The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the cylindrical workpiece 4 is sprayed with the silicon rubber insulating coating, the cylindrical workpiece 4 is firstly placed on the top of the bearing table 503, then the isolation cylinder 7 is sleeved on the cylindrical workpiece 4, the positioning work of the isolation cylinder 7 is completed through the connecting ring 12 and the annular connecting groove 13, then a clockwise turning force is applied to the turntable 605, the turntable 605 drives the adjusting nut 604 to rotate, the threaded rod 603 can drive the fixing block 606 and the rotating block 607 to vertically move downwards along with the rotation of the adjusting nut 604, after the rotating block 607 is contacted with the I-shaped cushion block 11, the I-shaped cushion block 11 can be driven to vertically move downwards until the bottom of the I-shaped cushion block 11 generates extrusion force on the top of the cylindrical workpiece 4, and after the cylindrical workpiece 4 is ensured not to move, the application force on the turntable 605 is stopped;
then, taking out the hole plug 204 inside the feeding hole, adding the silicon rubber insulating coating into the charging barrel 203 through the feeding hole, after the feeding operation is finished, reusing the hole plug 204 to seal the feeding hole, wherein the silicon rubber insulating coating entering the charging barrel 203 in the above process enters the inside of the high-pressure spray head 201 through the connecting pipe 202, and then driving the high-pressure spray head 201 to enter the inside of the strip-shaped spraying hole 31 through the auxiliary push-pull rod 16, in the process, the high-pressure spray head 201 drives the extrusion block 3202 to move, and along with the movement of the extrusion block 3202, the extrusion block 3202 applies extrusion force to the roller 3201, so that the connecting rod 3004, the cross-shaped sliding block 3003 and the arc-shaped scraping strip 3005 vertically move upwards along the cross-shaped sliding groove 3002;
then, an external switch of the servo motor 502 is turned on, the servo motor 502 drives the bearing platform 503 and the columnar workpiece 4 to rotate, then, a switch of the high-pressure spray head 201 is turned on, spraying work is completed through rotation of the silicone rubber insulating paint sprayed by the high-pressure spray head 201 and the columnar workpiece 4, after the spraying work is finished, the high-pressure spray head 201 is driven to be separated from the strip-shaped spraying hole 31 through the auxiliary push-pull rod 16 again, when the high-pressure spray head 201 moves, the extrusion block 3202 also moves, at the moment, the connecting rod 3004, the cross-shaped sliding block 3003 and the arc-shaped scraping strip 3005 automatically move vertically downwards under the action of the return spring 3006, and accordingly scraping work of the inner wall of the isolation cylinder 7 is completed, and then, excess silicone rubber insulating paint flows into the annular drainage groove 17 through the first annular drainage slope 24, the second annular drainage slope 25 and the third annular drainage slope 29 and then flows into the collection frame 20 through the drainage channel 18 and the drainage plate 21 to be collected.

the anti-splashing mechanism comprises an isolation cylinder (7), a round hole is formed in the top of the isolation cylinder (7), an inner cavity fixedly connected with mounting ring (8) of the round hole, inner wall fixedly connected with annular cloth (9) of the mounting ring (8), an inner wall fixedly connected with fixing ring (10) of the annular cloth (9), and an inner cavity of the fixing ring (10) is rotatably connected with an I-shaped cushion block (11).

The anti-splashing insulating silicon rubber coating spraying device according to claim 1, wherein a connecting ring (12) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the isolating cylinder (7), outer threads are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the connecting ring (12), an annular connecting groove (13) is formed in the bottom of the inner wall of the working chamber (3), and the outer wall of the connecting ring (12) is in threaded connection with the inner cavity of the annular connecting groove (13) through the outer threads.
