As shown in fig. 7, a first comparative example, in which another embodiment of the present invention is: the outer surface of each V-shaped support frame 2 is fixedly connected with a mounting rod 17; the upper surface of the workbench 1 is fixedly connected with a limiting frame seat 18; the mounting rod 17 penetrates through the limiting frame seat 18; the outer surface of the mounting rod 17 is fixedly connected with an elastic contact rod 19; the outer surface of the limit frame seat 18 is provided with a limit groove 20; a plurality of limiting grooves 20 are arranged on the surface of the limiting frame seat 18 at equal intervals; in the initial state, the elastic feeler lever 19 is clamped in the limiting groove 20, when the V-shaped support frame 2 is adjusted, the elastic feeler lever 19 is pressed to separate the elastic feeler lever 19 from the limiting groove 20, and then the mounting lever 17 is pulled to clamp the elastic feeler lever 19 on the surface of the mounting lever 17 in the limiting grooves 20 at different positions, namely, the angle of the V-shaped support frame 2 is adjusted, so that the adjustable angle clamp is suitable for frame-shaped pipe fittings with different radians.
The top end of the elastic feeler lever 19 is fixedly connected with a circular seat 21; the circular seat 21 is matched with the limiting groove 20 in shape; the round seat 21 is provided to facilitate the clamping of the elastic feeler lever 19.
When the device works, when two pipe fittings are in butt joint welding, the pipe fittings are firstly in butt joint, a worker respectively places the two pipe fittings on the surface of the V-shaped support frame 2 and moves the pipe fittings on two sides to enable the same ends of the pipe fittings on the two sides to be abutted together, then the threaded mandrils 4 in the two support seats 3 are rotated to enable the bottom ends of the threaded mandrils 4 to be abutted against the surfaces of the pipe fittings, at the moment, the pipe fittings abutted together can be preliminarily fixed, and then the pipe fittings abutted together can be welded through spot welding heads on the surfaces of the welding seats 5; the V-shaped support frame 2 and the threaded ejector rod 4 are arranged, so that not only can pipe fittings in different shapes be clamped, such as round pipe fittings or frame-shaped pipe fittings, but also the pipe fittings in different diameters and sizes can be adapted, the application range is wide, and the use of the welded pipe fittings is facilitated; the arc-shaped plate 7 can be matched with the arc surface of the round pipe fitting and the edge of the frame-shaped pipe fitting; when the threaded ejector rod 4 moves downwards, the threaded ejector rod 4 can simultaneously drive the mounting seat 6 and the arc-shaped plate 7 to be pressed on the surface of the pipe fitting, so that the arc-shaped plate 7 is pressed on the surface of the pipe fitting, and the pipe fittings of different types can be conveniently clamped.
When the pipe fitting is arranged on the surface of the V-shaped support frame 2, the pipe fitting can firstly contact with the bottom of the deflection frame 10, so that the deflection frame 10 is pressed against the elastic column 11 and rotates, along with the pressing of the threaded ejector rod 4 to the pipe fitting, the pipe fitting can further press against the deflection frames 10 at different positions, further the rotation angle of the deflection frame 10 is increased, and the L-shaped plates of the upper half part of the deflection frame 10 are pressed against the surfaces of the two sides of the pipe fitting, so that the two pipe fittings are ensured to be positioned at the same horizontal plane, the contact surfaces of the two pipe fittings are completely jointed, the two pipe fittings are prevented from deflecting, and the welding qualification rate of the pipe fitting is improved; the round block 101 is arranged, so that the bottom of the edge of the frame-shaped pipe fitting is favorably arranged at the joint of the round block 101 and the deflection frame 10, and the butt joint of the two frame-shaped pipe fittings is facilitated; when the pipe fitting is arranged on the surface of the deflection frame 10, two sides of the pipe fitting can simultaneously abut against the surfaces of the elastic rods 12, so that the elastic rods 12 are in a compressed state, when the deflection frame 10 rotates, the elastic rods 12 can be simultaneously pressed, and then the elastic rods 12 at different positions can adaptively move under pressure according to the arc-shaped surface of the circular pipe fitting, so that the circular pipe fitting can be conveniently connected, and therefore the butt joint of different types of pipe fittings can be conveniently carried out; when the pipe is placed along the surface of the V-shaped supporting frame 2, the pipe will contact with the tapered sheet 14 on the surface of the rubber hose 13, so that the tapered sheet 14 will scrape off impurities, such as soil, adhered to the surface part of the pipe, thereby facilitating the welding of the pipe; when the deflection frame 10 rotates, the deflection frame 10 moves to a side close to the piston rod 16, then the piston rod 16 drives the piston plate to move in the cavity seat 15, and the welding-assistant liquid in the cavity seat 15 is pushed and extruded out through the liquid outlet groove 131 in the rubber hose 13 and flows to the surface of the pipe fitting, so that the pipe fitting is welded conveniently; when the pipe is placed on the surface of the rubber hose 13, the lowest bag-shaped seat 132 is pressed, and the gas inside the pipe is extruded out and blown to the soldering aid on the surface of the pipe, so that the contact area between the soldering aid and the pipe is increased.
In the initial state, the elastic feeler lever 19 is clamped in the limiting groove 20, when the V-shaped support frame 2 is adjusted, the elastic feeler lever 19 is pressed to separate the elastic feeler lever 19 from the limiting groove 20, and then the mounting lever 17 is pulled to clamp the elastic feeler lever 19 on the surface of the mounting lever 17 in the limiting grooves 20 at different positions, namely, the angle of the V-shaped support frame 2 is adjusted, so that the adjustable angle clamp is suitable for frame-shaped pipe fittings with different radians.

1. A welding device for butt joint of pipe fittings comprises a workbench (1); the method is characterized in that: the surface of the workbench (1) is rotatably connected with a V-shaped support frame (2); the number of the V-shaped support frames (2) is two, and the V-shaped support frames are symmetrically arranged; the two V-shaped support frames (2) are arranged on the same horizontal plane; the top end of each V-shaped support frame (2) is fixedly connected with a support seat (3); a threaded ejector rod (4) is in threaded connection with the inside of each supporting seat (3); a thread groove matched with the thread mandril (4) is arranged in the supporting seat (3); the upper surface of the workbench (1) is fixedly connected with a welding seat (5) close to the middle part.
2. A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom end of each threaded ejector rod (4) is fixedly connected with a mounting seat (6); the lower surface of the mounting seat (6) is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped plate (7).

A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: a plurality of mounting grooves (8) are formed in the opposite sides of each V-shaped support frame (2); the mounting grooves (8) are formed in the surface of the V-shaped support frame (2) at equal intervals; the inner wall of each mounting groove (8) is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft (9); the outer surface of the rotating shaft (9) is fixedly connected with a deflection frame (10); the bottom of the deflection frame (10) is fixedly connected with an elastic column (11); the bottom end of the elastic column (11) is connected with the surface of the mounting groove (8).
4. A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the bottom of each deflection frame (10) is fixedly connected with a circular block (101); the shape of the joint of the circular block (101) and the deflection frame (10) is concave.

A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the top of each deflection frame (10) is fixedly connected with an elastic rod (12); the number of the elastic rods (12) is multiple, and the elastic rods are arranged at the top of the deflection frame (10) at equal intervals; and the outer surface of each elastic rod (12) is sleeved with an extrusion spring.

A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: a plurality of rubber hoses (13) are arranged on the opposite sides of each V-shaped support frame (2); the plurality of rubber hoses (13) are arranged below the V-shaped support frame (2); a plurality of conical sheets (14) are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the plurality of rubber hoses (13); the conical sheets (14) are irregularly designed on the surface of the rubber hose (13).

A pipe fitting butt welding device according to claim 6, wherein: the surface of each V-shaped support frame (2) is fixedly connected with a cavity seat (15); the rubber hose (13) on the upper side penetrates through the cavity seat (15); a piston rod (16) is connected inside the cavity seat (15) in a sliding manner; the top end of the piston rod (16) is arranged close to the lower part of the deflection frame (10); a liquid outlet groove (131) is formed in the rubber hose (13); the cavity seat (15) is internally filled with soldering assisting liquid at one side of the piston rod (16); and a piston plate is fixedly connected with one end of the piston rod (16) in the cavity seat (15).
8. The welding device for pipe fitting butt joint according to claim 7, wherein: a cystic seat (132) is fixedly connected inside the rubber hose (13) at the lowest side; the outer surface of the cystic seat (132) is fixedly connected with an air outlet pipe.

A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of each V-shaped support frame (2) is fixedly connected with a mounting rod (17); the upper surface of the workbench (1) is fixedly connected with a limiting frame seat (18); the mounting rod (17) penetrates through the limiting frame seat (18); the outer surface of the mounting rod (17) is fixedly connected with an elastic contact rod (19); the outer surface of the limiting frame seat (18) is provided with a limiting groove (20); the limiting grooves (20) are arranged in a plurality and are formed in the surface of the limiting frame seat (18) at equal intervals.
10. A pipe fitting butt welding apparatus according to claim 9, wherein: the top end of the elastic feeler lever (19) is fixedly connected with a round seat (21); the round seat (21) is matched with the limiting groove (20) in shape.
