All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that "a plurality" is understood as "at least two" in the description of the present application. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated object, indicating that there may be three relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may indicate: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. A is connected with B and can represent: a and B are directly connected and A and B are connected through C. In addition, in the description of the present application, the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not intended to indicate or imply relative importance nor order to be construed.
In addition, in the technical scheme of the application, the data acquisition, transmission, use and the like meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.
To facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, some terms and phrases referred to in the embodiments of the present application will be briefly described and explained below:
resource(s) the method comprises the following steps: the term refers to the general term of all materials, financial resources and manpower in the region, and specifically can be divided into two categories of natural resources and social resources. Wherein, the natural resources can comprise material resources such as sunlight, air, water, forest and the like; society may include human resources, information resources, and various material wealth created through labor.
For example, in this embodiment of the present application, the schedulable resource of the target object may be represented as an available fund stored in a resource scheduling account opened by the target object itself, and in some more specific scenarios, the schedulable asset such as an overseas currency held by the target object in a legal and compliant situation may also be referred to, which is not limited in this application.
The resource allocation scheme comprises the following steps: the scheduling scheme for configuring relatively scarce resources on the designated purpose is usually used for meeting the investment requirement of a target object on self-schedulable resources.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the information service platform may regard a schedulable product for implementing an increase in the number of resources of a specified type as a resource configuration scheme for investment requirements of a target object; specifically, in this embodiment of the application, the target object may contract with a certain specified type of resource allocation scheme provided in the information service platform through a binding scheduling account that is opened by the target object and has a certain total fund amount, such as a bond, a bank periodic deposit, a credit card, a stock, an insurance financing, money, a fund, a house property, and the like, so as to meet an investment requirement of the target object on the bound target allocation account.
Resource information examination: and (4) performing information compliance examination on the related information such as the fund source and the details held by the target object.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, resource review information required for business transaction, such as a fund source and a risk rating, held by the target object may be provided to the information service platform, and in some more specific scenarios, a transaction deadline of a target configuration account bound by the target object, a compliance level of funds held by the target object may also be included to review whether the target object meets business transaction requirements under actual conditions.
Further, based on the above nouns and related terms, the following further elaboration and description of the design concept of the present application are provided, as follows:
in the opening scene of the resource scheduling account, a target object can usually initiate a service request carrying a corresponding target identifier to a selected information service platform, so that a service person on the information service platform performs subsequent related service handling operations such as resource information review, resource information accounting and the like on the target object initiating the service request in the opening scene based on the received service request.
However, in the related art, the following drawbacks are still present:
1. the operation is complicated.
In the related art, for a setting-up scene of a resource scheduling account, a service person in a platform generally needs to jump to different business handling processes for multiple times to respectively implement business handling operations such as resource information review, resource information accounting and the like of a target object, and further, the problems of complex handling operation and low operation efficiency exist.
2. The service expansibility is poor.
In the related technology, after the establishment of the resource scheduling account for the target object is realized, the service staff can further realize the service binding based on the resource scheduling account by logging in a contract menu bound with the resource scheduling account, and in the process, because the number of the signable service functions in the contract menu is limited, the service staff can not transmit all the signable service functions in the current information service platform to the target object in the related technology, which is not favorable for the innovation and the expansion of the service functions provided by the platform.
3. The subscription efficiency is low.
In the related art, for a service function under a part of special contract attributes, for example, when a part of resource allocation schemes (bonds, funds, and the like) are signed, a target object is generally required to provide required resource review information again, and a service worker on an information service platform selects a target allocation account corresponding to the resource allocation scheme for the target object and binds the target allocation account with the established resource scheduling account under a specified signing menu based on the received resource review information.
In order to solve the above-mentioned defects in the related art and further improve the operation efficiency of service handling, embodiments of the present application provide a service handling method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, where resource review information of a target object is obtained in response to a service request initiated by the target object for a target scheduling scenario, and each target handling operation associated with the target scheduling scenario is obtained and executed from a preset service handling operation set through a target identifier carried in the service request, and further, when it is determined that a resource review result satisfies a preset condition, the opening of a resource scheduling account of the target object associated with the target scheduling scenario is realized through object binding information of the target object obtained and recorded from an external data source, and based on the above manner, the present application embodiment implements resource information review for the same target object and the parallel processing of the opening of the resource scheduling account, so that a service worker can quickly implement integrated service entry of resource information review-resource scheduling account binding information-opening of the resource scheduling account without jumping to different service handling flows many times, thereby effectively improving the operation efficiency of service handling, and improving the service handling experience of service handling.
Based on the above technical effects, the preferred embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings of the specification, and it should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are only for illustrating and explaining the present application, and are not used to limit the present application, and features in the embodiments and examples of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

Based on the above application scenario, referring to the accompanying drawings, a service transaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application will be further described and explained, and referring to fig. 3, a service transaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
s301: and responding to a service request initiated by the target object aiming at the target scheduling scene, and acquiring resource examination information of the target object.
Specifically, in response to a service request initiated by a target object for a target scheduling scenario, such as an overseas account opening scenario in a legal or compliant situation, a service transaction flow for the target object is created, and resource review information of the target object is acquired.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the resource review information of the target object may be obtained as follows:
s3011: and responding to the target identifier carried by the service request, judging whether resource examination information associated with the target identifier exists in the examination database, if so, executing S3012, and otherwise, executing S3013.
S3012: and directly acquiring resource examination information associated with the target identification of the target object from the examination database.
S3013: and acquiring and recording the resource examination information of the target object from an external data source, and classifying and storing the resource examination information carrying the target identification in an examination database.
Specifically, in an actual situation, if the target object is authenticated by the information service platform currently executing the service transaction process, the relevant resource review information of the target object may be directly retrieved from a review database in the information service platform in a target identification manner, where the review database may be used to store the resource review information of at least one service object in a classified manner.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, a service person in the information service platform may check whether resource review information associated with a current target object exists in the platform system through the acquired target identification of the target object (e.g., a related certificate number or a client number actively provided by the target object in legal or compliant situations); if the target object exists, the service personnel can acquire the resource examination information associated with the target object in a specified examination database, otherwise, the service personnel can acquire the resource examination information of the target object from an external data source (such as active provision of the target object) by clicking a creation button.
S302: and acquiring each target transaction operation associated with the target scheduling scene from a preset service transaction operation set, and performing information review on the resource review information of the target object by adopting each target transaction operation to acquire a corresponding resource review result.
Further, after the resource review information of the target object is acquired, service personnel can start resource information review in service handling through a lower menu or a lower interface in the information service platform, and in the process, the platform system can automatically call and execute each target handling operation associated with the current target scheduling scene so as to acquire a resource review result for the target object.
For example, in this embodiment of the application, the platform system may automatically invoke and execute each target transaction operation associated with the current target scheduling scenario, so as to perform information review on the resource review information of the target object from each business dimension, such as a risk rating, a transaction deadline, an EKYC (Electronic financial Customer) evaluation rating, and the like, according to the input target identifier and the current target scheduling scenario.
S303: and when the resource examination result meets the preset condition, acquiring and recording object binding information of the target object from an external data source, and opening a resource scheduling account of the target object associated with the target scheduling scene based on the object binding information.
Specifically, when the resource information examination is finished, the service staff may actively judge whether the resource examination result given by the platform meets the service handling condition of the current target scheduling scene, and when it is determined that the resource examination result meets the service handling condition, the service staff may acquire and record the object binding information of the target object.
For example, in this embodiment of the present application, when determining that the resource review result of the target object is compliant, the service person may further enter a lower menu or a lower interface in the current process, further obtain and record object binding information that needs to be further provided by the target object, and open a resource scheduling account of the target object associated with the target scheduling scene, where the object binding information may be business data required by the target object to actively provide or relevant account opening transactions provided by an external data source, such as an accounting mechanism, an industry type, an information notification prompt, FATCA (overseas account tax closing rule) information, CRS (common declaration criteria) information, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
Therefore, based on the above mode, the object information input and the object information binding of the same target object are further ensured while the resource scheduling account related to the target scheduling scene of the target object is opened, an integrated process of resource information examination, resource scheduling account opening and object binding information input is provided, and the service experience of the target object is effectively improved.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment, after opening a resource scheduling account of the target object in the target scheduling scenario, the method further includes:
s304: and marking the opened resource scheduling account by adopting a preset account mark.
S305: and in response to the completion of the labeling of the resource scheduling account, binding the resource scheduling account carrying the account label with the object binding information of the target object.
Specifically, the account mark associated with the target scheduling scenario may be adopted to mark the opened resource scheduling account, so as to clearly distinguish different resource scheduling accounts associated with different scheduling scenarios in a subsequent process, and enhance readability of the opened resource scheduling account.
For example, in the embodiment of the present application, an account mark associated with the target scheduling scenario may be adopted to mark an open resource scheduling account as a resource settlement account of a target object, so as to ensure fast scheduling of the resource settlement account in a subsequent process.
Further, in order to improve the signing efficiency of the target object, in an optional embodiment, after a resource scheduling account of the target object in a target scheduling scenario is opened, the method further includes:
s306: and acquiring account binding information of the target configuration account.
S307: and analyzing the account binding information, and binding the account binding information of the target configuration account with the object binding information of the target object based on the analysis result.
S308: and in response to the successful binding of the account binding information and the object binding information, binding a target configuration account and the resource scheduling account in a target signing scene.
Specifically, in this embodiment of the present application, in order to improve the subscription efficiency of the target object, after the resource scheduling account is opened, the account binding information of the target configuration account and the obtained object binding information may be further analyzed in the information service platform, and it is determined whether the target configuration account under the current condition is also associated with the target object.
In an optional embodiment, the analysis of the account binding information and the object binding information may be performed manually by service personnel, or may be performed by a platform system for information verification; the target configuration account may be a resource configuration account for signing a resource configuration scheme selected by the target object, such as a fund dedicated account, a bond dedicated account, or the like, or any other resource configuration account for meeting the investment requirement of the target object, which is not described herein again.
For example, in this embodiment of the application, the service staff may determine, in a manual identification manner, that the account binding information is consistent with the target identifier of the currently obtained target object, and in step S308, the service staff may further bind the target configuration account for signing the selected resource configuration scheme with the established resource scheduling account, so as to improve signing efficiency in the platform service.
Further, in an optional embodiment, in a target subscription scenario, after the binding is performed on the target configuration account and the resource scheduling account, the method further includes:
s309: and responding to a resource scheduling request initiated by the target object, and acquiring target scheduling information of the target object.
S310: and performing resource scheduling matched with the target scheduling information between the target configuration account and the resource scheduling account.
Specifically, based on the above manner, after the resource scheduling account and the target configuration account of the target object are bound, corresponding resource scheduling may be performed between the accounts based on the resource scheduling request initiated by the target object.
For example, in an optional embodiment, the target object may initiate a corresponding resource scheduling request for the opened resource scheduling account and the target configuration account, where the resource scheduling request may carry target scheduling information of the target object, for example, a resource scheduling number, and in the process of S310, the service staff may further implement resource scheduling corresponding to the resource scheduling number between the opened resource scheduling account and the target configuration account.
Further, in an optional embodiment, after performing resource scheduling matching the target scheduling information between the target configuration account and the resource scheduling account, the method further includes:
s311: and recording the resource scheduling conditions between the target configuration account and the resource scheduling account in real time within a specified time period, and acquiring corresponding account scheduling details.
S312: and sending the account scheduling details to a preset management database, and filing the information aiming at the target object based on the object binding information of the target object.
Further, for reasonably controlling resource scheduling of the target object, resource scheduling conditions between the target configuration account and the resource scheduling account are recorded in real time within a specified time period (e.g., within a day and a month), and corresponding account scheduling details are obtained.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present application, resource scheduling conditions between a target configuration account and a resource scheduling account within a day are recorded in real time, an account scheduling detail of a day node associated with a target object is obtained, and further, the account scheduling detail is sent to a management database in a platform, so that information archiving of the target object and related information management are performed in a subsequent process.
