The lifting component 6 can drive the clamping component 4 to move up and down, so that the photovoltaic panels with different heights can be clamped conveniently, and the mounting efficiency of the photovoltaic panels is improved greatly.
The clamping component 4 comprises a moving member 5, a motor 403, a transmission member 9, a first threaded rod 402, a second threaded rod 404, a clamping arm 405 and a clamping block 401, the moving member 5 is installed on the installation plate, the motor 403 is installed on the transmission member 9, the first threaded rod 402 and the second threaded rod 404 are symmetrically installed on the transmission member 9, the thread turning directions of the first threaded rod 402 and the second threaded rod 404 are opposite, the clamping arm 405 is respectively installed on the first threaded rod 402 and the second threaded rod 404 and is in threaded connection with the threaded rods, the clamping block 401 is installed at one end, far away from the first threaded rod 402, of the clamping arm 405, and a fixing groove matched with the photovoltaic panel is formed in the clamping block 401.

The photovoltaic board can be driven to remove to setting up of moving member 5, and the position of adjustment photovoltaic board makes things convenient for the staff to take the photovoltaic board, has improved the installation effectiveness of photovoltaic board greatly.
The transmission member 9 comprises a first bevel gear 901, a second bevel gear 902 and a third bevel gear 903, the first bevel gear 901 is mounted on an output shaft of the motor 403, the second bevel gear 902 and the third bevel gear 903 are arranged on two sides of the first bevel gear 901 and meshed with the first bevel gear 901, and the first threaded rod 402 and the second threaded rod 404 are respectively connected with the second bevel gear 902 and the third bevel gear 903.
Transmission member 9 is used for driving first threaded rod 402 and second threaded rod 404 to rotate, and first threaded rod 402 and second threaded rod 404 rotate and drive centre gripping arm 405 and remove, realizes pressing from both sides the tight purpose of putting down with the photovoltaic board, has guaranteed the safety that the photovoltaic board transported, has improved the installation effectiveness of photovoltaic board.
