Description

High-temperature and high-pressure resistant drilling fluid plugging agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum drilling, in particular to a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant drilling fluid plugging agent.
Background
The south China sea warole agar basin is one of three high-temperature and high-pressure gathering areas of the world, is also a main battlefield for natural gas exploration in the south China sea area, and has a far-reaching prospect in oil and gas exploration. The main purpose layer yellow flow group two-section drilling is frequent in lost circulation, large in plugging difficulty and low in plugging success rate, well drilling efficiency and well control safety are seriously affected, and exploration and development processes of the tectorial membrane basin are restricted. The existing leakage-proof and plugging material has the problem of insufficient performance and poor plugging effect.
The conventional plugging materials (such as mica sheets, walnut shells, rubber, cotton seed hulls and the like) at present have poor plugging effect due to insufficient high-temperature and high-pressure resistance in the plugging operation process of high-temperature and high-pressure stratum. The conventional plugging agent is easy to carbonize and degrade under the high-temperature condition, the original performance of the plugging agent is changed, the performance of drilling fluid is also reduced, and the plugging success rate is low, and repeated leakage frequently occurs. In addition, the conventional plugging agent particles are mainly concentrated below 9 meshes (the diameter is about 1.98 mm), the particle size distribution is low, the plugging agent is only suitable for plugging micro cracks, and when the cracks with larger opening degree need to be plugged, the plugging coverage rate is too low, and the plugging effect is poor.
In the high-temperature and high-pressure stratum plugging process, the problems are specifically expressed as follows: 1. after high-temperature aging, the appearance forms of walnut shells, rubber, cotton seed shells, fibers and the like are obviously changed; 2. organic plant materials such as walnut shells and the like are subjected to coking degradation after high-temperature aging, and organic polymer materials such as rubber and the like are subjected to melting degradation after high-temperature aging; 3. the compressive strength of the walnut shell and other organic plant materials is obviously reduced after high-temperature aging, and the elastic deformation rate of the rubber is obviously reduced after aging; 4. the high-temperature aging effect reduces the surface friction coefficient of plugging materials such as walnut shells, and the like, so that the stability of a force chain network in the formed plugging layer structure is weakened, shearing dislocation instability is easy to occur, and repeated leakage is caused; 5. the walnut shell and other plant particles are degraded at high temperature, the particle size is reduced, the original stratum crack opening cannot be effectively bridged and plugged, and the plugging efficiency is reduced.
Therefore, aiming at the rare high-temperature and high-pressure stratum (the underground temperature is generally higher than 180 ℃ and the pressure coefficient is close to 2.3) such as the oriole basin in the south China sea, the conventional plugging agent and the plugging process cannot meet the field condition, and new materials and new technologies are needed to solve the problem of leakage in the area.
