Description

Cultivation method for improving fructus amomi volatile oil at medium-low altitude
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation, in particular to a cultivation method for improving fructus amomi volatile oil at medium-low altitude.
Background
Amomum fruit (academic name:Amomumvillosumlour.) is a perennial herb of the genus cardamom of the family zingiberaceae. The plant height can reach 3 m, and the stem grows scattered; the rootstock crawls the ground, the middle leaves are in a needle shape, the upper leaves are in a linear shape, the tail tip at the top end is smooth and unhairing on two surfaces, the leaf tongues are semicircular, the spike-shaped inflorescence is oval, and the total pedicel is brown and short villus; the scales are membranous, oval, the bracts are needle-shaped, and the membranous is adopted; the small bract is tubular, the top of the calyx has three shallow teeth, white, the inverted oval shape of the lobe, the round spoon shape of the labial lobe, white, and the ovary is white and soft hair. The capsule is elliptical, purple red when mature, brown after dry, polygonal in seed, strong in fragrance, and bitter and cool in taste. Blooming in 5-6 months; the results are obtained in 8-9 months. The fruits are used for medical purposes and mainly treat qi stagnation of spleen and stomach, indigestion, abdominal pain, distension, dysphagia, vomiting, cold diarrhea and cold dysentery.
Fructus Amomi prefers tropical south subtropical rainforest in warm humid climate, is cold-proof, and can resist short and low temperature, and die when frozen at-3 deg.C. The annual average temperature in a production area is 19 to 22 ℃. The water quantity is more than 1000 mm, the relative temperature of the air is more than 90 ℃, and the water logging is avoided. It needs to be properly shaded and prefers to diffuse light. The mountain valley forest with the forest kept intact, the side of the brook with the flowing water, the environment with rich pollination insect resources, the soil and sandy soil with deep, loose, strong water and fertility preservation of the upper layer are suitable for cultivation, and the cultivation on the clay and sandy soil is not suitable.
Along with the enlargement of the planting area of the fructus amomi, people put higher requirements on the quality of the fructus amomi, and the quality of the fructus amomi mainly relates to the content of volatile oil and borneol acetate. The seed groups of the amomum villosum and the green shell sand contain volatile oil which is not less than 3.0 percent (ml/g) specified by the Chinese pharmacopoeia in 2020; hainan sand seed ballContains volatile oil not less than 1.0% (ml/g); dry product borneol acetate (C) 12 H 20 O 2 ) The content should not be less than 0.90%.
The current patents on amomum fruit: the method for planting the amomum villosum has the advantages of improving the yield of the amomum villosum (201910541624.7), regulating the bee nest outlet time to be synchronous with the florescence of the amomum villosum, cultivating the amomum villosum (201810992298.7), breeding the high-quality seedlings of the amomum villosum, planting the amomum villosum (201811053464.3), processing the amomum villosum (201910403007.0), high-yield cultivation method for interplanting amomum between illicium verum and star-horn trees (202111303682. X), pruning method for the amomum villosum (202010633690. X), method for extracting the amomum villosum volatile oil, amomum flavone and amomum villosum polysaccharide by utilizing the amomum villosum (201610350733.7), and the like.
202111303682.X discloses that when an octagonal tree is interplanted with fructus Amomi, the octagonal tree can shade the fructus Amomi plant to prevent sunlight from directly irradiating the octagonal tree, and provide a living environment for the normal growth of fructus Amomi, thereby increasing the yield of fructus Amomi. However, the Octagon trees are still in the new-extraction period from 12 months to 3 months of the next year, so that the fructus amomi is in a hidden environment in one year, the balance and stability of the number of old, middle and young plants in the fructus amomi population are not facilitated, the yield of the fructus amomi in each year is influenced, and the yield of the fructus amomi is difficult to balance; and the interplanting method is not suitable for large-area interplanting in a region with a relatively low altitude below 24 degrees of north latitude.
However, the above prior arts all focus on the improvement of fructus amomi yield, fructus amomi seedling breeding and fructus amomi product processing research, and no cultivation method capable of improving the content of fructus amomi volatile oil is disclosed at present.
