When the tower cranes are required to be installed in a switching mode, the combined universal foundation can be used universally only by moving the position of the rigid box body, changing the installation position of the pressing block assembly and replacing the supporting legs, so that the tower cranes with large tonnage differences use one set of foundation together, resource waste and cost are reduced, and reasonable utilization of materials is realized.
