanwhile, the one-time overlarge displacement of the end part of the movable part can be avoided, so that the service life of the movable part is prolonged.
Preferably, the first contact surface is an inclined surface, and the plane where the first contact surface is located is inclined relative to the rotation fixing axis of the rotation fixing part. The first contact surface is an inclined surface, so that the force required by the lateral movement of the end part of the movable part is reduced, and the phenomenon of clamping and stopping in the folding process of the backrest is avoided.
Preferably, the second contact surface is an inclined surface, and the inclination angle of the second contact surface is larger than that of the first contact surface. That is, the included angle formed between the second contact surface and the first pushing surface is larger than the included angle formed between the first contact surface and the first pushing surface. The first pushing surface of the second component is easier to move from the front side to the rear side of the second contact surface to the side of the linkage protrusion, so that a certain buffer effect can be achieved, and meanwhile, the backrest is prevented from being blocked greatly when being folded, and the use comfort and stability can be improved.
Preferably, the second component further has a second pushing surface for contacting with the second contact surface, the second pushing surface is closer to the first contact surface than the first pushing surface, and a third contact surface for contacting with the side surface of the movable part is connected between the second pushing surface and the first pushing surface. The second pushing surface is matched with the second contact surface, and the third contact surface is matched with the movable part and the side surface of the linkage protrusion, so that the lateral contact surface area of the second part and the movable part is increased, the movable part is conveniently pushed to move laterally, and meanwhile, the stability of the chair is improved when the chair is used.
Preferably, the movable part is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped opening formed by the movable part faces the rotation fixing part and takes the rotation fixing axis as the circle center of the arc-shaped opening. When the backrest is folded, the movable part is arc-shaped, so that the second part is always contacted with the movable part, and the stability of the backrest is improved when the backrest is used.
Preferably, a bending part is formed at the deviating end part of the movable part, and the opening direction formed by the bending part is opposite to the moving direction of the movable part after being pushed by the second component. The movable part can not deflect around the joint of the movable part and the first component after being pushed by the device, and can deflect at the bending part.
Preferably, the end of the movable part is provided with a lateral-opening yielding groove, and the opening direction of the yielding groove is the same as the moving direction of the movable part after being pushed by the second component. The arrangement described above makes the movable portion end portion lighter, also facilitates the shaping of the first contact surface and the second contact surface, and facilitates the first component being made of plastic.
Preferably, the backrest or the seat plate is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves, the first component is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions extending into the limiting grooves, and the width of the limiting protrusions is smaller than that of the limiting grooves. Through setting up spacing groove and spacing arch to confirm first part setting position, guarantee the effective contact of second part and movable part.
Preferably, the first member is provided with a protection portion located right in front of or right behind the end of the movable portion, the protection portion is closer to the second member than the movable portion, and a gap is formed between the protection portion and the movable portion. The protection part is arranged to protect the second part and the movable part to a certain extent, so that foreign matters are prevented from entering between the first part and the second part.
The invention has the advantages of difficult error folding of the backrest under the action of external force, convenient use and lower cost.
