The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present application, and do not limit the scope of the present application. Likewise, the following examples are only some examples and not all examples of the present application, and all other examples obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any inventive step are within the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the display device 10 may include a bottom housing 11, a first sliding cover 12, a second sliding cover 13, and a flexible display 14. The first sliding cover 12 may be fixed on the bottom case 11, and in one example, the first sliding cover 12 may be fixed on the inner bottom surface of the bottom case 11 by glue or screws. Second sliding cover 13 and first sliding cover 12 may be connected in a sliding manner, that is, second sliding cover 13 may slide away relative to first sliding cover 12. The flexible display 14 may include a first end 14A and a second end 14B opposite to each other, and may have a storage state, an expanded state, and a folded state, so that the display device may have a display mode of three states of storage, expansion, and folding.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, when the flexible display 14 is in the storage state, the first sliding cover 12 and the second sliding cover 13 may be stacked on the bottom case 11, and the first end 14A of the flexible display 14 may be located on a side of the second sliding cover 13 away from the first sliding cover 12, and the second end 14B may be stored between the first sliding cover 12 and the bottom case 11. When the display device 10 is operated, the first end portion 14A of the flexible display 14 may be controlled to display and the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14 may be controlled not to display, so as to display the storage form of the display device 10, thereby facilitating the carrying of the user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the flexible display 14 is switched from the storage state to the expansion state, the first end 14A of the flexible display 14 and the second sliding cover 13 slide together relative to the first sliding cover 12, so as to bring the second end 14B of the flexible display out of the storage space between the first sliding cover 12 and the bottom shell 11 to a side of the first sliding cover 12 away from the bottom shell 11. Moreover, when the display device 10 operates, the first end portion 14A and the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14 can be controlled to display, so as to realize the display of the unfolded state of the display device 10, thereby greatly increasing the display area of the display device 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the flexible display 14 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first end portion 14A of the flexible display 14 and the second sliding cover 13 move together in a direction approaching the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14, so as to bend the flexible display 14. Moreover, when the display device 10 works, the first end portion 14A and the second end portion 14B of the flexible display screen 14 can be controlled to display, so that the display of the folding state of the display device 10 is realized, the large-screen display function and the folding display function of the display device can be realized at the same time, and the user experience effect is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, when flexible display 14 is in the expanded state, second slider cover 13 and first slider cover 12 may be positioned in the same plane and together provide support for flexible display 14. Specifically, the surface of the second sliding cover 13 facing the flexible display 14 and the surface of the first sliding cover 12 facing the flexible display 14 may both be flat surfaces and are located in the same plane, so as to ensure that the flexible display 14 in the unfolded state can be located in the same plane.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the display device 10 may further include a front frame 15, where the front frame 15 surrounds the second sliding cover 13 and fixes the first end portion 14A of the flexible display screen 14 and the second sliding cover 13. In one example, the first end 14A of the flexible display 14 may be fixed to the second sliding cover 13 by glue, and the front frame 15 may further fix an edge of the first end 14A of the flexible display 14 and an edge of the second sliding cover 13.
Specifically, when the flexible display 14 is switched from the storage state to the expansion state, the front frame 15 slides relative to the first sliding cover 12 together with the first end 14A of the flexible display 14 and the second sliding cover 13, and further drives the second end 14B of the flexible display 14 to move out from the storage space between the first sliding cover 12 and the bottom case 11 to a side of the first sliding cover 12 away from the bottom case 11, so as to realize expansion and pulling out of the flexible display 14.
In some embodiments, in order to realize the sliding connection between the first sliding cover 12 and the second sliding cover 13, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, a surface of the second sliding cover 13 away from the first end 14A of the first flexible display 14 may be provided with a first sliding slot 131, a surface of the first sliding cover 12 away from the bottom housing 11 may be provided with a first guide rail 121, and the first sliding slot 131 of the second sliding cover 13 may allow the first guide rail 121 of the first sliding cover 12 to slide therein, and accordingly, the sliding directions of the first end 14A of the flexible display 14, the second sliding cover 13, and the front frame 15 may correspond to the length direction of the first guide rail 121 on the first sliding cover 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the display device 10 may further include a rotating shaft 16, the rotating shaft 16 may be fixed to the bottom case 11, and a rotating axis of the rotating shaft 16 may be perpendicular to the sliding direction of the front frame 15.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the rotating shaft 16 may be provided with a guide groove 161, the front frame 15 may be provided with a guide protrusion 151, and the guide groove 161 and the guide protrusion 151 may correspond to each other one by one. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the flexible display 14 is switched from the storage state to the expansion state, that is, the display device 10 is switched from the storage state to the expansion state, the guide protrusion 151 on the front frame 15 slides into the guide groove 161 on the rotation shaft 16 (as shown in the structure of circle C in fig. 8), so as to rotatably connect the front frame 15 to the rotation shaft 16. In an example, the number of the rotating shafts 16 may be two, and the two rotating shafts 16 may be symmetrically disposed at two opposite corners of the bottom case 11.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 9, after the front frame 15 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 16, the front frame 15, the first end portion 14A of the flexible display 14 and the second sliding cover 13 can move around the rotating axis of the rotating shaft 16 under the external force to realize the conversion of the flexible display 14 from the unfolded state to the folded state, that is, to further realize the folding of the flexible display 14 after the flexible display 14 is unfolded.
Moreover, in an embodiment, after the front frame 15, the first end portion 14A of the flexible display 14 and the second sliding cover 13 move around the rotation axis of the rotating shaft 16 under the action of the external force and form an included angle smaller than 180 degrees with the first sliding cover 12, if the external force is removed, the rotating shaft 16 can keep the size of the included angle unchanged or substantially unchanged to some extent, so as to facilitate the user to use the display device 10 in the folded configuration.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 10 and 11, the display device 10 may further include two steel strips 17, and the two steel strips 17 may be respectively fixed to two opposite edges of the flexible display 14 and may extend in a direction from the first end 14A to the second end 14B of the flexible display 14.
Specifically, the material of the steel belt 17 may be a high elastic modulus material, for example, stainless steel or other metal materials. The thickness of the steel strip 17 may be 0.2mm or more. The width of the steel strip 17 may be defined according to the size of the flexible display 14, which is not limited in this application. It can be understood that the steel belt 17 can reinforce the supporting strength of the flexible display screen 14, so as to prevent the flexible display screen 14 from being distorted and deformed due to stretching in the unfolding process of the flexible display screen 14, thereby preventing the flexible display screen 14 from being damaged, and the steel belt 17 can also play a role of pulling and lifting support, so that the flexible display screen 14 can be smoothly unfolded and pulled out, and can be smoothly stored and pushed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 10 and 11, the display device 10 may further include a balance rail 18, one end of the balance rail 18 may be connected to one end of one of the steel bands 17 extending to the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14, and the other end of the balance rail 18 may be connected to one end of the other steel band 17 extending to the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14. In one example, both ends of the balance rail 18 may be perpendicularly connected to the ends of the two steel belts 17 extending to the second end 14B of the flexible display 14, respectively. In addition, the two steel belts 17 are fixedly connected by the balance rail 18, so that the problem of distortion of the flexible display 14 caused by a stretching operation can be further avoided in the unfolding process of the flexible display 14.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 12, the display device 10 may further include a slide rail 19 and a slide rail cover 20, wherein the slide rail 19 may be fixed to the bottom case 11 through the slide rail cover 20. When the flexible display 14 is in the storage state, a portion of the flexible display 14 located between the first sliding cover 12 and the bottom housing 11 (i.e., the second end portion 14B) may abut against a side of the slide rail 19 away from the bottom housing 11. Therefore, the frictional resistance in the process of unfolding the flexible display 14 can be reduced, and the frictional resistance when the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14 is pulled out can be reduced, so that the flexible display 14 can be more smoothly unfolded, pulled out, stored and pushed in.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 10 and 11, the display device 10 may further include a roller 21, the roller 21 may be fixed on the bottom housing 11, and a rotation axis of the roller 21 may be perpendicular to a sliding direction of the second sliding cover 13. Specifically, the flexible display 14 may further include a middle portion 14C connecting the first end portion 14A and the second end portion 14B. When the flexible display 14 is in the storage state, the roller 21 may be located between the middle portion 14C of the flexible display 14 and the first slide cover 12, and the middle portion 14C of the flexible display 14 may abut against the roller 21. Therefore, the frictional resistance in the process of unfolding the flexible display 14 can further reduce the frictional resistance when the second end portion 14B of the flexible display 14 is pulled out, so that the flexible display 14 can be more smoothly unfolded, pulled out, stored and pushed in.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the flexible display panel 14 may include a polarizer 141, a display layer 142, a flexible process supporting film 143, a screen structure supporting film 144, and a driving circuit, where the display layer 142 is disposed on one side of the polarizer 141, the flexible process supporting film 143 is disposed on one side of the display layer 142 away from the polarizer 141, the screen structure supporting film 144 is disposed on one side of the flexible process supporting film 143 away from the display layer 142, and the driving circuit is electrically connected to the display layer 142, and in one example, the driving circuit may include a flexible circuit board (cof) 145 and a driving PCB 146, and the flexible circuit board (cof) 145 is used to electrically connect the driving PCB 146 to the display layer 142.
Specifically, the display layer 142 may be a flexible display layer such as an OLED display layer, the display layer 142 may include a substrate, an anode layer, an organic light emitting layer, a cathode layer, and an encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer may include a barrier layer and a buffer layer, and may prevent the film layers such as the organic light emitting layer from being damaged by environmental factors and external forces. The flexible process supporting film 143 may be made of foam, copper foil, graphite, etc. to achieve the supporting, heat dissipating, and anti-interference functions. The screen structure supporting film 144 may be made of polyurethane, so as to support and protect the display layer 142.
It should be noted that, the present embodiment provides a new application mode of the flexible display 14, and a new application mode of the whole device is provided by combining the sliding and folding modes with the flexibility of the flexible display 14, so that after the flexible display 14 is stored, not only the display function of the flexible display 14 can be utilized, but also the purpose of being portable with respect to the rolling can be achieved, and the flexible display can be restored to a conventional portable display device, such as a tablet computer or a tablet, and when the flexible display 14 is used for the unfolding function, the display area can be optionally adjusted according to the user's requirements, and further, after the flexible display 14 is completely unfolded, the display 10 can be folded by an internal rotating shaft device (such as the rotating shaft 16), so that the display 10 becomes a conventional folded notebook.
As can be seen from the above, the display device provided in this embodiment includes: a bottom case; the first sliding cover is fixed on the bottom shell; the second sliding cover is connected with the first sliding cover in a sliding manner; a flexible display screen comprising opposing first and second ends, having a stowed, deployed and collapsed state; when the flexible display screen is in a storage state, the first sliding cover and the second sliding cover are arranged in a stacked mode, the first end portion is located on one side, away from the first sliding cover, of the second sliding cover, and the second end portion is stored between the first sliding cover and the bottom shell; when the flexible display screen is switched from the storage state to the expansion state, the first end part and the second sliding cover slide relative to the first sliding cover together so as to bring the second end part out to one side of the first sliding cover, which is far away from the bottom shell; when the flexible display screen is switched from the unfolding state to the folding state, the first end part and the second sliding cover move together towards the direction close to the second end part. Therefore, the flexible display screen can display in various forms, and the application prospect of the flexible display screen product is expanded.
The application of the display device is not particularly limited, and the display device may be any product or component with a display function, such as a television, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a wearable display device (e.g., a smart band, a smart watch, etc.), a mobile phone, a virtual reality device, an augmented reality device, a vehicle-mounted display, an advertisement light box, etc.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
