Along with the improvement of living standard, furniture types of people are more and more, and requirements on furniture functions are more and more refined. For furniture such as a wardrobe, a cabinet, a refrigerator and the like having a storage function, it is required that not only can the furniture store articles, but also the door body is required to be locked without being opened. The problem that the door body is opened by mistake is generally solved by a method of installing a door lock on the door body. Meanwhile, in order to further ensure the locking state of the door lock, a safety device is arranged on the door lock.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the disclosed embodiment provides a door lock including a latch bolt 1, a lock handle 2, and a stopper base 3.
The bolt 1 comprises a plug end 101 plugged into the lock hole 5 and an elastic abutting end 102 opposite to the plug end 101, wherein the elastic abutting end 102 is provided with a first elastic element 103. The lock handle 2 is fixedly connected with the lock tongue 1. The stopper base 3 includes a lock rib 302 and a lock rib base 301, and a second elastic member 303 is provided between the lock rib 302 and the lock rib base 301. When the lock rib 302 is pressed against the second elastic element 303, the second elastic element 303 is in a contracted state, the lock rib 302 is separated from the frame of the lock handle 2, the lock handle 2 is controlled to drive the lock tongue 1 to be pressed against the first elastic element 103, and the insertion end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is separated from the lock hole 5, so that the door lock is in an unlocking state; when the first elastic element 103 is in a releasing state, the first elastic element 103 pushes the lock tongue 1 to move, so that the insertion end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is inserted into the lock hole 5, and the second elastic element 303 is in a releasing state, and the lock rib 302 is blocked with the frame of the lock handle 2, so that the door lock is in a locking state.
For example, when the door lock is in the locked state, the lock bar 302 is first forced to rotate the lock bar 302 so that one end of the lock bar 302 is pressed against the second elastic element 303; while the other end of the locking rib 302 is disengaged from the rim of the lock handle 2. And then the lock handle 2 is forced to drive the lock tongue 1 to move to the designated position by the lock handle 2. The elastic abutting end 102 of the lock tongue 1 is extruded with the first elastic element 103, and the inserting end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is separated from the lock hole 5 so that the door lock is in an unlocking state. When the force applied to the lock handle 2 is released, the first elastic element 103 returns to the relaxed state and pushes the lock tongue 1 elastically against the end 102. The bolt 1 is pushed to the original position by the first elastic element 103, and the inserting end 101 of the bolt 1 is inserted into the lock hole 5. The second elastic element 303 returns to the relaxed state and pushes the locking rib 302 to rotate when the force applied to the locking rib 302 is released. The lock rib 302 returns to the original position and abuts against the lock handle 2, so that the door lock is in the locked state.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the door lock is disposed within a housing. The housing is provided with a sliding groove 4. Wherein the sliding groove 4 comprises a locking end 401 and an unlocking end 402 opposite to the locking end 401, and the sliding groove 4 plays a role of guiding the movement of the lock handle 2. The lock handle 2 drives the lock tongue 1 to move to a designated position, and may move from the locking end 401 to the unlocking end 402. In this embodiment, the door lock is provided with a housing outside, and at this time, the door lock can be independently used as a lock member for home appliances or houses such as a refrigerator and a wardrobe.
In some embodiments, the door lock may also be disposed inside the door body. The door body is provided with a sliding groove 4. Wherein the sliding groove 4 comprises a locking end 401 and an unlocking end 402 opposite to the locking end 401, which serves as a guide for the movement of the lock handle 2. Similarly, the lock handle 2 drives the lock tongue 1 to move to a designated position, and may move from the locking end 401 to the unlocking end 402. In this embodiment, the door lock is mounted as a lock member on a door body of a household electrical appliance such as a refrigerator or a wardrobe or a home.
In some embodiments, the latch 302 and the latch base 301 may act as a safety feature for the door lock. The door lock provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can simultaneously release the lock tongue 1 and the safety structural member, and improves the unlocking convenience of the door lock with the safety structural member.
In some embodiments, the inner side of the insertion end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is inclined.
For example, when the door body is opened to a closed state, the safety structure is only required to be released, and then the door frame is utilized to squeeze the lock tongue with the inclined plane, so that the lock tongue moves from the locking end to the unlocking end. Specifically, when the door body is in an open state, the lock rib 302 is forced to rotate the lock rib 302, so that one end of the lock rib 302 is extruded with the second elastic element 303; while the other end of the locking rib 302 is disengaged from the rim of the lock handle 2. Pushing the door body to enable the inclined surface of the inserting end 101 of the lock tongue 1 to be extruded with the door frame, enabling the lock tongue 1 to move from the locking end 401 to the unlocking end 402, continuing pushing the door body to enable the inserting end 101 of the lock tongue 1 to be separated from the door frame, enabling the first elastic element 103 to restore to a releasing state and pushing the lock tongue 1 to be elastically abutted against the end 102 at the same time, and enabling the door lock to be in a locking state.
In some embodiments, a mounting groove is provided at a side of the elastic abutment end 102 of the latch tongue 1 facing the first elastic element 103, and one end of the first elastic element 103 is fixedly disposed in the mounting groove.
In some embodiments, the locking bar 302 includes a through hole 3021; the latch base 301 includes a rotation shaft 3011 passing through the through hole 3021. The lock bar 302 can rotate around the rotation shaft 3011, so that the lock bar 302 is stopped or separated from the frame of the lock handle 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a pressing force is applied to the locking rib 302, and the locking rib rotates counterclockwise around the rotation axis, so that the locking rib 302 is separated from the frame of the locking handle 2, wherein the counterclockwise rotation angle may be 7 ° -30 °. When the pressing force is released from the locking rib, the locking rib rotates clockwise around the rotating shaft, the locking rib 302 abuts against the frame of the lock handle 2, and similarly, the clockwise rotation angle can be 7-30 degrees.
In some embodiments, the locking bar 302 includes a squeeze arm 3022 and a stop arm 3023, the stop arm 3023 being in bending connection with the squeeze arm 3022. The through hole 3021 is disposed at a connection portion between the pressing arm 3022 and the stopper arm 3023.
For example, when the door lock is in the locked state, the biasing force of the latch 302 pressing arm 3022 rotates the latch 302 around the rotation shaft 3011, so that the latch 302 pressing arm 3022 presses against the second elastic member 303; at the same time, the stop arm 3023 of the latch bar 302 is disengaged from the rim of the lock handle 2. When the biasing force on the lock bar 302 is released, the second elastic member 303 returns to the relaxed state and pushes the lock bar 302 to press the arm 3022 so that the lock bar 302 rotates around the rotation axis 3011. The lock rib 302 returns to the original position and abuts against the lock handle 2, so that the door lock is in the locked state.
In some embodiments, the angle between the rib base and the pressing arm is 7 ° -30 ° when the second spring element is in the relaxed state. When the extrusion arm extrudes the second spring element and is positioned on one side of the locking rib base, the extrusion arm is flush with the top surface of the locking rib base.
In some embodiments, the latch base 301 includes a first side facing the squeeze arm 3022, and the squeeze arm 3022 includes a second side facing the latch base 301. Wherein the second elastic element 303 is disposed on the first side and/or the second side.
For example, the first side surface and the second side surface are both provided with mounting holes, the second elastic elements are arranged in the mounting holes, and the number of the second elastic elements is the same as that of the mounting holes. When the two elastic elements are arranged in the mounting holes of the first side face, the other ends of the second elastic elements are in contact with the inner walls of the mounting holes of the second side face. The second elastic element can also be arranged in the mounting hole of the second side surface, and the other end of the second elastic element is in contact with the inner wall of the mounting hole of the first elastic element.
In some embodiments, the latch 302 stop arm 3023 is stepped.
In some embodiments, the stepped position of the stop arm 3023 is provided with a third side and the latch base 301 is provided with a fourth side opposite the third side. Wherein, when the second elastic element 303 pushes the pressing arm 3022 to rotate the locking rib 302, the third side moves to the fourth side to be stopped by the fourth side.
For example, the pressing projection 3025 is released from being biased when the lock mechanism is in the unlock state, and the second elastic member 303 urges the pressing arm 3022 to rotate the lock rib 302. After the lock bar 302 rotates a certain angle, the stop arm 3023 abuts against the frame of the lock handle 2, so that the safety mechanism is in a locking state. At this time, the third side of the stop arm 3023 abuts against the fourth side of the latch base 301, so that the latch base 301 stops the latch 302 from continuing to rotate. Preventing the stop arm 3023 from disengaging from the rim of the lock handle 2 as the latch bar 302 continues to rotate.
In some embodiments, one end of the stop arm 3023 is provided with a stop protrusion 3024 that stops against the rim of the lock handle 2, and the latch base 301 is provided with a relief groove 3012. The avoiding groove 3012 of the lock rib base 301 is step-shaped, so that the stop arm 3023 is stuck to the wall surface of the avoiding groove 3012 after sinking into the avoiding groove 3012. Wherein, the lock bar 302 rotates around the rotation shaft 3011, the stop protrusion 3024 of the lock bar 302 moves to avoid the groove 3012, so that the stop protrusion 3024 of the lock bar 302 is separated from the frame of the lock handle 2.
For example, when the door lock is in the locked state, the pressing arm 3022 is biased, and the lock rib 302 rotates so that the stopper protrusion 3024 is caught in the escape recess 3012 and is disengaged from the rim of the lock handle 2.
In some embodiments, when the door lock is in the unlocked state, the upper side of the stop projection 3025 abuts against the lower side of the bezel of the lock handle 2.
For example, when the door lock is in the unlocked state, the stopper protrusion 3025 is caught in the escape recess 3012 and the lock handle 2 is located at the unlocking end 402 side. The upper side of the stop projection 3025 abuts against the lower side of the frame of the lock handle 2, so that the lock handle 2 stops the lock rib 302 to rotate, and the door lock is in an unlocking state.
In some embodiments, the angle between the squeeze arm 3022 and the stop arm 3023 is greater than or equal to 90 °.
In some embodiments, one end of the squeeze arm 3022 is provided with a squeeze protrusion 3025. Wherein the extrusion protrusion is provided with an anti-slip structure. The anti-slip structure of the extrusion protrusion 3025 is that a plurality of anti-slip protrusions are arranged on the surface of the extrusion protrusion 3025.
For example, a plurality of cleats are provided on a side of the pressing projection 3025 opposite to the second side of the pressing arm 3022. Wherein the anti-slip protrusions can be protruding crossbars which are horizontally arranged.
In some embodiments, the lock handle 2 is disposed on the same side as the latch base 301. When the latch 302 presses the arm 3022 to press the second elastic element 303, the rotation direction of the latch 302 is opposite to the movement direction of the latch handle 2 to drive the latch 1 to press the first elastic element 103.
In some embodiments, the distance between the lock handle 2 and the tendon base 301 is less than a preset distance. Wherein the preset distance is 8cm.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the lock handle 2 includes a base plate 202 and a lock handle protrusion 201. The lock handle protrusion 201 includes a connecting end 2011 and a receiving end 2012. Wherein, the bottom plate 202 is fixedly connected with the lock tongue 1; the connecting end 2011 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 202, and the lock handle 2 is vertically arranged in the middle of the bottom plate 202.
For example, when the door lock is in the locked state, the lock rib 302 presses the protrusion 3025 to apply force to place the safety structure in the unlocked state. And then the force-bearing end 2012 of the lock handle 2 is applied to drive the lock tongue 1 to move from the locking end 401 to the unlocking end 402 of the sliding groove 4 by the lock handle 2. The elastic abutting end 102 of the lock tongue 1 is extruded with the first elastic element 103, and the inserting end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is separated from the lock hole 5 so that the door lock is in an unlocking state.
In some embodiments, the size of the base plate 202 is greater than the size of the sliding channel 4. Wherein, when the door lock is in the locked state and the unlocked state, the bottom plate 202 can completely cover the sliding groove 4.
In some embodiments, a recessed structure is provided intermediate the force bearing ends 2012. Wherein, the surface of the concave structure is arc-shaped.
In some embodiments, the first elastic element 103 has a greater elastic force than the second elastic element 303.
For example, when the door lock is in the locked state, the lock rib 302 is simultaneously pressed against the projection 3025 and the lock handle 2 receiving end 2012. Since the elastic force of the second elastic element 303 is small, the second elastic element 303 is pressed to deform. The latch bar 302 rotates about the rotational axis 3011 to disengage the latch bar 302 stop tab 3024 from the rim of the base plate 202 of the latch handle 2. Since the first elastic element 103 has a large elastic force, the first elastic element 103 is pressed to deform. The lock handle 2 drives the lock tongue 1 to move from the locking end 401 to the unlocking end 402 of the sliding groove 4, so that the inserting end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is separated from the lock hole 5, and the door lock is in an unlocking state. Simultaneously, the force applied to the compression protrusion 3025 of the force-bearing end 2012 of the lock handle 2 and the lock rib 302 is released. Since the elastic force of the first elastic element 103 is large, the first elastic element 103 returns to the relaxed state and pushes the latch bolt 1 to elastically abut against the end 102. The bolt 1 is pushed by the first elastic element 103 and returns to its original position. Since the elastic force of the second elastic element 303 is smaller, the second elastic element 303 returns to the relaxed state and pushes the locking rib 302 to rotate. The locking rib 302 is pushed by the second elastic element 303, and returns to the original position, and the locking rib 302 stops the protrusion 3024 to abut against the frame of the bottom plate 202 of the lock handle 2, so that the door lock is in a locking state.
In some embodiments, the first resilient element 103 and the second resilient element 303 are springs.
As shown in fig. 7-8, in some embodiments, when the door lock is in the locked state, a leftward force is simultaneously applied to the right side of the latch bar 302 pressing against the protrusion 3025, and a rightward force is applied to the force receiving end 2012 of the lock handle 2. The second side of the pressing arm 3022 is pressed against the second elastic member 303 by the rotation of the locking rib 302, and the stop protrusion 3024 of the locking rib 302 moves downward to be caught in the escape recess 3012 and to be separated from the rim of the bottom plate 202 of the lock handle 2. The lock handle 2 is forced to move rightwards and drives the lock tongue 1 to move rightwards, the elastic abutting end 102 of the lock tongue 1 is extruded with the first elastic element 103, and meanwhile the inserting end 101 of the lock tongue 1 is separated from the lock hole 5, so that the door lock is in an unlocking state.
In some embodiments, a case apparatus having a storage function includes the door lock described above.
The box body equipment comprises a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a cupboard and the like.
