Meanwhile, the components and the proportion of the scalp care essence are regulated, so that the residual quantity of the essence in the flow guide comb is effectively reduced, and the waste is reduced.

Specifically, the first aspect of the invention provides a scalp care essence, which is prepared from raw materials comprising 30-70 parts by weight of a water phase raw material and 10-50 parts by weight of an alcohol phase raw material; the alcohol phase raw material contains 3-8 parts by weight of aliphatic amide.

The scalp care essence in the present application may be prepared in a conventional manner in the art, for example, by mixing the aqueous phase material and the alcohol phase material and homogenizing the mixture.

The specific components of the aqueous phase material are not particularly limited in the application, and various raw materials well known to those skilled in the art can be selected and used according to the functions of the essence, for example, piroctone olamine salt can be added as an anti-dandruff component, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate or capryloyl glycine can be added as a scalp care component, panthenol can be added to promote the moisturizing performance of the formula, polyethylene glycol-90M can be added to promote the wet hair conditioning performance, and amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane or oil can be added to promote the dry hair conditioning effect of the formula.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the viscosity of the scalp care essence is 200-2000 cps; further preferably, the viscosity of the scalp care essence is 800 to 1200cps. According to the invention, the viscosity of the scalp care essence can be regulated and controlled by regulating and controlling the content of components such as the thickening agent in the water-phase material. The applicant has found that the use effect is best and the scalp can be better penetrated when the viscosity of the essence is in the range of 200-2000 cps, especially in the range of 800-1200 cps. When the viscosity of the comb is too high, the comb liquid outlet of the flow guide teeth is easily blocked, and when the viscosity of the comb is too low, the outflow is too fast, essence is automatically exuded and flows downstream to the face, the neck and the like, so that the product is wasted and inconvenient to use.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the scalp care essence has a pH of 5.0 to 8.0. In the invention, the pH value (pH value) of the essence can be regulated and controlled by adding some pH value regulators, wherein the selection of specific components of the pH value regulators is not particularly limited, and acid regulators including but not limited to citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, oxalic acid, acetic acid and the like can be selected; alkaline regulators include, but are not limited to, sodium citrate, sodium lactate, sodium oxalate, ammonia, ethanolamine, sodium acetate, and the like.

As a preferable technical scheme, the water phase material comprises a thickening agent, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium hyaluronate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and sodium lactate.

Further, the water phase material comprises, by weight, 20-60 parts of water, 0.1-3 parts of a thickening agent, 0.1-1 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.01-0.8 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 0.01-0.5 part of sodium lactate. Further, the water phase material comprises, by weight, 45 parts of water, 1.8 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 0.3 part of sodium lactate.

The specific choice of the thickener in the present invention is not particularly limited, and various thickeners known to those skilled in the art can be selected. Further preferably, the thickening agent comprises one or more of carbomer, poloxamer, gelatin, carrageenan, arabic gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and xanthan gum.

The alcohol phase raw material comprises a proper amount of aliphatic amide; further, the content of the fatty amide in the scalp care essence is at least 2wt%; further, the content of the fatty amide in the scalp care essence is at least 3.5wt%.

The aliphatic amide in the invention is a compound with a molecular structure containing a long hydrophobic alkyl chain and an amido bond; further, the number of carbon atoms of a hydrophobic alkyl chain in the aliphatic amide structure is 12-22; further, the aliphatic amide may be one or more of dodecanoic acid amide, hexadecanoic acid amide, oleic acid amide, erucic acid amide, stearic acid amide; further preferably, the aliphatic amide is oleic amide.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the alcohol phase raw material also comprises menthol, hydroxydecanoic acid and an alcohol solvent; further, the alcohol phase raw material comprises, by weight, 3-8 parts of aliphatic amide, 0.1-1.5 parts of menthol, 0.01-1.0 part of hydroxydecanoic acid (preferably 10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-50 parts of an alcohol solvent. In the present invention, the specific choice of the alcohol solvent is not particularly limited, and conventional alcohol solvents including, but not limited to, ethanol, propanol, 1,4-butanediol, isopropanol, 1,6-hexanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, etc. may be used.

As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the alcohol phase raw material further comprises ceramide; further, the ceramide is ceramide-1; further, the mass ratio of the ceramide-1 to the oleamide is 1: (3-5); further preferably, the mass ratio of the ceramide-1 to the oleamide is 1:3.

Further, the alcohol phase raw material comprises, by weight, 3.6 parts of aliphatic amide, 0.4 part of menthol, 0.3 part of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 1.2 parts of ceramide-1 and 35 parts of an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol solvent is a mixture of ethanol, isopropanol and 1,4-butanediol, and the mass ratio is 3.

The applicant finds that the addition of a proper amount of the specific aliphatic amide to the scalp care essence of the present application helps to reduce the residual amount of the essence in the guide teeth when the essence is used, reduces the waste of the essence, and also reduces the cleaning difficulty after the comb with the guide teeth is used, so that the operation is more convenient, and particularly, when the oleic amide and the ceramide-1 are simultaneously added to the alcohol phase material and the mass ratio of the oleic amide and the ceramide-1 is guaranteed to be 1:3, the effect is particularly remarkable. The applicant speculates that in the scalp care essence containing the above alcohol phase material, due to a large amount of hydrophobic alkyl chain segments contained in the oleamide structure, when the essence with proper consistency flows from the guide comb, the essence can migrate to the surface of the viscous fluid of the essence to form an elastic film, so that a lubricating effect is achieved between the essence fluid and the inner wall of the guide comb, and the residual quantity of the essence can be reduced. In addition, the applicant also unexpectedly discovers that by adopting the compounded oleamide and ceramide-1 as part of raw materials of the essence, the micro environment of the scalp is improved, the stability of the essence at high temperature can be further improved, the stability of the essence at high temperature is effectively avoided, and the problems that the essence becomes thin at high temperature, the normal use is influenced and the like are avoided.

The invention provides a use method of the scalp care essence, the scalp care essence and a comb with guide teeth are combined for use, the comb with the guide teeth comprises a liquid guide cavity and a hollow liquid guide comb tooth, and a liquid outlet is formed in one end, contacting with the scalp, of the liquid guide comb tooth; the application method of the scalp care essence comprises the following steps:

Example 1

The embodiment provides a scalp care essence which is prepared from raw materials comprising a water phase raw material and an alcohol phase raw material; the alcohol phase raw material comprises, by weight, 3.6 parts of aliphatic amide (oleamide), 0.4 part of menthol, 0.3 part of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 1.2 parts of ceramide-1 and 35 parts of an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol solvent is a mixture of ethanol, isopropanol and 1,4-butanediol, and the mass ratio is 3; the water phase material comprises, by weight, 45 parts of water, 1.8 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA 1788), 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 0.3 part of sodium lactate; the thickening agent is carbomer 971.

Example 2

The embodiment provides a scalp care essence which is prepared from raw materials comprising a water phase raw material and an alcohol phase raw material; the alcohol phase raw material comprises, by weight, 0.4 part of menthol, 0.3 part of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid, 1.2 parts of ceramide-1 and 35 parts of an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol solvent is a mixture of ethanol, isopropanol and 1,4-butanediol, and the mass ratio is 3; the water phase material comprises, by weight, 45 parts of water, 1.8 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA 1788), 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 0.3 part of sodium lactate; the thickening agent is carbomer 971.

Example 3

The embodiment provides a scalp care essence which is prepared from raw materials comprising a water phase raw material and an alcohol phase raw material; the alcohol phase raw material comprises, by weight, 3.6 parts of aliphatic amide (oleamide), 0.4 part of menthol, 0.3 part of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid and 35 parts of an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol solvent is a mixture of ethanol, isopropanol and 1,4-butanediol, and the mass ratio is 3; the water phase material comprises, by weight, 45 parts of water, 1.8 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 part of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA 1788), 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 0.3 part of sodium lactate; the thickening agent is carbomer 971.

Performance test

The applicant places the scalp care essence liquid sample in the embodiment in a constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 50 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 60%, stores the scalp care essence liquid sample for 24 hours, then takes out the scalp care essence liquid sample and restores the scalp care essence liquid sample to room temperature, observes the change of the sample before and after the experiment, and classifies the scalp care essence liquid sample into 1-3 grades according to the severity of the phenomena of thinning of the essence liquid, layering, darkening of the color and the like, wherein the grade 1 is that any unstable situation does not occur; grade 2 is the slight thinning that occurs; grade 3 is the case where the consistency thinning occurs more significantly. In addition, the applicant took an equal amount of the samples of the above examples, used the same time with the electric nursing comb having the guide teeth as shown in fig. 1, squeezed out all the essence therein normally, and then disassembled the electric nursing comb, hung the essence remaining therein, and weighed the essence samples remaining in the above examples, and found that the sample residue in example 1 was significantly less than the sample residue in examples 2 and 3, whereas the sample residue in example 2 was significantly higher than the samples of the remaining examples.

Claims (10)

1. The scalp care essence is characterized in that the preparation raw materials comprise 30-70 parts by weight of water phase raw materials and 10-50 parts by weight of alcohol phase raw materials; the alcohol phase raw material contains 3-8 parts by weight of aliphatic amide.

2. The scalp care essence according to claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the scalp care essence is 200 to 2000cps; further preferably, the viscosity of the scalp care essence is 800 to 1200cps.

3. A scalp care essence according to claim 1, wherein the scalp care essence has a pH of 5.0 to 8.0.

4. The scalp care essence according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the aqueous phase material comprises a thickener, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium hyaluronate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and sodium lactate.

The scalp care essence according to claim 4, wherein the aqueous phase material comprises, by weight, 20 to 60 parts of water, 0.1 to 3 parts of a thickener, 0.1 to 1 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.01 to 0.8 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05 to 1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 0.01 to 0.5 part of sodium lactate; further preferably, the thickening agent comprises one or more of carbomer, poloxamer, gelatin, carrageenan, acacia, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum.

6. The scalp care essence according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the alcohol phase raw material further comprises menthol, hydroxydecanoic acid and an alcohol solvent.

7. The scalp care essence according to claim 6, wherein the aliphatic amide is oleic acid amide.

8. The scalp care essence of claim 6 wherein the alcohol phase material further comprises ceramide.

9. A method of using the scalp care essence according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the scalp care essence is used in combination with a comb having guide teeth, the comb having guide teeth comprises a drainage cavity and a hollow drainage comb tooth, and a liquid outlet is provided at one end of the drainage comb tooth contacting with the scalp; the application method of the scalp care essence comprises the following steps:

step two: the scalp care essence in the liquid guide cavity is squeezed out from the liquid outlet of the liquid guide comb teeth in a manual or electric mode.
