Abstract

一种反射式显示器件、显示面板及显示屏。反射式显示器件中,在基底(301)的一侧设置由介质材料阵列(3021)和电致变色材料薄膜(3022)构成的天线阵列(302),并在电致变色材料薄膜(3022)上通过导电材料连接控制电路(303),对电致变色材料给予电信号控制,由电信号控制电致变色材料薄膜(3022)的折射率虚部的变化,从而实现特定颜色的显示亮度的变化。从而,通过不同的几何尺寸的天线阵列(302)可实现不同的颜色及亮度的显示,以及根据不同的颜色和亮度的组合可以实现各种颜色的显示。
