本公开提供一种发送、接收下行控制信道的方法、装置、设备及介质,应用于无线通信技术领域,发送下行控制信道的方法包括:发送节能监听指示信息,所述节能监听指示信息用于指示:对于需要监听的至少一DCI格式,在多时隙PDCCH监听跨度中的一个PDCCH时隙的搜索空间上监听到所述至少一DCI格式后,禁止在所述多时隙PDCCH监听跨度中所述一个PDCCH时隙之后的各PDCCH时隙的搜索空间上对所述至少一DCI格式执行监听。本公开使用户设备在多时隙PDCCH监听跨度中的一个PDCCH时隙的搜索空间上监听到所述至少一DCI格式后,无需再针对此DCI格式进行监听,从而不必对多时隙PDCCH监听跨度中所有PDCCH时隙都进行监听,可以节省用户设备的处理能力。
