Description

Adhesive tape with fingerprint prevention function
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to an adhesive tape with an anti-fingerprint function.
Background
In order to obtain higher charging efficiency and reduce or eliminate the influence of an electromagnetic field on a mobile phone during charging, an electromagnetic shielding film is required to be used for shielding. The electromagnetic shielding film has the function of isolating electromagnetic field from the mobile phone, preventing materials such as metal from absorbing electromagnetic waves emitted by the emitting end equipment and generating a magnetic field in the opposite direction. In the wireless charging receiving end of the mobile phone, if the electromagnetic shielding film is not arranged, the wireless charging equipment cannot complete the short-distance charging work. The electromagnetic shielding film needs to be fixed on the interference source through an adhesive tape. At present, the film has no fingerprint prevention performance, and residual fingerprint marks after multiple uses not only affect the appearance, but also have certain influence on the performance of the film material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the adhesive tape with the fingerprint prevention function, which has the fingerprint prevention performance, can not leave fingerprint marks after being used for many times in various environments, and can avoid corrosion of fingerprint sweat stains on the adhesive tape.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the adhesive tape with the fingerprint prevention function comprises a black ink layer, a substrate layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the black ink layer and the adhesive layer are respectively positioned on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate layer, and a release layer is arranged on one side of the adhesive layer opposite to the substrate layer;
the black ink layer is obtained by drying black ink, and the black ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 2 parts of carbon black, 5 parts of 1,1' -methenyl tris (4-isocyanic acid) benzene, 1.3 parts of sodium silicate, 1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.25 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2 parts of polyethyleneimine, 1.5 parts of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 4 parts of light absorber, 1.5 parts of coupling agent, 1 part of chitosan and 16 parts of deionized water.
The technical scheme further improved in the technical scheme is as follows:
1. in the above embodiment, the light absorber is selected from nickel powder/carbon nanotube composites.
2. In the above scheme, the coupling agent is selected from coupling agents KH-561.
3. In the above scheme, the substrate layer is a PET polyester film.
4. In the scheme, the thickness of the PET polyester film is 2-4 mu m.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the anti-fingerprint adhesive tape has anti-fingerprint performance by adding polyethyleneimine and octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the water-based polyurethane, the carbon black and the 1,1' -methylene tri (4-isocyanic acid) benzene, and can not leave fingerprint marks after being used for multiple times in various environments, so that corrosion of fingerprint sweat stains on the adhesive tape can be avoided; meanwhile, the dirt resistance of the fingerprint-proof adhesive tape is enhanced, namely dirt on the adhesive tape can be easily wiped off after being remained for a period of time in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and is not remained, so that the adhesion of stains is reduced, and the cleaning difficulty is greatly reduced.
