Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a method for printing vehicle-mounted certificates and uploading information according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes steps S10-S50.
Step S10, vehicle data of a target vehicle is obtained, wherein the target vehicle is a prefabricated vehicle;
it should be noted that the target vehicle is a pre-manufactured vehicle, that is, the target vehicle has been designed and demonstrated in a previous period, and the vehicle data of the target vehicle includes vehicle model data, configuration data, basic parameters, and the like.
By way of example and not limitation, obtaining vehicle data for a target vehicle is performed by MES (manufacturing execution system) software, where the vehicle data may be maintained.
Specifically, after the vehicle data of the target vehicle is acquired, a material delivery request, such as an engine storage system, may be issued to each material storage system according to the vehicle data to gradually perform the installation and manufacture of the engine of the target vehicle after the engine delivery arrives.
Step S20, generating a VIN code of the target vehicle according to a preset VIN coding rule in the process of manufacturing the target vehicle according to the vehicle data;
it should be noted that the VIN code (i.e., the vehicle frame number) of the target vehicle is a unique code of the target vehicle, and has the functions of identification and verification, so that each target vehicle should be encoded according to a preset VIN code encoding rule, so that the VIN code of each target vehicle is different.
In order to realize the correlation between the main components (e.g., the power unit, the transmission, and the chassis) and the VIN code in the target vehicle, the present embodiment proceeds to step S30.
Step S30, acquiring an identification code of a driving device in the target vehicle, and associating the identification code of the driving device with a VIN (vehicle identification number) of the target vehicle to obtain the identification code associated with the VIN;
by way of example and not limitation, the identification number of the engine of the target vehicle, i.e., the engine number, is acquired by an acquisition device, and the association between the identification code of the drive device and the VIN code is established, so that the identification code associated with VIN abuse can be acquired.
In other embodiments, when the target vehicle is an electric vehicle, including a pure electric vehicle, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, and an extended range electric vehicle, the identification code of the motor in the target vehicle, that is, the motor number of the motor, is obtained.
As is easily understood by those skilled in the art, the vehicle needs to be equipped with various types of vehicle-mounted certificates before the vehicle is manufactured and issued, the contents of the certificates of the various types of vehicle-mounted certificates are different, and the sizes of the certificates are different, namely, the system requirements of the various types of vehicle-mounted certificates are different.
When it is necessary to print various types of onboard documents of the target vehicle, the method shown in the present embodiment proceeds to step S40.
Step S40, correspondingly generating certificate images of all the vehicle-mounted certificates according to the vehicle data and the system requirements of different vehicle-mounted certificates;
in this embodiment, according to the system requirement of one of the onboard certificates, the target data that needs to be entered into the onboard certificate in the vehicle data corresponding to the onboard certificate is extracted, and the target data is mapped to the initial image of the onboard certificate, so that the certificate image of the onboard certificate can be correspondingly generated.
Specifically, by determining the position information of each label item in the initial image of the on-vehicle certificate, the entry item in the target data can be mapped to the entry position corresponding to the label item, so that the certificate image of the on-vehicle certificate is generated.
For example, the onboard certificate is a motor vehicle certificate, an initial image is first generated according to the motor vehicle certificate, the initial image is recognized to determine tag items in the motor vehicle certificate, including but not limited to a vehicle model tag item, a displacement tag item, and a production date tag item, entry items corresponding to all the tag items are extracted from the vehicle data, and the vehicle model entry item, the displacement entry item, and the production date entry item are mapped to corresponding positions of the respective tag items, that is, a certificate image corresponding to the onboard certificate can be correspondingly generated.
In some alternative embodiments, the format of the document image includes but is not limited to JPG, PDF, etc., although enhancement processing may also be performed on the document image to increase the image quality of the document image.
And S50, sending a printing instruction for printing all the vehicle-mounted certificates to a preset printer according to the certificate images of all the vehicle-mounted certificates, and collecting and uploading the certificate images to a server of a supervision unit.
The preset printer is in communication connection with the MES, after certificate images of all the vehicle-mounted certificates of the target vehicle are generated, a printing instruction for printing all the vehicle-mounted certificates is sent to the printer, and the printer can correspondingly print the vehicle-mounted certificates according to the certificate images of the vehicle-mounted certificates after receiving the printing instruction, so that all the vehicle-mounted certificates of the target vehicle are printed.
By way of example and not limitation, the printer may be a plurality of printers, each of the plurality of printers is used for printing each type of onboard certificate of the target vehicle, the MES sends a print instruction to each of the plurality of printers, and the printer correspondingly prints one of the onboard certificates after receiving the print instruction. After all printers are printed, all the vehicle-mounted certificates corresponding to the target vehicle can be collected manually or automatically.
In addition, the supervision units are various national supervision units, and a series of vehicle-mounted certificates generated by automobile manufacturers in the process of manufacturing vehicles are uploaded to the supervision units for approval and file reservation; after all the vehicle-mounted certificates are obtained by printing, all the vehicle-mounted certificates can be scanned through scanning equipment to obtain electronic parts of the vehicle-mounted certificates, so that the electronic parts of all the vehicle-mounted certificates are uploaded to servers of corresponding supervision units respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the method for printing the vehicle-mounted certificate and uploading information of the motor vehicle has the advantages that:
the method comprises the steps of acquiring vehicle data of a target vehicle, generating a VIN code of the target vehicle according to a preset VIN code encoding rule, associating the identification code of a driving device with the VIN code to acquire the identification code of the driving device, correspondingly generating a certificate image of a vehicle-mounted certificate according to the system requirements of the vehicle data and all the vehicle-mounted certificates, sending a printing instruction to a preset printer to print the vehicle-mounted certificate based on the certificate image, scanning the vehicle-mounted certificate and uploading the scanned vehicle-mounted certificate to a server of a supervision unit, so that all the vehicle-mounted certificates of the target vehicle can be printed in batch according to the target vehicle, the problem of misallocation does not exist in the vehicle-mounted certificate, and the technical defects that the vehicle-mounted certificate in the prior art does not correspond to the vehicle due to the misallocation and the information is uploaded to the supervision unit mistakenly are overcome.
