Description

Traction system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering construction machinery, in particular to a traction system.
Background
In engineering construction, a traction type hoistway construction elevator is generally used. The traction type well construction lifter is the biggest difference with an indoor elevator: the indoor elevator is installed for one time and is always used; the traction type hoistway construction lifter needs to be provided with a temporary machine room, and the temporary machine room needs to be lifted and moved for a plurality of times along with the construction progress of the main body structure. The traction type hoistway construction hoist thus puts new demands on the structure of the entire temporary machine room member.
The elevator rope end assembly is also called a "traction rope end fitting". The end of the traction rope is connected with a component of a car, a counterweight or a machine room spandrel girder. There are cone sleeve type, self-locking wedge type, rope clip type and other types. Of these, the cone sleeve type is the most commonly used type; the self-locking wedge type is less used; the rope clamps are more used, and are generally selected for sundries ladders; other structures are spliced rope heads, sleeve fixing screw heads and the like. The end of the main rope is processed as a rope end, a shackle rod connected with the rope sleeve is communicated with a car frame hole, a counterweight frame and other stop piece rope end plates, and then is fastened by double nuts. Springs are typically inserted at each shackle stem to ensure uniform tension in the hoisting ropes. The mechanical strength of the hoisting rope in combination with the rope head should be at least 80% of the minimum breaking load of the hoisting rope.
In the traditional elevator rope end combination, the taper sleeve type rope end combination needs to be provided with a traction rope end in the rope end combination and is locked permanently or semi-permanently; the self-locking type and rope clamping type structures are all required to fold the traction rope end in half and then put into the rope end combination. The bending radius of the hoisting rope at the folded position is generally 2-4 times of the nominal diameter of the hoisting rope, and after the hoisting rope is bent, the hoisting rope is repeatedly used, and particularly after the hoistway construction lifter is lifted along with a temporary machine room, the bent hoisting rope is required to be used as a suspension hoisting rope. Meanwhile, the rope end installation mode brings great inconvenience to the repeated lifting operation of the temporary machine room.
