When the monitoring module acquires the monitoring image information, whether people in the community exist in the monitoring image information is firstly identified, namely, the people with detailed information of the people can be identified through the face identification function.
And if so, marking the personnel in the community as the closest related personnel, and uniformly sending the monitoring image information and the access personnel information prestored in the identification card to the mobile phone of the closest related personnel. If not, the nearest related personnel and patrol personnel in the community can inquire personnel photos matched with the access personnel through the mobile phone APP, so that whether personnel corresponding to the personnel photos exist in the monitored image or not is assisted and compared; if the monitoring image contains the information, the nearest related personnel and patrol personnel in the community can directly check and compare whether the information of the access personnel is consistent with the information of the personnel in the monitoring image through the APP. In the embodiment of the application, the identification card, the receiving card, the monitoring module and the control module are all modes which can be rapidly realized in the prior art, and only the close-range identification technology and the image identification technology are utilized, so that the implementation difficulty of the scheme is reduced, the implementation cost is reduced, and the management and control accuracy is improved.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system and method may be implemented in other ways.
