本发明属于汽车技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种混联式混合动力***。
背景技术
汽车作为一种交通工具改变人们日常生活,但随着时代发展,石油资源 的有限性以及人们对环境友好的需求日益增长,使得对汽车的燃油消耗及尾 气排放要求日益严格。各大主机厂纷纷开始探索新的技术路线,在此背景下 混合动力汽车技术、纯电动汽车技术、燃料电池技术等应用于汽车产品,也 逐渐得到社会的认可。但受材料以及基础建设的限制,纯电动汽车技术(里 程焦虑)、燃料电池技术(基建不完善)面临应用瓶颈,混合动力汽车技术 很好的解决上述问题。
目前的混合动力架构主要为功率分流或串并联,其中部分公司采用多速 比方案面临控制逻辑复杂驾驶平顺性较差的问题、部分公司采用单速比又面 临动力单元经济性较差的问题、行星齿轮机构又面临日本多重技术壁垒限 制,无法得到很好的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种结构简单,实现不 同模式之间的有效平顺切换,动力及经济性能好的混联式混合动力***。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的这种混联式混 合动力***,包括壳体及设于所述壳体内的变速机构,其特征在于:所述变 速机构包括齿轮传动的变速机构输入轴和变速机构输出轴;离合器一侧连接 至发动机,另一侧与变速机构输入轴连接;所述变速机构输入轴的末端连接 第二电机;所述变速机构输出轴末端连接有第一电机;所述变速机构输出轴 通过齿轮连接传动至差速器。

所述变速机构输入轴上设有一档主动齿轮与二档主动齿轮,所述一档主 动齿轮与二档主动齿轮之间设有同步器。

本发明中,变速机构输出轴13上设有分别与一档主动齿轮7和二档主 动齿轮8啮合的一档从动齿轮10与二档主动齿轮9。一档从动齿轮10与二 档主动齿轮9通过空套与变速机构输出轴13连接。
本发明中,差速器11与一档从动齿轮10连接,差速器11带动车辆驱 动运行。第一电机1为驱动发电一体机。第二电机2为驱动发电启动一体机。
本发明中,发动机3输出端通过双质量飞轮4连接至离合器5。发动机 3、离合器5、双质量飞轮4同轴连接。

车辆上采用的混动变速箱结构如图1所示,其包括壳体及设于壳体内的 变速机构,变速机构包括变速机构输入轴12和变速机构输出轴13。离合器 5一侧与双质量飞轮4连接,另一侧与变速机构输入轴12连接;同步器6 通过空套与变速机构输入轴12连接;一档主动齿轮7与二档主动齿轮8通 过轴承与变速机构输入轴13连接;第二电机2与变速机构输入轴12末端连 接;一档从动齿轮10与二档主动齿轮9通过空套与变速机构输出轴13连接; 第一电机1与变速机构输出轴13末端连接;差速器11与一档从动齿轮10 连接。一档从动齿轮10、二档主动齿轮9通过空套与变速机构输出轴13连 接;离合器5用于实现发动机3与变速机构输入轴12的结合与分离,为常 开状态;同步器6用于实现发动机3挡位切换;本实施例中设有一档和二档 两档切换。
本发明中一种混联式混合动力***,采用平行三轴方案,即发动机3、 离合器5、双质量飞轮4连接;一档主动齿轮7、二档主动齿轮8、第二电机 2、同步器6同轴;第一电机1、一档从动齿轮10、二档主动齿轮9同轴; 此结构设置简单,各模式切换顺畅。
本发明提供一种混联式混合动力***,纯电驱动模式包含单电机驱动模 式和双电机驱动模式。
单电机驱动模式(如图2中所示):离合器5脱开,同步器6处于中间 位置,第一电机1通过一档从动齿轮10将动力输出至差速器11,实现驱动。
双电机驱动模式(如图3、4中所示):离合器5脱开,同步器6处于一 档或二挡位置,第二电机2通过变速机构及第一电机1通过一档从动齿轮将 动力输出至差速器11,实现驱动。
增程模式(如图5中所示):同步器6处于中间位置,离合器5闭合, 第二电机2启动发动机3后发动机3带动第二电机2发电,供第一电机1驱 动车辆。
发动机直驱模式(如图6、7中所示):同步器6处于一档或二挡位置, 离合器5闭合,动力经一档从动齿轮10传递至差速器11;第二电机2发电 或空转,第一电机1空转。
混合动力模式(如图8、9、10、11、12、13中所示):同步器6处于一 档或二挡位置,离合器5闭合,动力经一档从动齿轮10传递至差速器11; 第二电机2发电或空转,第一电机1驱动。
能量回收模式(如图14中所示):同步器6处于中间位置、离合器5脱 开,动力经差速器11、一档从动齿轮10传递至第一电机1发电。
倒车行驶模式:主要依托第一电机1反转实行整车的倒车行驶模式。
本发明混联式混合动力***,结构简单,实现不同模式之间的有效平顺 切换,动力及经济性能好,具有较强的实用性和较好的应用前景。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语 “安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也 可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可 以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员 而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,但是本发明并不受限于上述 方式,只要采用本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进或 直接应用于其它场合的,均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种混联式混合动力***,包括壳体及设于所述壳体内的变速机构,其特征在于:所述变速机构包括齿轮传动的变速机构输入轴和变速机构输出轴;离合器一侧连接至发动机,另一侧与变速机构输入轴连接;所述变速机构输入轴的末端连接第二电机;所述变速机构输出轴末端连接有第一电机;所述变速机构输出轴通过齿轮连接传动至差速器。
2.按照权利要求1所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述变速机构输入轴上设有一档主动齿轮与二档主动齿轮,所述一档主动齿轮与二档主动齿轮之间设有同步器。
3.按照权利要求2所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述同步器通过空套与所述变速机构输入轴连接;所述一档主动齿轮与二档主动齿轮通过轴承与变速机构输入轴连接。
4.按照权利要求2所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述变速机构输出轴上设有分别与所述一档主动齿轮和二档主动齿轮啮合的一档从动齿轮与二档主动齿轮。
5.按照权利要求4所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述一档从动齿轮与二档主动齿轮通过空套与变速机构输出轴连接。
6.按照权利要求4所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述差速器与所述一档从动齿轮连接。
7.按照权利要求1所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述第一电机为驱动发电一体机。
8.按照权利要求1所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述第二电机为驱动发电启动一体机。
9.按照权利要求1所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述发动机输出端通过双质量飞轮连接至离合器。
10.按照权利要求9所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:所述发动机、离合器、双质量飞轮同轴连接。
