As shown in fig. 4, the ports of the ends of the feeding channels 9 in the mixing box 1 are inclined to the vertical direction, the rotating cover plate 29 is installed at one end of each feeding channel 9 through the rotating shaft 28, one side of the rotating cover plate 29 is matched with the corresponding inclined port, through the arrangement of the rotating cover plate 29, the one end of each feeding channel 9 inclines upwards slightly, the rotating cover plate 29 presses the end of each feeding channel 9 under the action of the gravity of the rotating cover plate 29, the ports are sealed, dust is prevented from escaping from the feeding channels 9, and when feeding, ingredients push the rotating cover plate 29 to rotate and open along the rotating shaft 28.
A use method of a green environment-friendly premixed concrete stirring device comprises the following steps:
s1, a stirring bin 2 is fixed on the ground through a plurality of supporting legs, a mixing box 1 is supported at the same time, various ingredients of concrete enter the mixing box 1 through a plurality of feeding channels 9 respectively and fall on a screen 18, and the screen 18 reciprocates under the action of a driving mechanism to screen and mix the various ingredients falling on the screen 18;
s2, the various ingredients passing through the screen 18 are subjected to first mixing through screening, fall onto a mixing roller mechanism, are subjected to second mixing under the action of the rotating mixing roller mechanism, fall onto the partition plate 12 and are temporarily stored in a storage area formed by the partition plate 12 and the mixing box 1;
s3, when concrete needs to be transported, a valve on the partition plate 12 is opened, the mixture in the storage area falls into the stirring bin 2, meanwhile, the water adding mechanism adds water into the stirring bin 2, and the mixture is stirred by the stirring paddle 15 to quickly form concrete;
s4, in the process of mixing various ingredients in the mixing box 1, the dust removal mechanism works, dust and the like generated in the stirring process can be treated, air pollution is reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated.
In the second embodiment, different from the first embodiment, a silt and ash intercepting and spraying structure is arranged between the air pipe 11 and the water outlet pipe 14, the silt and ash intercepting and spraying structure comprises a float valve 30 and an intercepting net 31, and a telescopic air section 110 is arranged at the position, close to the air outlet, of the air pipe 11; the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe 14 is provided with a telescopic water section 140, the air outlet end and the water inlet end and the interception net 31 penetrate through the interception net 31 to the other side, and the air outlet end and the air inlet end can be connected with the interception net 31 through threads; the float valve 30 is fixedly connected to the periphery of the air outlet end, is positioned between the interception net 31 and the telescopic air section 110, has a distance with the interception net 31, and is positioned in the distance of the water inlet end port;
when the float valve 30 floats up and down along the water level, the interception net 31 slides up and down along the inner wall of the water tank 13. Because flexible gas section 110 and flexible water section 140 are scalable, along with the reciprocating of float valve 30, hold back net 31, give vent to anger the end and intake water the end along with removing, and because the interval exists, the end of intaking of flexible water section 140 is located below the horizontal plane all the time, and the dust is handled from giving vent to anger the end and sneaking into water, and the end water that gets into of intaking is through holding back net 31, effectively guarantees that the end of intaking is difficult for mixing the water and producing the jam because of the dust.
In the third specific embodiment, different from the second specific embodiment, please refer to fig. 8, the water tank 13 has a separable cover and a tank body, a hook is fixed at the bottom of the cover, the hook is elastically clamped into holes formed in two side walls of the tank body to form connection when the cover drives the hook to move downwards, the hook is pressed towards the inner direction of the tank body and can be separated from the holes, and the cover is in threaded connection with the outer end of the vent pipe 11; the upper end of the interception net 31 is connected with a guide rod 33 in a sliding way, the top of the guide rod 33 is fixed with the cover, and the bottom of the guide rod 33 is provided with a nut to prevent the interception net 31 from falling; the middle position of the telescopic water section 140 is fixed with the box body, and the upper position and the lower position can be telescopic.
When the water tank 13 finishes using and needs to be cleaned, the clamping hook can be pressed to upwards rotate the cover to be separated from the tank body, the interception net 31 is driven to synchronously rise under the action of the guide rod 33 and the nut, and it needs to be noted that the inside of the water tank 13 is preferably cylindrical, so that the cover can conveniently rise along the outer end threads of the vent pipe 11, the interception net 31 synchronously rises until the telescopic air section 110 is compressed to the shortest, and the tank body can move down to a part of the position due to the fact that the telescopic water section 140 on the lower side of the tank body is also telescopic, so that the interception net 31 is moved out of the tank body, and then the inside of the tank body is conveniently cleaned.
