It should be noted that, in other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the second water outlet may also be spaced apart from the filter element, so that the second water outlet discharges the sewage, and the sewage is heated by the heating box 170 and then flows back to the water tank 130.
In this embodiment, a heating pump 133 is disposed on the second outlet pipe or the heating return pipe, and the heating pump 133 is used for pumping the water in the water tank 130 to the sealed heating tank 170 and returning the water to the water tank 130. In this embodiment, the heating pump 133 is also electrically connected to the controller, the controller is used to control the on/off of the heating pump 133 and the pumping flow rate to realize the flow rate control of the heating circulation loop, and the heating pump 133 is used to pump the water in the water tank 130 to the sealed heating tank 170 and return the water to the water tank 130.

In addition, can realize the numerical control to target temperature on the remote controller in this embodiment, and target temperature can set for according to user's demand, and the higher the temperature is, then can avoid the low temperature environment offal to freeze and solidify and lead to the phenomenon that can't realize normal work, and on the other hand, the temperature is high, also can improve the cleaning performance, but target temperature is higher, and then the heating function of heater block is higher, just needs balanced consumption and effect this moment.

In addition, through setting up heating cabinet 170 to be connected with water tank 130 through the pipeline, can take the water in the water tank 130 out and heat, carry the water after will heating to water tank 130 again, thereby can guarantee that the water in the water tank 130 is in comparatively warm state all the time, avoided it to receive to freeze and influence normal transport. The bottom of water tank 130 is provided with first delivery port, and first delivery port is connected with first outlet conduit, washs subassembly 110 and is connected with water tank 130 through first outlet conduit, and vapor-water separation case 150 is provided with gas-liquid import and sewage outlet, and the gas-liquid import is connected with the gas-liquid and advances the pipe, and the sewage outlet is connected with the sewage exit tube, and the gas-liquid advances the pipe and is connected with washing subassembly 110, and the sewage exit tube is connected with water tank 130.
In the present embodiment, a circulation pump 135 is disposed on the sewage outlet pipe, and the circulation pump 135 is used for pumping the sewage discharged from the water-vapor separation tank 150 to the water tank 130. In this embodiment, the bottom of the water tank 130 is provided with a first water outlet and a second water outlet, and there are two cleaning assemblies 110, the two cleaning assemblies 110 are respectively disposed at the upper portion and the lower portion of the rack, each cleaning assembly 110 is connected to the water tank 130 through a first water outlet pipeline, and the heating tank 170 is connected to the water tank 130 through a second water outlet pipeline, wherein one of the first water outlet pipelines is connected to the first water outlet, and the other first water outlet pipeline is integrally disposed with the second water outlet pipeline.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first water outlet pipeline is connected to the first water outlet and connected to the upper cleaning assembly 110, the second water outlet pipeline is divided into two branches by the Y-tee, one branch is connected to the heating box 170, and the other branch is connected to the lower cleaning assembly 110, so as to ensure that the heating box 170 can directly heat the clean water, and compared with the first embodiment, the pumping capacity of the upper cleaning assembly 110 in this embodiment is stronger, so that the pumping capacities of the upper and lower cleaning assemblies 110 are similar, and the homogeneity of the cleaning effect is ensured.

In this embodiment, the curtain wall cleaning robot includes a frame and a water circulation cleaning system 100, the water circulation cleaning system 100 includes a cleaning assembly 110, a water tank 130, a water-vapor separation tank 150 and a heating tank 170, wherein the water tank 130 is connected to the cleaning assembly 110 through a pipe and is used for providing clean water to the cleaning assembly 110, the cleaning assembly 110 is used for realizing a cleaning action, the water-vapor separation tank 150 is connected to the water tank 130 and the cleaning assembly 110 through pipes and is used for recovering sewage discharged from the cleaning assembly 110 and degassing the sewage discharged from the cleaning assembly 110 and then conveying the degassed sewage to the water tank 130, and the heating tank 170 is connected to the water tank 130 through a pipe and is used for heating water in the water tank 130 and conveying the heated water to the water tank 130; wherein the water tank 130, the washing assembly 110, and the moisture separator tank 150 form a washing circulation loop, and the heating tank 170 and the water tank 130 form a heating circulation loop. The cleaning assembly 110 is disposed at one end of the housing and the water tank 130, the moisture separator 150, and the heater tank 170 are disposed on the housing.

the water-vapor separation box (150) is connected with the water tank (130) and the cleaning assembly (110) through pipelines and is used for recovering sewage discharged by the cleaning assembly (110) and conveying the sewage collected by the cleaning assembly (110) to the water tank (130) after degassing;
a heating tank (170) connected to the water tank (130) through a pipe, for heating water in the water tank (130) and delivering the heated water to the water tank (130);
wherein the water tank (130), the cleaning assembly (110) and the moisture separator tank (150) form a cleaning circulation loop, and the heating tank (170) and the water tank (130) form a heating circulation loop.
2. The water circulation cleaning system of claim 1, further comprising a controller electrically connected to the heating tank for controlling the heating state of the heating tank.
3. The water circulation cleaning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the cleaning assemblies (110) is two, the two cleaning assemblies (110) are arranged at intervals, the water-vapor separation tank (150) is provided with a gas-liquid inlet and a sewage outlet, the gas-liquid inlet is connected with a gas-liquid inlet pipe, the sewage outlet is connected with a sewage outlet pipe, the gas-liquid inlet pipe is connected with the two cleaning assemblies (110), and the sewage outlet pipe is connected with the water tank (130).
4. The water circulation cleaning system as recited in claim 3, wherein a first water outlet is provided at the bottom of the water tank (130), the first water outlet is connected with a first water outlet pipeline, and the cleaning assembly (110) is connected with the water tank (130) through the first water outlet pipeline; and power pumps (131) are arranged on the two first water outlet pipelines, and the power pumps (131) are used for pumping water in the water tank (130) to the cleaning assembly (110).
5. The water circulating cleaning system according to claim 3, wherein the moisture separator tank (150) is disposed in communication with the water tank (130), and the sewage outlet is above the water tank (130) so that the sewage in the moisture separator tank (150) is gravity fed to the water tank (130).

The water circulation cleaning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second water outlet is further provided at the bottom of the water tank (130), a second water outlet pipeline is connected to the second water outlet, the second water outlet pipeline is connected to the heating tank (170), a heating return pipe is further provided on the heating tank (170), the heating return pipe is connected to the water tank (130), and a heating pump (133) is provided on the second water outlet pipeline or the heating return pipe, the heating pump (133) is used for pumping water in the water tank (130) to the sealed heating tank (170) and returning the water to the water tank (130).
7. The water circulation cleaning system as claimed in claim 6, wherein a filter element is further arranged in the water tank (130), the filter element having a filter opening for discharging clean water, the second water outlet being connected to the filter opening such that the second water outlet line delivers clean water to the heating tank (170).
8. The water circulation cleaning system according to claim 6, wherein a temperature sensor is further provided on the heating tank, the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller for measuring the temperature of the water in the heating tank, and the controller is further used for controlling the pumping flow rate of the heating pump or controlling the heating state of the heating tank according to the temperature of the water in the heating tank.
9. The water circulating cleaning system of any one of claims 2-8 further comprising a separately located remote control communicatively connected to the controller for transmitting command signals to the controller.
10. Curtain wall cleaning robot, characterized in that it comprises a frame and a water circulation cleaning system according to any of claims 1-9, the washing assembly (110) being arranged at one end of the frame, the water tank (130), the moisture separator tank (150) and the heating tank (170) being arranged on the frame.
