The lower die clamping mechanism is movably arranged between the upper die clamping mechanism and the base, the lower die clamping mechanism and the upper die clamping mechanism can lock the two dies, the lower die clamping mechanism can separate the two dies, and one die can be pushed onto the die receiving mechanism;
The upper die assembly mechanism comprises a fixed table and an upper die shifting frame, wherein the fixed table is connected with the base through a plurality of first guide posts, the fixed table is connected with the upper die shifting frame, a guide frame is also arranged in the upper die shifting frame in a sliding manner, and the guide frame can penetrate out of the upper die shifting frame;
The upper moving die frame is provided with an upper cylinder body, an upper cylinder rod connected with the connecting block is arranged on the upper cylinder body, and the connecting frame is provided with a positioning pin;
The lower die assembly mechanism comprises a movable table and a lower moving die piece arranged on the movable table, a separating piece for separating two dies stacked on the lower moving die piece is arranged on the movable table, the first guide pillar movably penetrates through the movable table, and the lower moving die piece can move relative to the separating piece;
the lower moving module comprises a pair of hook plates arranged on a movable table and a lower moving plate used for bearing a die, wherein the lower moving plate is positioned between the two hook plates and is in sliding connection with the hook plates, and a lower cylinder body used for driving the lower moving plate to move is arranged on the movable table;
the number of the separating pieces is two and the separating pieces are respectively positioned at two sides of the downward moving module, each separating piece comprises a separating frame positioned above the movable table, separating rods are arranged below two ends of the separating frame, separating sleeves are arranged on the side edges of the movable table, and the separating rods movably penetrate through the separating sleeves;
a separation cylinder body is arranged on each separation frame, a separation plate is movably arranged on each separation cylinder body, and at least two clamping pins are arranged on each separation plate;
The base is provided with separation columns with the same number as the separation rods, and the separation columns are positioned right below the corresponding separation rods;
The die receiving mechanism comprises a die receiving frame connected with the base, lifting pieces for lifting the die are arranged on two sides of the die receiving frame, and a die separating mechanism for opening the die is arranged in the die receiving frame;
The lifting piece comprises a die connecting cylinder body connected with a die connecting frame, a die connecting rod is arranged on the die connecting cylinder body, a die connecting block is arranged on the die connecting rod, an anti-falling cylinder body with an anti-falling pressing plate is arranged on the die connecting block, a die connecting groove is formed in the die connecting block, at least two second guide posts are arranged on the lower end face of the die connecting block, and the second guide posts movably penetrate through the die connecting frame.
