Abstract
本发明涉及一种稳定的农药增效剂及其制备方法,属于农药助剂技术领域。上述农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油70‑99重量份;乳化剂3‑20重量份;调节剂0.1‑5重量份;所述精炼矿物油与乳化剂的质量比为9∶0.3‑2;所述乳化剂包括聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯。本发明产品以环保精炼矿物油为主要成分,与农药杀虫剂混用,可明显提高农作物病虫害防治效果,尤其对柑橘红蜘蛛增效更加明显,该增效剂乳液稳定性持久,特别适合统防统治等需要大量配药的场景使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药助剂技术领域,具体提供一种稳定的农药增效剂及其 制备方法。
背景技术
农药对防病治虫、促进粮食和农业稳产高产至关重要,但由于农药的 过量使用,不仅造成生产成本增加,也影响农产品质量安全和生态环境安 全。农药利用率的提高是综合性研究课题,需要从多个层面和角度对其进 行***的研究。从农药使用方式角度来看,加入桶混增效剂对提高药效具 有重要作用,是农药减量增效的有效手段。
矿物油对昆虫气孔具有阻塞作用,使昆虫窒息死亡,同时通过物理窒 息还能直接杀死虫卵,延长持效期。另外通过喷施矿物油能封闭成虫的触 角及植物幼嫩组织,影响雌雄交配,并使之难以寻找取食部位和产卵场所, 以此减少其危害和产卵。在植物病害防治中使用矿物油,可破坏病菌的细 胞壁,干扰其呼吸,并可干扰病原体对寄主植物的附着,还可控制菌丝体生长,防止孢子的萌发和感染。在除草剂防治中,加入矿物油,可延长雾 滴干燥时间,促进药液吸收。
常见的矿物油大部分是石蜡(主要成分是正构烷烃)、环烷烃和芳香 烃类的混合物,其中石蜡比其他组分更具杀虫活性且对植物安全。因此矿 物油中的和芳香烃含量越低,杀虫效果越好,对作物越安全。矿物油不溶 于水,使用时需要加入乳化剂使其乳化成稳定的乳液,但由于矿物油HLB 值低,缺乏合适的乳化剂,很难开发出乳液稳定性合格的产品。
随着植保无人机的技术进步和大量普及,我国专业化统防统治组织不 断涌现,施药面积迅速增加,目前已突破14亿亩次。统防统治符合现代 农业发展方向、适应病虫发生规律变化,是提升植保工作水平的有效途径, 保障农业生产安全、农产品质量安全和农业生态安全的重要措施。统防统 治施药作业面积大,每次配药量大,使用时间长(一般大于4h),普通的矿物油产品由于乳液稳定性问题,很难达到统防统治的药液稳定性要求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本申请提供一种稳定的农药增效剂及其 制备方法。本发明精心选择精炼矿物油为主要成分,开发一种桶混助剂, 与杀虫剂混用后具有明显的增效效果;本发明增效剂稳定性持久,24小时 无油水分离现象,特别适合统防统治等需要大量配药的场景使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明提供一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:
精炼矿物油 70-99重量份;
乳化剂 3-20重量份;
调节剂 0.1-5重量份;
所述精炼矿物油与乳化剂的质量比为9∶0.3-2;
所述乳化剂包括聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯。
优选的,上述稳定的农药增效剂由以下重量份组分组成:
精炼矿物油 90-97重量份;
乳化剂 3-10重量份;
调节剂 0.2-1重量份。
进一步的,所述精炼矿物油相对正构烷烃碳数差应当不大于8,相对 正构烷烃平均碳数应当在21-24之间,非磺化物含量应当不小于92%。
优选的,所述乳化剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复 配;所述阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1∶0.25-7; 所述非离子表面活性剂包括异构醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂还包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山 梨醇单油酸酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、单油酸甘油酯中的一种或多种;
所述阴离子表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钙、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸 钠或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐。
优选的,所述调节剂为异丙醇、乙二醇或正丁醇。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种上述稳定的农药增效剂的制备方法,按 顺序将精炼矿物油、乳化剂、调节剂加入反应釜中充分搅拌混合均匀即可。 冬季需反应釜加热至20℃;全部过程搅拌速度可保持60转/min。
再一方面,本发明还提供一种农药组合物,包括农药以及上述稳定的 农药增效剂,所述农药增效剂在农药组合物中的质量百分比为0.2% -2.0%。
所述杀虫剂为阿维菌素、螺螨酯、哒螨灵、乙螨唑、乙唑螨腈、联苯 肼酯中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中,精炼矿物油通过与特定的乳化剂作用,大大提高其稳定性, 使得特定配比的精炼矿物油、乳化剂、调节剂组合而成的增效剂在0℃仍 澄清透明。本发明增效剂主要成分由精炼矿物油、乳化剂组成,另外加入 调节剂成分,与现有同类型助剂相比,具有乳液稳定性高,对水质适应性 广的特点,对杀虫剂增效明显。
具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结 合具体实施例进行详细描述。
实施例及对比例中所用试剂及材料,如无特殊说明,均可经过商业途 径得到。其中,精炼矿物油相对正构烷烃碳数差应当不大于8,相对正构 烷烃平均碳数应当在21-24之间,非磺化物含量应当不小于92%;例如, 壳牌(中国)有限公司的X415。
本发明提供一种稳定的农药增效剂及其制备方法,具体实施例如下。
实施例1
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油97重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯3重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3重量份、单油酸 甘油酯0.5重量份,正丁醇0.2重量份。
将精炼矿物油、乳化剂、调节剂加入反应釜中充分搅拌混合均匀即可 得到上述稳定的农药增效剂。
实施例2
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油70重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯2重量份、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1重量份,乙 二醇0.1重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油99重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯10重量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙5重量份,异构 十三醇聚氧乙烯醚5重量份,乙二醇3重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油80重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯8重量份、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠2重量份,异 构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2重量份,异丙醇3重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油90重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯2重量份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES 1重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1重量份、单油酸甘油酯1重量份,异 丙醇1重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油95重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯3重量份、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3重量份,异 构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2重量份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯2重量份,异丙醇0.4 重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例7
一种稳定的农药增效剂,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油94重 量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯4重量份、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1重量份,异 构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO3 2重量份,正丁 醇0.5重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
为进一步说明本发明的有益效果,因篇幅有限,仅以实施例6为例构 建对比例如下。
对比例1
将精炼矿物油替换为等量的甲酯化菜籽油,其余条件与实施例6相同。
对比例2
将聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯替换为等量的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,其余条件 与实施例6相同。
对比例3
将聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯替换为等量的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,其余条件与 实施例6相同。
对比例4
将异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚替换为等量的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,其余条 件与实施例6相同。
对比例5
将异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚替换为等量的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9,其 余条件与实施例6相同。
对上述实施例1-7和对比例1-5制备的助剂进行稳定性实验:取多个 100ml具塞量筒,加入100mL标准硬水,再加入0.5mL不同的待测助剂, 盖上塞子,上下颠倒30次后静止24h,观察乳液稳定性。结果见表1-2。

由上表可知,本发明制备的增效剂稳定性持久,24小时内无油水分离 现象。

对比表1可知,替换本申请的矿物油,或者省略本申请的某种表面活 性剂,制备的助剂稳定性降低。
对实施例6制备的增效剂和对比例1-5制备的助剂进行田间试验,具 体如下。
1、田间药效试验:防治柑橘红蜘蛛田间药效增效试验;
试验地点:广西永福县罗锦镇;
试验药剂:5%阿维菌素乳油;
试验对象情况:红蜘蛛;柑橘品种为沙糖桔,树龄为4年;
施药方式:WS-16型背负式电动喷雾器,用水量为3000升/公顷;将 上述实施例6和对比例1-5制备的助剂在喷雾前以桶混形式分别添加到喷 雾桶中,与农药混合均匀,配好的混合药液12h内全部喷完,见表3-4。

由上表可知,5%阿维菌素EC单用稀释2000倍,加入实施例6增效 剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的防效有所增加。而对比例制备的助剂添加后,防效有所 增加,但是相比实施例制备的增效助剂差别较大。说明实施例6增效剂在柑橘上使用防治柑橘红蜘蛛,具有较好的防治效果,在生产上具有很好推 广价值。
2、田间药效试验:矿物油对柑橘病虫防治增效试验;
试验地点:广西合浦县石康镇珠光农场;
试验药剂:10%阿维·哒螨灵乳油;
试验对象情况:红蜘蛛,柑橘品种为沃柑,3年成熟果树;
施药方式:WS-16型背负式电动喷雾器,用水量为3000升/公顷;将 上述实施例6和对比例1-5制备的助剂在喷雾前以桶混形式分别添加到喷 雾桶中,与农药混合均匀,配好的混合药液12h内全部喷完,见表5-6。

本发明试验各处理对柑橘安全,均没有油斑和药斑出现。实施例6增 效剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的效果好且持效期较长,防效明显高于10%阿维·哒螨 灵乳油500倍单用,也好于对比例1-5增效剂200倍+10%阿维·哒螨灵乳 油500倍。实施例6增效剂对10%阿维·哒螨灵乳油防治柑橘红蜘蛛有增 效作用,可延长持效期,减少施药次数,达到农药减量增效的目的。
综上可知,本发明增效剂与杀虫剂混用,对柑橘红蜘蛛增效更加明显, 该增效剂乳液稳定性持久,特别适合统防统治等需要大量配药的场景使 用。

Claims (9)
1.一种稳定的农药增效剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:
精炼矿物油 70-99重量份;
乳化剂 3-20重量份;
调节剂 0.1-5重量份;
所述精炼矿物油与乳化剂的质量比为9:0.3-2;
所述乳化剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配;所述阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:0.25-7;所述非离子表面活性剂包括聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定的农药增效剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:
精炼矿物油 90-97重量份;
乳化剂 3-10重量份;
调节剂 0.2-1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的稳定的农药增效剂,其特征在于,所述精炼矿物油相对正构烷烃碳数差应当不大于8,相对正构烷烃平均碳数应当在21-24之间,非磺化物含量应当不小于92%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的稳定的农药增效剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂还包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、单油酸甘油酯中的一种或多种;
所述阴离子表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钙、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的稳定的农药增效剂,其特征在于,所述调节剂为异丙醇、乙二醇或正丁醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的稳定的农药增效剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:精炼矿物油95重量份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯3重量份、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2重量份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯2重量份,异丙醇0.4重量份。
7.权利要求1至6任一所述的稳定的农药增效剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:按顺序将精炼矿物油、乳化剂、调节剂加入反应釜中充分搅拌混合均匀即可。
8.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,包括农药以及权利要求1至6任一所述的稳定的农药增效剂,所述农药增效剂在农药组合物中的质量百分比为0.2%-2.0%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药为阿维菌素、螺螨酯、哒螨灵、乙螨唑、乙唑螨腈、联苯肼酯中的一种或多种。
