The terminal equipment is usually provided with a loudspeaker unit, so that the terminal equipment has the function of outputting audio information. When the speaker unit is disposed at the upper portion of the display screen side of the terminal device, it can be used as a handset. In order to ensure that a user can receive sound waves, a plurality of sound emitting channels are formed in the display screen side of the terminal device, and the sound waves can be transmitted to the outside of the terminal device through the sound emitting channels.
In the related art, some manufacturers set a dust screen to cover the sound channel to isolate external dust and other foreign objects. The dust screen passes through the dust screen support mounting in the surface of sound channel, but, along with terminal equipment's iteration upgrading afterwards, the structure of dust screen support is more and more complicated, and the dust screen is in order to imitate the structure of dust screen support, has promoted the complexity of dust screen, and then leads to cost of manufacture and assembly cost to rise.
Meanwhile, along with the improvement of the tone quality of the terminal equipment, the caliber of the sound outlet channel is larger and larger. Under the constantly changing of use scene, set up the mode on the surface of vocal passageway with the dust screen, isolated effect is not good, can't satisfy user's user demand.
The disclosure provides a horn device, which is installed on a terminal device. The horn device comprises a horn single body, a sound transmission channel and a dustproof part. The sound transmission channel is used for communicating the loudspeaker unit in the terminal equipment with the outside of the terminal equipment. The dustproof portion is arranged in the sound transmission channel, the sound transmission channel comprises a first channel and a second channel, the first channel is communicated with the second channel, and the dustproof portion is arranged between the first channel and the second channel. The form of the dust-proof portion in the present disclosure is not limited, and the dust-proof portion may be provided at any position of the sound transmission channel as long as the sound transmission channel can be shielded. Simultaneously, set up the dustproof portion in the transaudient passageway, the dustproof portion has played the effect of separation foreign object, further protects the loudspeaker monomer in the terminal equipment.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, a speaker unit is mounted to a terminal device. The terminal device is, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a portable wearable device terminal, and the like.
In one example, when the terminal device is a mobile phone, the speaker device may be disposed on an upper side portion of the mobile phone, for example, and used as an upper sound source of the mobile phone to implement a sound amplifying function or an earphone function of the mobile phone. Or, the speaker device can also be arranged at the lower side part of the mobile phone and used as a lower sound source of the mobile phone to realize the sound amplifying function or the sound receiving function of the mobile phone.
The loudspeaker device comprises a loudspeaker single body 1, wherein the loudspeaker single body 1 is used as a sound production device and is arranged on a shell 6 of the terminal equipment and used for outputting audio information. The loudspeaker unit 1 can output audio in a public address mode or in a receiver mode, so that different requirements of users are met, and the use experience of the users is improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the speaker device further includes a sound transmission channel 2, where the sound transmission channel 2 is a sound channel in the terminal device and is used for communicating the speaker unit 1 in the terminal device with the outside of the terminal device. When the user plays the audio, the speaker unit 1 outputs the audio information, and the audio information is transmitted in the sound transmission channel 2 in the form of sound waves until the audio information is transmitted to the outside of the terminal device, so that the audio information is provided for the user.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the speaker device further includes a dust-proof portion 3 disposed in the sound transmission channel 2 to prevent foreign objects outside the terminal device from entering the terminal device through the sound transmission channel 2. Dustproof portion 3 for example can set up the optional position of transaudient passageway 2, dustproof portion 3's coverage area can be more than or equal to transaudient passageway 2's radial sectional area, has effectively sheltered from transaudient passageway 2, realizes the effect of isolated foreign object, avoids the foreign object to enter into loudspeaker monomer 1 department, prolongs the life of the inside components and parts of terminal equipment.
In one example, the sound transmission channel 2 comprises a first channel 21 and a second channel 22, the first channel 21 is communicated with the second channel 22, and the dust-proof part 3 is arranged between the first channel 21 and the second channel 22, so that the sound transmission channel 2 is separated, and the invasion of foreign matters to the interior of the terminal equipment is effectively isolated.
The foreign matter may be solid foreign matter such as dust and fine particles, or may also be liquid foreign matter such as oil and water.
Here, the shape of the dust-proof portion 3 is not limited, and the shape of the dust-proof portion 3 may be, for example, a rectangle or a circle, or any other shape as long as it can function as a shield for the sound transmission channel 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the sound transmission channel 2 is used to define the propagation direction of the sound wave, ensuring that the sound wave can propagate along the design direction to realize different functions of the terminal device. For example, the first channel 21 extends along a planar direction of the terminal device, and the first channel 21 and the second channel 22 have a predetermined included angle along a thickness direction of the terminal device (refer to a Z-axis direction shown in fig. 1 and 2). And the plane direction of the terminal equipment is parallel to the display screen of the terminal equipment.
In one example, when the preset angle is the first preset angle, the second channel 22 is directed to the side of the terminal device. The first predetermined included angle is, for example, 150 to 180.
The first channel 21 is, for example, along a length direction of the terminal device (refer to a Y-axis direction shown in fig. 1 and 2), the sound wave propagates along the first channel 21, the first channel 21 communicates with the second channel 22, and the sound wave enters the second channel 22 from the first channel 21. A first preset included angle between the second channel 22 and the first channel 21 is, for example, 180 °, so that the second channel 22 extends toward the side of the terminal device, and the sound wave is finally transmitted to the upper side or the lower side or the left side or the right side of the terminal device, thereby implementing the sound amplification function of the terminal device.
In another example, when the preset included angle is a second preset included angle, the second channel 22 extends toward the display screen of the terminal device. The second preset included angle is 90-120 degrees.

A first preset included angle between the second channel 22 and the first channel 21 is, for example, 90 °, so that the second channel 22 extends toward the display screen of the terminal device, and the sound wave is finally transmitted to the outside of the terminal device from the display screen side of the terminal device, thereby implementing the receiver function of the terminal device.
Of course, it is understood that the first channel 21 is not limited to extend along the length direction of the terminal device, and the first channel 21 may also extend along the width direction of the terminal device (refer to the X-axis direction shown in fig. 2), or the first channel 21 may also extend along a diagonal direction of the terminal device, the diagonal direction being a direction midway between the length direction and the width direction. The first channel 21 may extend in any direction of the plane direction of the terminal device, and is designed according to actual needs, which is not described herein in detail.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the dust-proof portion 3 includes a first dust-proof layer 31 and a second dust-proof layer 32. Along the extending direction of the sound transmission channel 2, the first dustproof layer 31 and the second dustproof layer 32 are arranged in sequence, and the first dustproof layer 31 is positioned on one side, far away from the horn unit 1, of the second dustproof layer 32.
In one example, the first dust-proof layer 31 includes a dust screen and the second dust-proof layer 32 includes a waterproof, breathable film.
The dustproof net is used for isolating solid foreign matters such as dust and fine particles outside the terminal equipment. The dust screen is provided with a plurality of meshes to ensure the sound wave to be normally transmitted. And the aperture of the mesh is small, so that foreign matters such as dust or fine particles are effectively blocked.
Wherein, waterproof ventilated membrane is used for isolating the outside liquid foreign matters such as oil, water of terminal equipment. The sound wave can penetrate through the waterproof breathable film, and the user can hear the sound.
In another example, the first dust-proof layer 31 includes a waterproof, breathable film, and the second dust-proof layer 32 includes a dust screen. The functions of the first dust-proof layer 31 and the second dust-proof layer 32 on the terminal device are already described in the above examples, and are not repeated herein.
Wherein, first dust layer 31 and the outer foreign object of the common separation terminal equipment of second dust layer 32, with solid-state foreign object and the outer equal interception first passageway 21 of liquid foreign object outside, protect terminal equipment, avoid the components and parts in the terminal equipment to receive the damage, reduced the harmfulness of foreign object to terminal equipment, effectively prolong terminal equipment's life.

When the sound wave in the sound transmission channel 2 propagates from the first channel 21 to the second channel 22, the sound wave propagates to the connecting support 4 and can propagate into the second channel 22 through the through channel 41, so that the propagation of the sound wave is prevented from being blocked.
In one example, the connecting bracket 4 is, for example, a plate shape, has a simple structure, and has an unlimited outer peripheral shape, and does not need to be attached to the exterior of the terminal device, as long as it is disposed on the sound transmission duct 2, and can be mounted with the dust-proof portion 3.
The first dust-proof layer 31 may be, for example, hung on the first surface 42 of the connecting bracket 4, and the coverage area of the first dust-proof layer 31 may completely cover the through channel 41 to isolate the solid foreign objects from entering the horn unit 1 from the through channel 41. The coverage area of the first dust-proof layer 31 may be smaller than the radial cross-sectional area of the sound transmission channel 2, as long as the penetrating channel 41 can be shielded.
The second dust-proof layer 32 can also be hung on the second surface 43 of the connecting bracket 4, and the covering area of the second dust-proof layer 32 also completely covers the through channel 41 to isolate the liquid foreign objects and prevent the liquid foreign objects from entering the horn unit 1. Wherein, the coverage area of the second dust-proof layer 32 can be the same as that of the first dust-proof layer 31.

The vertical section 522 may be perpendicular to the side wall of the first support 51 so that the sound wave propagates in the designed direction. The second dust proof layer 32 is located in the second passage 22 and covers the port of the first passage 21.
In order to make the connection between the second support 52 and the housing 6 more reliable, the second support 52 is bonded to the housing 6, for example, in a dispensing manner, so as to avoid deviation of the first channel 21 and the second channel 22, which affects normal propagation of the sound wave. The sound emitting side of the horn unit 1 is disposed corresponding to the horizontal section 521 of the second bracket 52 so that the sound wave of the horn unit 1 can propagate along the first passage 21 toward the second passage 22. And the sound emitting channel 511 is disposed corresponding to the vertical section 522 so that the sound waves in the second channel 22 can propagate along the sound emitting channel 511 to the outside of the terminal device.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the first bracket 51 includes a first sub-bracket (not shown) and a second sub-bracket (not shown), and the first sub-bracket and the second sub-bracket are detachably connected.
