The working principle is that when in use, the water inlet pipe 1407 is connected with an external running water pipe, a cable is wound between the spiral guide pieces 1703, two ends of the cable are straightened, an external machine is needed at the output end of the cable to be wound continuously, the hydraulic motor 7 and the cleaning motor 3 are started, when the hydraulic motor 7 is started, the centrifugal water wheel 1403 is driven to rotate by the third transmission shaft 8, air in the middle is thrown out to the periphery when the centrifugal water wheel 1403 rotates, the pressure in the drum 1401 and the middle cylinder 1402 is reduced, water flow is sucked continuously from the water inlet pipe 1407, and then is thrown out from the flushing hole 1404 along with the rotation of the centrifugal water wheel 1403, so that the water flow continuously impacts the cable wound on the surface of the middle cylinder 1402 and wets the cable, meanwhile, when the hydraulic motor 7 is started, the connecting cylinder 1803 is driven to rotate by the fourth transmission shaft 9, the supporting columns 1804 are driven to rotate, the compression rollers 1805 revolve along with the supporting columns 1804, when the pressing roller 1805 rotates, the vibration plate 1801 is pushed by the concave-convex surface of the vibration plate 1801 and the convex block 1802 to periodically descend, the buffer spring 1704 on one side of the first support ring 1701 is compressed by extrusion, the thrust is increased, the buffer spring 1704 on one side of the second support ring 1702 is stretched, the thrust is reduced, when the thrust of the pressing roller 1805 is released, the buffer spring 1704 on one side of the first support ring 1701 resets the vibration plate 1801, so that the vibration plate 1801 is extruded by the periodic rotation of the pressing roller 1805 to form vibration, the spiral guide plate 1703 is extruded and stretched continuously by the transmission of the guide post 1707 and the second support ring 1702, the cable inside the spiral guide plate 1703 is extruded and released, the impurity inside the cable is extruded along with the sewage, meanwhile, the first transmission shaft 5 is driven to rotate when the cleaning motor 3 rotates, the first transmission shaft 5 drives the first gear 10 and the third gear 13 to rotate simultaneously when rotating, the first gear 10 drives the second gear 12 to rotate when rotating, the second gear 12 drives the second transmission shaft 11 to rotate when rotating, the second transmission shaft 11 drives the counterweight roller 601 to rotate, thereby the brush hair on the surface of the brush sleeve 602 is driven to continuously brush and clean the surface of the cable, meanwhile, the third gear 13 drives the fourth gear 15 to rotate, the rotating speed is reduced, the torque force is increased, the fourth gear 15 can drive the roller 1401 to rotate on the inner wall of the supporting inner frame 1 when rotating, thereby the middle cylinder 1402 is driven to rotate, the cleaned cable is sent out, and the unwashed cable is continuously wound into for cleaning.
