In practical application, firstly, domestic garbage in a ship is collected into a kitchen garbage storage tank 1, the kitchen garbage is conveyed into a kitchen garbage crushing tank 2 through a feeding pipeline I12 to be crushed, the crushed kitchen garbage and garbage in a ship domestic sewage storage tank 3 enter a mixing tank 4 through a connecting pipeline II 13 to be mixed, the mixed liquid enters an electric flocculation reaction tank 5 through a connecting pipeline III 14, the flocculating agent is controlled to be added through a feeding bin 8 and a blanking assembly 9, the flocculating agent and mixed liquid are subjected to electric flocculation reaction by a stirring assembly 11, the reacted liquid enters a treatment tank 6 through a connecting pipeline IV 15 to be subjected to sedimentation, filtration and lamp disinfection treatment, and the treated water quality is conveyed into a detection tank 7 through a connecting pipeline V16 to be detected;
the working principle of the feeding bin 8, the feeding component 9 and the stirring component 11 is as follows: storing a flocculating agent into the feeding bin 8 in advance, allowing the flocculating agent to enter the feeding pipe 901 through the feeding bin 8, controlling and starting a servo motor 9025 under the action of an external controller (preferably a PLC controller), driving a rotating disc 9022 to rotate inside a disc 9021 under the action of an output shaft of the servo motor 9025, continuously adding the flocculating agent into the feeding tank 9023 by utilizing the matching between the feeding tank 9023 and the feeding pipe 901, continuously rotating the feeding tank 9023, and when the feeding tank 9023 is matched with a discharging pipe 903, dropping the flocculating agent into the electric flocculation reaction tank 5 under the action of gravity;
meanwhile, after the flocculant is added, the driving motor 1101 is controlled and started through an external controller, the first stirring shaft 1102 is driven to rotate under the action of an output shaft of the driving motor 1101, so that the crushing blade 1107 at the outer side of the first stirring shaft 1102 is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, in the rotating process of the first stirring shaft 1102, the first bevel gear 1103 is driven to rotate, so that the second meshing bevel gear 1104 is driven to rotate, so that the third meshing bevel gear 1105 is driven to rotate, the second stirring shaft 1106 is driven to rotate through the third meshing bevel gear 1105, so that the crushing blade 1107 at the outer side of the second stirring shaft 1106 is driven to rotate, and the mixed liquid and the flocculant are mixed;
the operation principle of the swing assembly 612 is as follows: under the control of an external controller, the second servo motor 6121 is driven to rotate, the connecting rod 6122 is driven to rotate under the action of an output shaft of the second servo motor 6121, the first rotating block 6123 is driven to swing, the first rotating block 6123 drives the rotating shaft 6124 to swing, the second rotating block 6125 is driven to swing, meanwhile, the connecting rod 6126 drives the first connecting ring 6127 to swing in the swinging process of the rotating shaft 6124, the oxygen injection holes 6128 on the outer side of the connecting rod 6126 are driven to swing, and oxygen is sprayed to the inside of the aerobic tank 602 through the oxygen injection holes 6128.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the kitchen waste storage tank 1, the kitchen waste crushing tank 2, the ship domestic sewage storage tank 3, the mixing tank 4, the electric flocculation reaction tank 5, the treatment tank 6 and the detection tank 7 are matched to classify, mix, treat and the like domestic sewage and kitchen waste in a ship respectively, the treated water quality is recycled, and the rest solid can enter other recycling systems as required or be directly discharged according to permission after being treated, so that the overall working efficiency and decontamination capability of the device are improved, and the purpose of efficiently treating mixed sewage is achieved; meanwhile, under the matching action of the feeding bin 8, the feeding component 9 and the stirring component 11, the feeding amount of a flocculating agent in the electric flocculation reaction tank 5 is controlled by the feeding component 9, so that the water and the flocculating agent in the electric flocculation reaction reach the optimal reaction proportion, the dissolution of the flocculating agent in the water is accelerated by the stirring component 11, the reaction flocculation efficiency is accelerated, the environmental-friendly discharge is facilitated, the problems of incomplete sewage treatment and low sewage treatment efficiency are solved, meanwhile, the water quality can be subjected to multi-stage treatment by utilizing the characteristics of compact structure and small occupied space of the treatment tank 6, the stability of comprehensive water treatment in the treatment tank 6 is ensured, under the matching action of the swinging component 612, the air inlet pipe 611 and the aeration blower 610, oxygen generated in the aeration blower 610 enters the inside of the swinging component 612 through the air inlet pipe 611, the oxygen content in the aerobic tank 602 is improved through the swinging component 612, the oxygen in the aerobic tank 602 is more sufficient, and the oxidative decomposition effect on organic matters in the sewage is better under the condition that sufficient dissolved oxygen exists in the tank.
