Description

Movable lock lug and electronic device comprising same
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a movable lock tab and an electronic device including the same, and more particularly, to a movable lock tab with easy assembly and disassembly and an electronic device including the same.
Background
Generally, a part of electronic components inside an electronic product can be locked on a circuit board by a locking manner, so that the electronic components can be maintained at a fixed position, and the electronic product is prevented from being damaged due to the electronic product being accidentally bumped, which causes an abnormal electrical connection of the electronic components and prevents the electronic product from being normally operated.
Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, fig. 1A is a schematic diagram of a prior art electronic component being locked to a first circuit board by a fixed lock lug, and fig. 1B is a schematic diagram of a prior art electronic component being locked to a second circuit board by a fixed lock lug. As shown in fig. 1A, the two fixed locking lugs LE extend from the outer frame FM of the electronic component EC, and the positions of the two fixed locking lugs LE are matched with the positions of the screw holes of the first circuit board CB1, so that the electronic component EC can be locked on the first circuit board CB1 by the two fixed locking lugs LE. As shown in fig. 1B, two fixed locking lugs LE similarly extend from the outer frame FM of the electronic component EC, and the positions of the two fixed locking lugs LE are matched with the screw holes of the second circuit board CB2, so that the electronic component EC can be locked on the second circuit board CB2 by the two fixed locking lugs LE.
As can be seen from the above examples, since the board types of the circuit boards may have different designs according to different electronic products or space limitations, such as rectangular (e.g. the first circuit board CB 1) or L-shaped (e.g. the second circuit board CB 2), and the screw hole configurations (e.g. the number and the position) of the circuit boards with different board types are also different, the fixed locking lug LE with one fixed number and fixed position obviously cannot be applied to the circuit boards with different board types. In other words, if the electronic component is to be locked on circuit boards of different board types, the number and the position of the fixed locking lugs LE need to be designed correspondingly to the board types of the circuit boards, which also results in increased time and cost costs. Accordingly, there is a need for a new electronic device that can be used with different types of circuit boards to lock electronic components on different types of circuit boards.

Detailed Description
The positional relationship described in the following embodiments includes: the top, bottom, left and right, unless otherwise indicated, are based on the orientation of the elements in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a perspective view of a movable lock lug and a fixing member according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of an outer frame according to an embodiment of the present application. The movable lock lug 10 can be selectively locked to the outer frame 12. In detail, as shown in fig. 2, the movable lock tab 10 includes a first locking member 100, a second locking member 102 disposed opposite to the first locking member 100, and a propping member 104 disposed between the first locking member 100 and the second locking member 102. As shown in fig. 3, the outer frame 12 includes a first concave portion 120, a second concave portion 122 disposed opposite to the first concave portion 120, and a sidewall 124 located between the first concave portion 120 and the second concave portion 122. The first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 of the movable lock ear 10 can be locked in the first concave part 120 and the second concave part 122 of the outer frame 12, respectively. In an embodiment, the movable lock ear 10 further includes a fastening member 106 sequentially passing through the first locking member 100, the abutting member 104, the second locking member 102 and the fixing member 2, and maintaining a distance between the first locking member 100 and the second locking member 102 at a specific distance by engaging with the fixing member 2. In this embodiment, the fastening member 106 may be a screw, and the fixing member 2 has a screw hole H corresponding to the fastening member 106, such as a nut. It should be noted that the structure and the cooperation between the fastening member 106 and the fixing member 2 are only examples, and the practical application is not limited thereto, and the structure and the cooperation that can maintain the distance between the first fastening member 100 and the second fastening member 102 at a specific distance are all within the scope of protection of the present application.
The locking mechanism of the movable lock lug 10 and the outer frame 12 will be further described below. Referring to fig. 4A, 4B and 4C, fig. 4A is a side view of the movable lock lug, the fixing member and the outer frame according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 4B is a side view of the movable lock lug fastened to the outer frame according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4C is a side view of the movable lock lug not fastened to the outer frame according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4A, the first locking member 100 of the movable locking lug 10 includes a first body 100a and a first locking portion 100b, the first locking portion 100b extends from one end of the first body 100a, and the first locking portion 100b corresponds to the first recess 120 of the outer frame 12 and can be locked with each other. The second locking member 102 of the movable lock ear 10 includes a second body 102a and a second locking portion 102b, the second locking portion 102b extends from one end of the second body 102a, and the second locking portion 102b corresponds to the second recess 122 of the outer frame 12 and can be locked with each other. The abutting member 104 includes a first contact portion 104a, a second contact portion 104b, a first curved portion 104c and a second curved portion 104d. The first contact portion 104a contacts the first body 100a of the first buckle 100. The second contact portion 104b contacts the second body 102a of the second latch 102. The first curved portion 104c is connected to a side between the first contact portion 104a and the second contact portion 104b close to the side wall 124, wherein the first curved portion 104c has a curved end portion E, and a position of the curved end portion E changes with a change in a distance between the first latch 100 and the second latch 102, specifically, away from or close to the side wall 124, due to the cooperation between the fastener 106 and the fixed member 2. In an embodiment, the propping element 104 may be a ring-shaped and elastic component, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 4B, the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 of the movable lock ear 10 are respectively locked in the first concave part 120 and the second concave part 122 of the outer frame 12, so that the distance D between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 becomes the first distance D1, the propping part 104 disposed between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 is compressed, the bent end E of the first bent part 104c props against the sidewall 124, and finally the distance D is maintained at the first distance D1 by the clamping force provided by the fastening part 106 and the fixing part 2 to the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102, so that the movable lock ear 10 is locked in the outer frame 12 due to the force balance. At this time, since the first bending portion 104c and the second bending portion 104d can be made of the same material and are also pressed by the first locking member 100 and the second locking member 102, the second bending portion 104d is also subjected to substantially the same stress as the first bending portion 104 c. In practice, as one end of the first bending portion 104c may be defined as the bending end portion E, and the position of one end of the second bending portion 104d relative to the bending end portion E may also be defined as a stress balance end portion for offsetting the restoring force of the balance bending end portion E. In one example, by providing the second bending portion 104d (e.g., the stress balance end portion thereof), the first locking element 100 and the second locking element 102 can be kept substantially parallel (equally spaced), and the first locking element 100 and the second locking element 102 are prevented from being inclined only by the first bending portion 104 c.
As shown in fig. 4C, the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 of the movable lock ear 10 are not respectively locked in the first concave part 120 and the second concave part 122 of the outer frame 12, so that the distance D between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 is changed from the first distance D1 to the second distance D2 larger than the first distance D1, the compression degree of the propping part 104 disposed between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 is reduced, the curved end E of the propping part 104 does not prop against the sidewall 124, and finally the distance D is maintained at the second distance D2 by the clamping force provided by the fastening part 106 and the fastening part 2 to the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102, so that the movable lock ear 10 is not locked in the outer frame 12 due to the unbalanced force, and the movable lock ear 10 can slide relative to the outer frame 12, even be separated from the outer frame 12. Here, the second distance D2 may be between the first distance D1 and a preset distance, and the preset distance may be defined as a distance between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 when the propping part 104 is not pressed yet.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, it can be further defined that when the abutting element 104 is not pressed (for example, the first locking element 100 and the second locking element 102 are not smaller than the preset distance), the bent end E is substantially maintained at a default position relative to the first locking element 100 and the second locking element 102. However, when the propping element 104 is pressed by the first locking element 100 and the second locking element 102 (for example, the first locking element 100 and the second locking element 102 are smaller than the predetermined distance), the bent end E gradually protrudes outward, and at this time, the bent end E is said to protrude out of the default position in this embodiment. In addition, the structure of the movable lock ear 10 and the outer frame 12 that are mutually fastened is only an example, and the practical application is not limited thereto, and all the structures that can achieve mutual fastening belong to the protection scope of the present application.
Accordingly, the movable lock ear 10 can be further combined with the outer frame 12 for various electronic device applications. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a side view of an electronic device, a to-be-fixed object and a circuit board according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 1 can be used to lock the object 3 to be fixed to the circuit board 4, wherein the object 3 can be any electronic component, such as a battery pack (battery pack), fixed to the circuit board 4 by using a locking method. The electronic device 1 includes a movable lock lug 10 and a frame 12. The outer frame 12 can be disposed around the object 3 by fastening, adhering, or locking. The movable locking lug 10 can be fastened to the outer frame 12 and coupled to the circuit board 4 by the mutual engagement of the fastening member 106 and the screw hole H of the circuit board 4, wherein the screw hole H of the circuit board 4 corresponds to the fastening member 106 for the fastening member 106 to be rotatably locked. Thus, the electronic device 1 can be used to lock the object 3 to be fixed on the circuit board 4. Next, a bonding mechanism between the electronic device 1, the object 3, and the circuit board 4 will be further described.
Referring to fig. 6A to 6C, fig. 6A is a side view of an embodiment of the present application, wherein an object to be fixed is locked on a circuit board by an electronic device. Fig. 6B is a perspective view of an electronic device for locking a to-be-fixed object to a circuit board according to an embodiment of the application. Fig. 6C is a top view of an embodiment of the present application for securing a to-be-secured object to a circuit board via an electronic device. First, the outer frame 12 is disposed around the object 3 to be fixed. Then, the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 of the movable lock ear 10 are respectively locked in the first concave part 120 and the second concave part 122 of the outer frame 12, so that the distance D between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 becomes the first distance D1, the propping part 104 arranged between the first locking part 100 and the second locking part 102 is compressed, and the movable lock ear 10 is locked in the outer frame 12 due to the force balance. Then, the fastening member 106 of the movable lock tab 10 is sequentially inserted through the first latch 100, the abutting member 104 and the second latch 102, and is rotationally locked to the circuit board 4. Thus, the object 3 can be fixed on the circuit board 4.
On the contrary, if the object 3 is to be separated from the circuit board 4, the fastening member 106 is simply rotated in the reverse direction until the fastening member 106 is separated from the circuit board 4. At this time, the distance D between the first fastening member 100 and the second fastening member 102 loses the clamping force provided by the fastening member 106 and the circuit board 4, and the first distance D1 becomes a second distance D2 greater than the first distance D1 (as shown in the situation of fig. 4C), the curved end E of the propping member 104 no longer props against the sidewall 124, the movable lock ear 10 is not fastened to the outer frame 12 due to the unbalanced force, the movable lock ear 10 can be detached from the outer frame 12, and the to-be-fixed object 3 is separated from the circuit board 4.
Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, fig. 7A is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of the present application in which an object to be fixed is fixed to a first circuit board by an electronic device, and fig. 7B is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of the present application in which an object to be fixed is fixed to a second circuit board by an electronic device. The electronic device 1 comprises two movable lock lugs 10 and an outer frame 12 arranged around the object 3 to be fixed, and the two movable lock lugs 10 can be temporarily clamped at any position of the outer frame 12. As shown in fig. 7A, when the step of locking the object 3 to be fixed to the first circuit board CB1 is performed, the two movable locking lugs 10 are moved to the positions corresponding to the screw holes of the first circuit board CB1, that is, the positions are located on the long sides of the rectangular first circuit board CB1, so that the object 3 to be fixed can be locked on the first circuit board CB1 by the two movable locking lugs 10. As shown in fig. 7B, when the step of locking the object 3 to be fixed to the second circuit board CB2 is performed, the two movable locking lugs 10 are moved to the positions corresponding to the screw holes of the second circuit board CB2, i.e. located at the short side of the L-shaped second circuit board CB2, so that the object 3 to be fixed can be locked to the second circuit board CB2 by the two movable locking lugs 10.
To sum up, the movable lock lug that this application provided, the user can change into first interval or second interval with the interval of first buckle spare and second buckle spare through adjusting fastener and mounting according to the demand, makes movable lock lug can buckle in the frame, or for the frame slip even with the frame separation. Compare in prior art's fixed lock ear, the easy dismouting nature of this application movable lock ear lets it have higher use flexibility and suitability. In addition, the electronic device provided by the application can be clamped at any position of the outer frame at will due to the movable locking lugs with the easy disassembly and assembly property, so that the movable locking lugs can be matched with screw holes of circuit boards of different plate types to be configured correspondingly, and further a to-be-fixed object can be locked on the circuit board of any plate type.
The above-described embodiments and/or implementations are only for illustrating the preferred embodiments and/or implementations of the technology of the present application, and are not intended to limit the implementations of the technology of the present application in any way, and those skilled in the art can make modifications or changes to other equivalent embodiments without departing from the scope of the technology disclosed in the present application, but should be construed as technology or implementations substantially the same as the present application.
