Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
After fruits and vegetables produced all over the country are ripe, the fruits and vegetables can be quickly transported to different places for trading by means of ships, vehicles, airplanes and the like so as to meet local purchasing requirements.
However, the transportation method commonly used at present has the following technical problems: in the transportation process, the fruits and vegetables are damaged or rotten due to improper treatment (for example, the fruits and vegetables collide with each other or the transportation time is too long when the transportation vehicle runs at a high speed), so that the freshness of the fruits and vegetables is reduced.
The method is suitable for a cloud platform, the cloud platform is in communication connection with fruit and vegetable transportation equipment (such as a truck or a train), and the fruit and vegetable transportation equipment is provided with a camera and various detection sensors and can be called by the cloud platform.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of steps of one embodiment of the freshness status detection method for transported fruits and vegetables provided by the invention is shown.
By way of example, the method may include:
s11, collecting odor data of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable transportation area in real time.
In one embodiment, the cloud platform can collect odor data of fruits and vegetables in a fruit and vegetable transportation area of the transportation equipment by calling various sensors of the fruit and vegetable transportation equipment.
For example, fruit and vegetable odor data in the container can be collected by a sensor.
In one embodiment, the fruit and vegetable odor data is a fruit and vegetable sweetness value.
After collecting the data odor data, it may be determined whether the collected data is abnormal to determine the freshness status of the fruits and vegetables, wherein, as an example, the step S11 may include the following sub-steps:
and S111, collecting the sweetness value of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable transportation area in real time.
Specifically, the apparent diffusion coefficient of the fruits and vegetables can be obtained through magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging; determining the effective apparent dispersion coefficient of the fruits and vegetables according to the apparent dispersion coefficient of the sample fruits and vegetables; then, detecting the sweetness of the fruit and vegetable sample; then establishing a first sweetness detection model according to the effective apparent diffusion coefficient of the fruits and vegetables and the sweetness of the sample, wherein the first sweetness detection model represents the relation between the sweetness and the effective apparent diffusion coefficient; and finally, determining the sweetness value of the fruits and the vegetables according to the first sweetness detection model.
Optionally, a device for detecting the sweetness and acidity of the fruits and vegetables can be used for directly collecting the sweetness value of the fruits and vegetables.
And S112, judging whether the sweetness value of the fruit and vegetable is greater than a preset sweetness value.
S113, if the sweetness value of the fruits and the vegetables is larger than a preset sweetness value, determining that the odor data of the fruits and the vegetables are in an abnormal state.
And S114, if the sweetness value of the fruits and vegetables is smaller than a preset sweetness value, determining that the odor data of the fruits and vegetables are in a normal state.
Specifically, when the sweetness value of the fruits and vegetables is larger than the preset sweetness value, the fact that the sugar of the fruits and vegetables is accumulated to a certain degree and the fruits and vegetables are volatilized and may begin to rot is indicated, and the odor data of the fruits and vegetables are determined to be in an abnormal state. And conversely, when the sweetness value of the fruits and the vegetables is smaller than the preset sweetness value, the volatile sugar of the fruits and the vegetables is less, and the fruits and the vegetables are not rotten, and the odor data of the fruits and the vegetables are determined to be in a normal state.
And S12, acquiring the image of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable transportation area in real time if the odor data of the fruits and vegetables are determined to be in an abnormal state.
In one embodiment, the fruit and vegetable image is an image obtained by shooting fruits and vegetables in a fruit and vegetable transportation area in real time.
The freshness degree of the fruits and the vegetables can be evaluated through the fruit and vegetable images so as to further determine the freshness state of the fruits and the vegetables.
S13, identifying the type of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable image, and searching the corresponding fruit and vegetable chromatic value of the fruit and vegetable type.
The fruit and vegetable types are fruits and vegetables, such as apple, banana, orange, lettuce, carrot, etc.
Correspondingly, the colorimetric values of the fruits and the vegetables are the characteristic color values of the fruits and the vegetables. For example, the chroma value of the fruits and vegetables of the bananas is a chroma value corresponding to yellow.
S14, determining an image corresponding to the chromatic value in the fruit and vegetable image according to the chromatic value of the fruit and vegetable to obtain a chromatic value image.
And searching the images of the chromatic values of the fruits and the vegetables in the images of the fruits and the vegetables.
S15, removing the chromaticity value image from the fruit and vegetable image to obtain an abnormal area image.
In one embodiment, the area ratio is the area ratio of the abnormal region image to the fruit and vegetable image.
In actual operation, the abnormal regions of the fruits and the vegetables can be determined from the fruit and vegetable images through the color characteristics of the fruits and the vegetables, so that the abnormal region images are obtained.
Specifically, the image of the area corresponding to the non-chromaticity value image in the fruit and vegetable image may be an abnormal area image.
Optionally, the corresponding chromatic value of the corresponding fruit and vegetable during rotting can be searched based on the type of the fruit and vegetable, and then the corresponding image area is searched in the fruit and vegetable image according to the corresponding chromatic value during rotting, so that the abnormal area image is obtained.
For example, the corresponding chromatic value of the banana is a black chromatic value when the banana is rotted, a corresponding black area is searched in the fruit and vegetable image, and the black area is used as an abnormal area image.
S16, calculating the ratio of the area of the abnormal area image to the area of the fruit and vegetable image to obtain the area ratio.
Specifically, the area ratio of the two images is calculated, and the area ratio is obtained.
S17, determining the fresh-keeping state of the fruits and vegetables according to the area ratio.
In one embodiment, the current fresh-keeping state of the fruits and vegetables can be determined to be fresh or rotten according to the area ratio.
Wherein, as an example, step S17 may comprise the following sub-steps:
s171, judging whether the area ratio is larger than a preset ratio or not;
s172, if the area ratio is smaller than a preset ratio, determining that the fresh-keeping state of the fruits and vegetables is fresh;
s173, if the area ratio is larger than a preset ratio, determining that the fresh-keeping state of the fruits and vegetables is rotten.
In this embodiment, when the area ratio is smaller than the preset ratio, it is indicated that the number of rotted or damaged fruits and vegetables in the image of the fruits and vegetables is small, the transportation and storage states of the fruits and vegetables are better, and the fresh-keeping state of the fruits and vegetables is determined to be fresh. On the contrary, when the area ratio is larger than the preset ratio, the number of rotten or damaged fruits and vegetables in the image is large, and the freshness keeping state of the fruits and vegetables is determined to be rotten.
In order to notify the user of the relevant maintenance operation immediately after the fruit and vegetable abnormality, after the sub-step S173, for example, the method may further include:
and S174, marking a plurality of abnormal areas in the fruit and vegetable image according to the abnormal area image to obtain a marked image.
In an actual operation mode, a plurality of abnormal areas can be highlighted or highlighted, so that the fruit and vegetable image can generate a marked image.
Optionally, images corresponding to a plurality of abnormal regions may also be captured from the fruit and vegetable images, and then the corresponding images are subjected to dynamic effect processing, where the dynamic effect may be a clipping or fade-in and fade-out video effect.
S175, sending the marked image to a preset intelligent terminal so that the intelligent terminal can remind a user.
The intelligent terminal can be a mobile terminal of a manager of the cloud platform; or the mobile terminal is a mobile terminal of a manager of the fruit and vegetable transportation equipment.
In an optional embodiment, the intelligent terminal may generate corresponding alarm information after receiving the marker image, so as to remind a user or a manager to perform corresponding processing. Or after receiving the marked image, the intelligent terminal performs visualization processing on the marked image for the user to refer to.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
in the embodiment of the invention, whether the fruits and vegetables in the transportation area are abnormal or not can be determined according to the odor data of the fruits and vegetables, when the fruits and vegetables are determined to be abnormal, the images of the fruits and vegetables in the transportation area are immediately collected, then the types of the fruits and vegetables in the images of the fruits and vegetables are identified, the chroma values of the fruits and vegetables corresponding to the types of the fruits and vegetables are searched, then the images corresponding to the chroma values are determined in the images of the fruits and vegetables according to the chroma values of the fruits and vegetables to obtain the images of the chroma values, the images of the chroma values are removed from the images of the fruits and vegetables to obtain the images of the abnormal area, the ratio of the area of the images of the abnormal area to the area of the images of the fruits and vegetables is calculated to obtain the area ratio, and the fresh-keeping state of the fruits and vegetables is determined according to the area ratio, so that the quick and accurate real-time detection effect can be realized, and the fresh-keeping operation of a user is convenient to avoid the rotten fruits and vegetables caused by the overlong transportation period.
