A carton manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
(1) Cutting a first paper board and a second paper board, wherein the shapes of the first paper board and the second paper board correspond to the unfolded and laid shape of the paper box;
(2) Pressing folding marks on the first paper board and the second paper board, and folding the first paper board and the second paper board along the folding marks to form a box shape;
(3) Cutting two films corresponding to the first paper board in shape;
(4) Punching one of the films, punching by using an upper pressing die and a lower pressing die, wherein the shapes of the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die correspond to the shape of the first paperboard, mark lines corresponding to folding marks on the first paperboard are marked on the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die, a plurality of through holes are distributed on the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die, the through holes are arranged by avoiding the mark lines, the through holes on the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die are correspondingly arranged, a pressing rod capable of moving up and down is connected in the through holes of the upper pressing die, the lower end of the pressing rod is of a hemispherical structure, the films are arranged between the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die which are mutually attached, the pressing rod moves downwards to press and stretch the films, so that the films deform in the through holes on the lower pressing die, and thus a bulge structure is processed on the films;
(5) The two membranes are connected together in a compounding way, an air inlet channel and a communicating air channel for connecting the bulge and the air inlet channel are formed inside the two membranes, and an inflation valve extending outwards is formed at one end of the air inlet channel;
(6) Using the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die in the step (4), placing the first paperboard between the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die, replacing the pressing rod with a pressing knife, punching and cutting the first paperboard by the pressing knife, and processing a hole corresponding to the bulge on the first paperboard;
(7) Arranging the combined film between the first paperboard and the second paperboard and fixedly connecting the film and the second paperboard through glue;
(8) Processing the metal layer, the paper layer, the decorative layer and the film layer to the surface of the second paperboard again to obtain finished paper;
(9) And folding along the folding marks of the first paper board to fold the finished paper into a box shape.
