Abstract
The invention discloses a double-sided printing device and a printing method, which comprise a vertical table, a paper releasing mechanism, a paper winding mechanism, a first printing mechanism, a second printing mechanism and a paper surface changing mechanism, wherein the paper releasing mechanism is arranged on the vertical table; the front side of the vertical platform is sequentially provided with a first platform, a second platform and a third platform from bottom to top, the first printing mechanism comprises a first silk screen plate and a first printing scraper component, the second printing mechanism comprises a second printing screen plate and a second printing scraper component, and the paper face changing mechanism is arranged between the first platform and the second platform and is opposite to the paper releasing mechanism and the paper winding mechanism.

Background
With the continuous development of social civilization, the printing industry is in a prosperous period, wherein double-sided printing is a commonly applied printing mode for saving paper resources.
However, in the prior art, during the double-sided printing process, the ink printed on the front side is often rubbed on other parts during the reverse-side printing, so that the printing effect of the printed front side is poor, and the impression cylinder which is rubbed with the ink can also pollute subsequent paper, thereby affecting the printing effect.

and step two, drying the first surface of the printing paper: after printing of the first surface of the printing paper is finished, the printing paper enters a first drying box and is dried by an ultraviolet lamp in the first drying box;
and step three, printing the second surface of the printing paper: printing the second surface of the printing paper by the second printing scraper component and the second silk-screen plate in a matching way after the printing paper is subjected to surface changing by the paper surface changing mechanism passes through the second printing mechanism;
and fourthly, drying the second surface of the printing paper: and after the printing of the second surface of the printing paper is finished, the printing paper enters a second drying box and is dried by an ultraviolet lamp in the second drying box, and the dried printing paper is wound by a paper winding mechanism.

the front face of the vertical platform is sequentially provided with a first platform 11, a second platform 12 and a third platform 13 from bottom to top, the paper releasing mechanism is arranged above one side of the first platform in the length direction and used for supplying printing paper, and the paper winding mechanism is arranged above one side of the second platform in the length direction and used for winding the printing paper;
the first printing mechanism comprises a first silk-screen plate 45 and a first printing scraper component, the first silk-screen plate is fixed in the middle of the first platform through a first mounting component, a gap for printing paper to pass through is reserved between the first silk-screen plate and the first platform, and the first printing scraper component is arranged at the bottom of the second platform and is right opposite to the first silk-screen plate;

In one embodiment, the paper winding mechanism comprises a servo motor 31, a second rotating shaft seat 33 and a second material roller 34, wherein the output shaft of the servo motor is connected with a speed reducer 32, the speed reducer and the servo motor are arranged on the back of a vertical table corresponding to one side of the second table, a driving shaft of the speed reducer penetrates through the vertical table to be connected with the second rotating shaft seat, the second material roller is inserted into the second rotating shaft seat, the second rotating shaft seat rotates under the matching of the servo motor and the speed reducer, and the second material roller inserted into the second rotating shaft seat winds up the printing paper which is printed on two sides and dried.
In one embodiment, the first mounting assembly comprises two first overlapping columns 44 arranged above the first platform and connected with the vertical platform, first overlapping edges 46 are arranged on two adjacent sides of the two first overlapping columns, the first screen printing plate is fixed on the two first overlapping edges through bolts, and the first screen printing plate is fixed with the two overlapping columns through bolts, so that the first mounting assembly can be conveniently detached by an operator.
In one embodiment, the second mounting assembly comprises two second overlapping columns 54 which are arranged above the second platform and connected with the vertical platform, second overlapping edges 56 are arranged on two adjacent sides of the two second overlapping columns, the second screen printing plate is fixed on the two second overlapping edges through bolts, and the second screen printing plate is fixed with the two overlapping columns through the bolts, so that the second mounting assembly is also convenient for an operator to detach.
In one embodiment, the first printing scraper assembly includes a first servo ball screw module 41, a first hydraulic cylinder 42 and a first scraper 43, the first servo ball screw module is disposed at the bottom of the second platform, the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the first servo ball screw module, the first scraper is connected with a driving shaft of the first hydraulic cylinder, when the first surface of the printing paper is printed, the first hydraulic cylinder drives the first scraper to descend and contact with the first screen printing screen, and when the first ball screw module drives the first hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate, the printing on the printing paper can be realized.
In one embodiment, the second printing scraper assembly includes a second servo ball screw module 51, a second hydraulic cylinder 52 and a second scraper 53, the second servo ball screw module is disposed at the bottom of the third platform, the second hydraulic cylinder is connected to the second servo ball screw module, the second scraper is connected to a driving shaft of the second hydraulic cylinder, when printing the second surface of the printing paper, the second hydraulic cylinder drives the second scraper to descend and contact with the second screen printing screen, and when the second ball screw module drives the second hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate, the printing of the printing paper can be realized.
It should be noted that, in order to meet the use requirements of different customers, the number of the first printing mechanisms and the second printing mechanisms in the invention may be multiple, and the silk screen plates corresponding to each of the first printing mechanisms and the second printing mechanisms are exposed with patterns in advance.
In one embodiment, the inner top walls of the first drying box and the second drying box are provided with ultraviolet drying lamps 100, and the opposite sides of the first drying box and the second drying box are provided with windows through which paper passes, when the first side of the printing paper is printed and passes through the first drying box, the ultraviolet drying lamps in the first drying box dry the printing paper, and when the second side of the printing paper is printed and passes through the second drying box, the ultraviolet drying lamps in the second drying box dry the printing paper.
In one embodiment, the first tensioning roller 90 is arranged on the corresponding vertical table above the two opposite sides of the first platform, the second tensioning roller 110 is arranged on the corresponding vertical table above the two opposite sides of the second platform, and the first tensioning roller and the second tensioning roller can ensure that the printing paper is in a tensioned state, so that the first surface printing, the first surface drying, the surface changing, the second printing and the second surface drying of the printing paper are ensured.
A duplex printing method comprising at least the following:
the first step, printing the first surface of the printing paper: the paper releasing mechanism discharges materials and passes through the first printing mechanism, and the first printing scraper component is matched with the first silk screen plate to print the first surface of the printing paper;

and fourthly, drying the second surface of the printing paper: and after the printing of the second surface of the printing paper is finished, the printing paper enters a second drying box and is dried by an ultraviolet lamp in the second drying box, and the dried printing paper is wound by a paper winding mechanism.

The duplex printing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second printing squeegee assembly comprises a second servo ball screw module, a second hydraulic cylinder and a second squeegee, the second servo ball screw module is disposed at the bottom of the third platform, the second hydraulic cylinder is connected to the second servo ball screw module, and the second squeegee is connected to a driving shaft of the second hydraulic cylinder.
8. The double-sided printing device according to claim 1, wherein the top wall of the first drying box and the second drying box are provided with ultraviolet drying lamps, and opposite sides of the first drying box and the second drying box are provided with windows for paper to pass through.

A perfecting printing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first platform is provided with first tensioning rollers on respective vertical tables on opposite sides thereof, and said second platform is provided with second tensioning rollers on respective vertical tables on opposite sides thereof.
10. A method of duplex printing according to any of claims 1-9 and comprising at least the following:
the first step, printing the first surface of the printing paper: the paper releasing mechanism discharges materials and passes through the first printing mechanism, and the first printing scraper component is matched with the first silk screen plate to print the first surface of the printing paper;
and step two, drying the first surface of the printing paper: after printing of the first surface of the printing paper is finished, the printing paper enters a first drying box and is dried by an ultraviolet lamp in the first drying box;
and step three, printing the second surface of the printing paper: printing the second surface of the printing paper by the second printing scraper component and the second silk-screen plate in a matching way after the printing paper passes through the second printing mechanism and is changed by the paper face changing mechanism;
and fourthly, drying the second surface of the printing paper: and after the printing of the second surface of the printing paper is finished, the printing paper enters a second drying box and is dried by an ultraviolet lamp in the second drying box, and the dried printing paper is wound by a paper winding mechanism.
