the life safety alarm rule algorithm comprises the following steps: through verification and labeling of historical data, the real daily power utilization state of the user is simulated and restored, a corresponding data model is established, the power utilization change of the user in each time period is monitored constantly, and the following judgment rules are obeyed: if the current time that the user needs to use electricity for the first time in the daily life is not used, the current user is judged to be out; if no electricity is used in the electricity utilization time for the second time, judging that the user is not returned when going out; if no electricity is used for the third time in the electricity utilization time, the life-free state is judged, once no person is at home or a special accident situation occurs through analysis, information is immediately pushed to a relevant responsible person to communicate with the user and the relative thereof, the safety situation of the user is mastered at the first time, and the life safety of the user is guaranteed.

The alarm module alarms in the following mode: sending short message alarm to related management personnel and transmitting remote alarm information to a network background for alarm.

It should be noted that, in the two kinds of algorithm analysis, the historical operation data of the device is firstly recorded, the device data and the device attribute are corresponded, the telemetering counting attribute is established, the time sequence data and the counting telemetering value are stored, the operation model of the device is formed after data conversion, the subsequent device uploading data is compared with the model, whether the device operation state is normal or abnormal is judged through the application of the model, so that the alarm state is established or eliminated, the new data is stored, and the telemetering is newly added to perfect the database. The telemetry technology is a comprehensive technology utilizing sensor technology, communication technology and data processing technology.
