Abstract
The invention discloses toothpaste capable of removing halitosis caused by periodontal disease, which comprises the following compound antibacterial raw materials, xylitol, cetylpyridinium chloride and tea polyphenol, wherein the dosage of the three raw materials is, by weight: 1-10 parts, 0.05-1 part of cetylpyridinium chloride, and the following components in parts by weight: 0.001 to 0.02; the toothpaste also contains other effective components such as glycerol, sorbitol, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, hydrated silica, titanium dioxide, sodium fluoride, sucralose, polyethylene glycol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, lauryl glucoside, cocamidopropyl betaine, VC, tea polyphenols, and essence; adding sorbitol with a preset amount into deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding hydrated silica, stirring, adding glycerol into hydroxyethyl cellulose, stirring to disperse, adding the rest adjuvants, and vacuum degassing to obtain antibacterial toothpaste. The invention has strong pertinence and obvious inhibiting effect on porphyromonas gingivalis and streptococcus mutans, thereby preventing periodontitis and decayed teeth.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of toothpaste products, in particular to toothpaste capable of removing halitosis caused by periodontal diseases.
Background
The oral cavity is naturally provided with microbial flora such as bacteria, fungi and the like, which can be divided into gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria according to types, and can be divided into aerobes, anaerobes and facultative anaerobes according to oxygen demand, wherein the most main pathogenic bacteria are streptococcus mutans and porphyromonas gingivalis.
Porphyromonas gingivalis is a gram-negative bacterium and is liable to cause periodontitis, so that plaque, which is formed by the accumulation of Porphyromonas gingivalis, needs to be controlled in order to control gingivitis.
Mutans streptococci are causative bacteria of dental caries, and are capable of converting sucrose into glucan and converting glucose almost entirely into lactic acid, which is a major cause of dental caries.
The toothpaste is a main product for cleaning oral cavity in daily life, and the toothpaste with antibacterial effect can inhibit microbial flora such as bacteria and fungi in the oral cavity, but the inhibition effect of the currently used toothpaste on the microbial flora such as bacteria and fungi is still imperfect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide toothpaste capable of removing halitosis caused by periodontal disease, which has strong pertinence and obvious inhibition effect on porphyromonas gingivalis and streptococcus mutans, thereby preventing periodontitis and decayed teeth and removing halitosis caused by periodontal disease.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the toothpaste comprises the following compound antibacterial raw materials, namely propolis, xylitol and cetylpyridinium chloride, wherein the usage amount of the three raw materials is as follows by weight: 0.001 to 0.02, xylitol: 1 to 10 portions of cetylpyridinium chloride and 0.05 to 1 portion of cetylpyridinium chloride.
Cetylpyridinium chloride is a cationic quaternary ammonium compound, porphyromonas gingivalis is a main pathogen causing periodontal problems, is a gram-negative bacterium, and can kill bacteria by the action of cetylpyridinium chloride and a group with negative charges on the cell wall of the porphyromonas gingivalis; 3238 Zxft 3238 clostridium is an anaerobic gram-positive bacterium which can produce volatile sulfide, and can cause halitosis if parasitized in oral cavity, tea polyphenol has broad-spectrum antibacterial and antivirus effects, has obvious bacteriostatic effects on gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, and also has obvious killing effects on RNA viruses and DNA viruses, and can weaken the adhesive capacity of Mo Lei clostridium on oral epithelial cells and inhibit the activity of beta-galactosidase related to the production of volatile sulfide; xylitol, also called pentitol, is a sweetener, is white crystal-cleaning powder which is equivalent to sucrose and has lower calorie than sucrose, is an acidic substance which cannot be fermented by dental caries bacteria to cause dental caries, cannot provide nutrition for the bacteria to live, can be accumulated in a cell membrane of the streptococcus mutans in a large amount to generate cytotoxicity to inhibit the growth of the bacteria, and can reduce the adhesive capacity of the streptococcus mutans by using the xylitol for a long time, thereby effectively preventing the dental caries.
In the scheme, the toothpaste prepared by taking tea polyphenol, xylitol and cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) as compound antibacterial raw materials has good curative effects on relieving red and swollen gums, bleeding gums and inhibiting halitosis, researches show that the antibacterial rate of compound use of the 3 raw materials is much higher than that of single use, and single and matched raw materials are respectively adopted to carry out antibacterial tests under the condition that the bacterial concentration is 1 × 104cfu/ml-9 × 104cfu/ml, so that the data effects shown in the following table are obtained:
therefore, the bacteriostatic effect of the xylitol, the CPC and the tea polyphenol is very obvious.
