And then, controlling the valve of the waste gas recirculation system to be opened to a target opening, blowing the air flow through the valve of the waste gas recirculation system, and closing the valve of the waste gas recirculation system after the air flow lasts for a preset time length, so that the air flow can be used for blowing out the foreign matters causing the clamping stagnation. And then sending an instruction for opening the target detection opening degree to the exhaust gas recirculation system valve, acquiring the actual detection opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve, and judging whether the clamping failure of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is repaired or not based on the target detection opening degree and the actual detection opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve. And if the clamping stagnation fault of the repaired exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged, the normal operation of the engine is recovered. Therefore, when the clamping stagnation fault of the valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system is monitored, the problems that fuel enters the post-processing system to be combusted, parts of the post-processing system are burnt and damaged and the like can be effectively avoided, the clamping stagnation fault can be automatically and timely eliminated, and normal running of a vehicle can be quickly recovered.
Another embodiment of the present application provides an electronic control unit, as shown in fig. 5, including the following units:
the opening monitoring unit 501 is configured to determine a current target opening of an egr valve of a target vehicle in real time, and receive a current actual opening of the egr valve of the target vehicle, which is acquired by a position sensor.
The first determining unit 502 is configured to determine whether a sticking fault exists in the egr valve based on a current actual opening and a current target opening of the egr valve.
And an engine control unit 503 for cutting off fuel supply to the engine of the target vehicle and controlling the engine to enter a reverse towing mode when it is determined that the exhaust gas recirculation system valve has the stuck fault.

The detecting unit 506 is configured to send an instruction to open the target detection opening degree to the egr valve, and obtain an actual detection opening degree of the egr valve.
The second determining unit 507 is configured to determine whether the sticking fault of the egr valve has been repaired based on the target detection opening and the actual detection opening of the egr valve.
And a recovery unit 508 for recovering the normal operation of the engine when the stuck fault of the repaired exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the first determining unit includes:
the first judgment subunit is used for judging whether the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is larger than a preset threshold value or not.
The first determining unit is used for determining that the exhaust gas recirculation system valve has a clamping stagnation fault when the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged to be larger than a preset threshold value.
And the second determining unit is used for determining that the exhaust gas recirculation system valve has no clamping stagnation fault when the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged to be not greater than the preset threshold value.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the target opening degree is a maximum opening degree, and the valve opening unit includes:
and the valve opening subunit is used for controlling the valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system to be opened to the maximum opening degree by sending an instruction for opening the maximum opening degree to the valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the electronic control unit further includes:
and the third judging unit is used for judging whether the recorded times of repeatedly opening and closing the valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system is equal to the preset times or not. When the recorded times of repeated opening and closing of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve are judged to be equal to the preset times, the detection unit executes an instruction of sending the opening target detection opening degree to the exhaust gas recirculation system valve.
And the accumulation unit is used for adding one to the recorded repeated opening and closing times of the waste gas recirculation system valve and returning the result to the valve opening unit when the recorded repeated opening and closing times of the waste gas recirculation system valve are judged to be not equal to the preset times.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the electronic control unit further includes:
and the first prompting unit is used for feeding back target fault prompting information to a driver of the target vehicle. And the target fault prompt information is used for prompting that the clamping stagnation fault exists in the exhaust gas recirculation system valve at present, and the clamping stagnation fault is processed by entering a drag-down mode.
And the working condition monitoring unit is used for monitoring the current running working condition of the target vehicle in real time.
And the fourth judgment unit is used for judging whether the current operation working condition of the target vehicle meets the target safety condition. The target safety condition refers to a condition for ensuring safety of the vehicle when fuel supply to an engine of the vehicle is cut off and the engine is controlled to enter a tow-down mode.
And the second prompting unit is used for prompting a driver of the target vehicle to start jamming fault processing when the current operation working condition of the target vehicle is judged to meet the target safety condition.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the electronic control unit further includes:
and the third prompting unit is used for feeding back fault repairing prompting information to the driver of the target vehicle. Wherein the fault repair prompt message is used for prompting that the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is eliminated and the normal operation of the vehicle is recovered.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the electronic control unit further includes:

and the torque limiting unit is used for recovering the fuel supply of the engine of the target vehicle and controlling the engine to enter a torque limiting mode when the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged not to be repaired.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the electronic control unit further includes:
the searching unit is used for searching a target preset difference value range in which the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening degree and the current target opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is located from each preset difference value range;
the setting unit is used for setting the time length corresponding to the target preset difference value range as the preset time length; the larger the limit value of the preset difference range is, the longer the corresponding time length is.
Optionally, in an electronic control unit provided in another embodiment of the present application, the recovery unit includes:
a recovery subunit for recovering fuel supply to an engine of the target vehicle and adjusting the target vehicle to a gear that matches a current vehicle speed of the target vehicle.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of each unit provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, reference may be made to the implementation process of each step executed by the electronic control unit in the foregoing system, and details are not described here again.

Claims (10)

1. A system for treating valve sticking, comprising:
a position sensor and an electronic control unit;
the position sensor is used for acquiring the current actual opening degree of a valve of an exhaust gas recirculation system of the target vehicle in real time;
the electronic control unit is used for determining the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve of the target vehicle in real time and receiving the current actual opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve of the target vehicle acquired by the position sensor;
determining whether a sticking fault exists in the exhaust gas recirculation system valve based on the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve;
if the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged to have the clamping stagnation fault, cutting off fuel supply of an engine of the target vehicle, and controlling the engine to enter a reverse dragging mode;
controlling the exhaust gas recirculation system valve to open to a target opening to blow a gas flow through the exhaust gas recirculation system valve;
after a preset duration, closing the exhaust gas recirculation system valve;
sending an instruction for opening a target detection opening degree to the exhaust gas recirculation system valve, and acquiring an actual detection opening degree of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve;
determining whether a stuck fault of the EGR valve has been repaired based on the target detected opening and the actual detected opening of the EGR valve;
and if the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is repaired, recovering the normal operation of the engine.
2. The system for managing valve sticking according to claim 1, wherein the electronic control unit is configured to, when determining whether there is a sticking fault in the egr valve based on the current actual opening and the current target opening of the egr valve,:
judging whether the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is larger than a preset threshold value or not;
if the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged to be larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the exhaust gas recirculation system valve has a clamping stagnation fault;
and if the absolute value of the difference value between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged to be not larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the exhaust gas recirculation system valve has no clamping stagnation fault.
3. The valve sticking treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the target opening degree is a maximum opening degree, and the electronic control unit performs the control for opening the egr valve to the target opening degree, for:
and controlling the valve of the waste gas recirculation system to be opened to the maximum opening degree by sending an instruction of opening the maximum opening degree to the valve of the waste gas recirculation system.
4. The valve stuck process system of claim 1, wherein said electronic control unit is further configured to:
before the command of opening the target detection opening degree is sent to the exhaust gas recirculation system valve, whether the recorded times of repeatedly opening and closing the exhaust gas recirculation system valve are equal to preset times or not is judged; if the recorded times of repeated opening and closing of the waste gas recirculation system valve is equal to the preset times, executing the instruction of sending the opening target detection opening degree to the waste gas recirculation system valve;
and if the recorded times of repeatedly opening and closing the waste gas recirculation system valve are not equal to the preset times, adding one to the recorded times of repeatedly opening and closing the waste gas recirculation system valve, and returning to execute the control of opening the waste gas recirculation system valve to the target opening.
5. The valve stuck handling system according to claim 1, wherein said electronic control unit is further configured to:
feeding back target failure prompt information to a driver of the target vehicle before performing the fuel cut of an engine of the target vehicle and controlling the engine to enter a towing mode; the target fault prompt information is used for prompting that the clamping stagnation fault exists in the exhaust gas recirculation system valve at present, and the clamping stagnation fault is processed by entering a drag-down mode;
monitoring the current operation condition of the target vehicle in real time;
judging whether the current operation condition of the target vehicle meets a target safety condition; wherein the target safety condition refers to a condition for ensuring vehicle safety when fuel supply to an engine of a vehicle is cut off and the engine is controlled to enter a towing mode;
and if the current operation condition of the target vehicle is judged to meet the target safety condition, prompting a driver of the target vehicle to start jamming fault treatment.
6. The valve stuck process system of claim 1, wherein said electronic control unit is further configured to:
feeding back a failure repair prompt message to a driver of the target vehicle after the restoration of the normal operation of the engine is performed; and the fault repairing prompt message is used for prompting that the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is eliminated and the normal operation of the vehicle is recovered.
7. The valve stuck handling system according to claim 1, wherein said electronic control unit is further configured to:
if the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is judged not to be repaired, feeding back target alarm prompt information; the target alarm prompt information is used for prompting that the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is not automatically repaired and needs to be manually maintained.
8. The valve stuck handling system according to claim 1, wherein said electronic control unit is further configured to:
and if the clamping stagnation fault of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is not repaired, recovering the fuel supply of the engine of the target vehicle, and controlling the engine to enter a torque limiting mode.
9. The valve stuck process system of claim 2, wherein said electronic control unit is further configured to:
finding out a target preset difference range in which the absolute value of the difference between the current actual opening and the current target opening of the exhaust gas recirculation system valve is located from each preset difference range;
setting the time length corresponding to the target preset difference range as the preset time length; the larger the limit value of the preset difference range is, the longer the corresponding time length is.
10. The valve stuck management system according to claim 1, wherein said electronic control unit performs said restoring normal operation of said engine for:
resuming fueling of an engine of the target vehicle and adjusting the target vehicle to a gear that matches a current vehicle speed of the target vehicle.
