When the rhizome medicinal materials subjected to grading screening are subjected to impurity removal, the medicinal materials vibrate from the screen 111 to the pouring chute 2, and as the pouring chute 2 is of an inclined parallelogram structure, after one end of the medicinal materials collides with the side wall of the pouring chute 2, the posture of the medicinal materials is changed from the vertical direction on the sun net to the horizontal direction and falls on the first head alignment device 3, and as the front end of the first head alignment device 3 is inclined downwards, the front end of the medicinal materials incline downwards and pass through the material leakage holes 305 to be aligned with the baffle 312, and move leftwards under the transportation of the conveying belt 303, and when the root of the medicinal materials is conveyed to the saw blade 308, one end of the medicinal materials is cut off by the saw blade 308; after one end of the medicinal material is cut off, the medicinal material is continuously conveyed to the second end alignment device 4 forwards, and as the rear end of the second end alignment device 4 is inclined downwards, the rear end of the medicinal material is aligned with the baffle 312, and under the conveying of the second end alignment device 4, the other end of the medicinal material is cut off by the saw blade 308, the impurity removal operation at two ends of the medicinal material is completed, the medicinal material after the grading impurity removal is discharged through the discharge hopper 315, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the efficiency of grading impurity removal of the medicinal material is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the end beam 112 is provided with a chute 114, the net strip 113 is slidably mounted in the chute 114, two ends of the net strip 113 are provided with threaded holes, and fastening bolts 117 are screwed in the threaded holes, so that the position of the net strip 113 is adjusted, and the method is suitable for grading use of rhizome medicinal materials with different diameters.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a backing plate 115 is disposed on one side of the fastening bolt 117, a pointer 116 is disposed at the upper end of the backing plate 115, graduation marks 123 are disposed on the upper portion of the end beam 112, and the pointer 116 points to the graduation marks 123, so as to facilitate visual determination of the distance between the adjacent net strips 113.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, in this embodiment, a material following frame 118 is disposed at the upper portion of the screen 111, the material following frame 118 is in an inverted V-shaped plate structure, two sides of the material following frame 118 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the screening frame 101 through connecting rods 119, and the distance between two ends of the opening of the material following frame 118 and the inner wall of the screening frame 101 is smaller than the length of the medicinal materials; when transverse medicinal materials exist on the screen 111, the transverse medicinal materials cannot be effectively screened and classified under the condition of no dryness, and the transverse medicinal materials slide to two sides of the following material frame 118 after the transverse medicinal materials move downwards and collide with the following material frame 118 through the following material frame 118, and the pose of the medicinal materials is gradually changed into the vertical pose from transverse, so that the pose adjustment of the transverse medicinal materials is realized, and the accuracy of medicinal material classification is ensured.
As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, a blocking rod 121 is disposed at the front end of the forward feeding frame 118, two ends of the blocking rod 121 extend to the inner wall of the sieving frame 101, and the distance between the blocking rod 121 and the sieve 111 is greater than the diameter of the thickest medicinal material of the medicinal materials to be sieved and less than the sum of the diameter of the thickest medicinal material and the diameter of the thinnest medicinal material (the thickest and thinnest medicinal materials are only limited to the medicinal materials to be sieved); the material blocking rod 121 blocks down the overlapped medicinal materials on the sunning net, so that the medicinal materials on the upper part are prevented from falling into the pouring chute 2 along with the medicinal materials on the lower part, and the accuracy of classification of the medicinal materials is further ensured.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the material following frame 118 is provided with a kidney-shaped groove 120, the kidney-shaped groove 120 is vertically arranged on the material following frame 118, the material blocking rod 121 is slidably mounted in the kidney-shaped groove 120, two groups of adjusting nuts 122 are in threaded connection with the material blocking rod 121, the two groups of adjusting nuts 122 respectively abut against the inner wall of the material following frame 118 to fix the material blocking rod 121, and the kidney-shaped groove 120 is convenient for adjusting the height of the material blocking rod 121 to adapt to material blocking during classification of medicinal materials with different diameters.
As shown in fig. 9-10, in this embodiment, the baffle 312 is slidably connected with the extension plate 311, one side of the extension plate 311 is screwed with an adjusting screw 313, one end of the adjusting screw 313 is provided with a knob, and the other end of the adjusting screw 313 is movably connected with the baffle 312; the adjusting screw 313 is convenient for adjusting the distance between the baffle 312 and the discharge hole 305 so as to adjust the cutting length of the end of the medicinal material.
As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, an auxiliary pressing plate 314 is disposed on the upper portion of the conveying belt 303, two ends of the auxiliary pressing plate 314 are connected with the side plates 304, and the distance between the auxiliary pressing plate 314 and the conveying belt 303 is greater than the diameter of the medicinal material, and when the end of the medicinal material is cut off by the auxiliary pressing plate 314, the other end of the medicinal material is prevented from tilting.

1.
