The evaluation method comprises the following steps: 1g of sample is taken to be smeared on the face, and after the operation steps of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-4 are carried out, the scores are added in a scoring mode (the higher the score is, the better the texture, spreadability, smoothness, fitness, after-use comfort, skin whiteness and skin elasticity of the product are represented), and the higher the value is, the better the product performance is.

Sensory evaluation results: the scores of the combined subjects after smearing and introduction were counted, and the results are shown in table 1. It can be seen that the foundation solutions of patent examples 1 to 6 of the present invention are superior to the comparative examples in texture, spreadability, smoothness, conformability, comfort after use, skin whiteness, and skin elasticity.
Compared with the examples 2 to 3, the comparative examples 1 to 2 show that the whitening and skin-brightening and youthful-keeping foundation liquid can obviously improve the whiteness and elasticity of the skin through a microcrystalline introduction mode, and brings the effects of skin brightening and nourishing.
Compared with the examples 1 to 6, the comparative examples 3 to 4 show that the whitening and skin-brightening and youthful-look-retaining foundation liquid disclosed by the application has better skin whitening and elasticity improving effects than the foundation liquid on the market after being introduced; the commercial liquid foundation cannot stay in the stratum corneum due to its large particle size, and contains a large amount of components unsuitable for introduction, which may cause adverse effects.
Assessment of age-keeping
The test substance: foundation solutions obtained in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4, and methods of introduction.
Subject: the total 10 persons, 5 men and 5 women, the age is 21-49 years, and the volunteer enrollment criteria of the subject are met.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: after 1g of the sample was applied to the face, the change in skin whiteness was measured with a skin measuring device every day at intervals of 1 day after the procedures of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4, and the number of individuals who maintained and recovered the whiteness of the sample every day after the application was counted.

Assessment of appearance-retaining aging results: statistics of the time-dependent decay of skin whiteness of the subjects after application and introduction are shown in Table 2. Therefore, in patent examples 1-6 of the invention, more whiteness of the subjects still stays in days 4-5, and the subjects recover the state before implementation after day 6, so that semi-permanent whitening and youthful looks keeping for days 4-5 are realized.
Compared with the examples 2-3, the comparative examples 1-2 and the examples 2-3 show that the rejuvenating, brightening and youthful skin-retaining foundation liquid can obviously improve the retention time of whiteness of skin in a microcrystalline introduction mode, and semi-permanent youthful skin retention for 4-5 natural days is realized.
As can be seen from comparison of comparative examples 3-4 with examples 1-6, the commercial foundation liquid coating can only be maintained for about 1 day; the nano-chip introduction can be maintained for 3-4 days. The products of examples 1-6 had significantly better appearance retention and aging than the commercial products.

The evaluation method comprises the following steps: 0.2g of body dyeing liquid is smeared on an arm testing part, after the operation steps of examples 7-9 and comparative example 5 are carried out, the skin color change condition of the testing part is detected by a skin detector every day at intervals of 10 days, and the number of individuals of the sample with color maintenance and recovery every day after implementation is counted.

Evaluation result of dyeing aging: statistics of the time-dependent decay of skin color of the subjects after application and introduction are shown in Table 3. It can be seen that patent examples 7-9 of the present invention all have color resident at day 10, and then gradually recover to the pre-applied state at different times according to the difference of the average introduction depth, thereby realizing the reversible change of the non-permanent skin within a certain time.
Comparing examples 7-9 with comparative example 5, it can be seen that the present application of tattoo dye solutions via microcrystalline introduction allows for non-permanent reversible skin changes in the skin; the skin is permanently changed in appearance by injecting a tattoo into the dermis.
(III) hyaluronic acid wrinkle-removing experiment:
example 10
A composition for non-permanent reversible skin changes comprises at least one nano-chip and/or micro-needle introduction instrument, and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid; the average depth of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid introduced into the skin cortex of the left canthus of the subject is 70 microns by a nano-chip introduction instrument.
Example 11
A composition for non-permanent reversible skin changes comprises at least one nano-chip and/or micro-needle introduction instrument, and medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid; the average depth of the hyaluronic acid with medium molecular weight introduced into the skin cortex of the right canthus of the affected person by the nano-chip introducing instrument is 70 microns.
Examples 10 to 11 differ in that: hyaluronic acid varies in molecular weight and in the site to be tested.
The above examples 10-11 are examples of formulations for reversible modification of non-permanent skin as follows: 1. evenly smearing hyaluronic acid on the human eye pattern; 2. uniformly and point-lifting and guiding in a hyaluronic acid coating area by using a nano-chip guiding instrument, wherein the guiding time of the whole test part is about 15 seconds; 3. after the introduction is finished, after standing for about 20 minutes, slightly washing away hyaluronic acid remained at the tested part by using clear water; 4. and taking pictures and recording instrument detection.
Wrinkle removal aging evaluation:
the test substance: low and medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid.
Subject: the age of 1 person is 50 years, the grades of the canthus striatus of the left eye and the right eye are the same, and the voluntary enrollment criteria of the testee are met.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: firstly, photographing a part to be tested, and then selecting 0.05ml of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid to be smeared on a left canthus testing part of a testee; 0.05ml of medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid was smeared on the right corner of the eye of a subject, and after the procedure of examples 10 to 11, the test site was photographed at specified intervals (three times per photograph), and the change in wrinkles on the skin at the test site was quantified by using the Visioscan VC98 (CK Electronic G mbH, germany) in the image analyzer and the SEW parameter item in the SELS parameter in the apparatus (averaging SEW parameters for 3 photographs at a time), and the corresponding wrinkle grades were recorded (skin grade was 9, the best skin was 9, and the worst skin was 1).

And (4) ageing evaluation results: the results of the rating recordings of the skin wrinkles of the subjects after application and introduction over time are shown in table 4. It can be seen from the above data that the data of patent examples 10-11 of the present invention indicate that the present invention can be used for the introduction of hyaluronic acid, and has a significant effect on wrinkle removal of skin, the time maintenance of wrinkle removal is determined by the properties of hyaluronic acid, and the longer the molecular weight is, the longer the time maintenance of wrinkle removal is. With the lapse of time, hyaluronic acid is absorbed and metabolized by the skin, and the skin gradually recovers the state before implementation, realizing the non-permanent reversible change of the skin within a certain time.

Claims (9)

1. A composition for reversible alteration of non-permanent skin, comprising: comprises at least one nano-chip and/or micro-needle leading-in instrument and at least one cosmetic formula; the nano wafer and/or the micro needle introduction instrument is used for opening an introduction channel on the skin surface layer so as to facilitate the introduction of the beauty treatment formula into the skin surface layer.
2. The formulation of claim 1, wherein the formulation is for reversible modification of semipermanent skin: the depth of the makeup formula introduced into the superficial layer of the skin is 0-1500 microns; preferably, the cosmetic formulation is introduced into the superficial skin layer to a depth of preferably 1 to 500 microns.
3. The formulation of claim 1, wherein the formulation is for reversible modification of semipermanent skin: the makeup formula is one or more of body tattooing dye solution, eyebrow tattooing dye solution, lip color, eye shadow, facial foundation, facial makeup, hyaluronic acid, cross-linked hyaluronic acid, collagen and human-like collagen.

A formulation of reversible changes in semipermanent skin according to claim 3, characterized in that: the facial foundation is a foundation liquid for beautifying, brightening and retaining youthful looks; the face-brightening skin-retaining face-beautifying liquid foundation at least comprises: a sun-screening component, a whitening and skin-nourishing component, a humectant II, a thickening agent, a preservative and water.
5. The composition of claim 4, wherein the composition comprises: the rejuvenating, skin-brightening and youthful-keeping foundation liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1 to 8 weight percent of sunscreen component, 2 to 10 weight percent of whitening component, 1 to 10 weight percent of whitening and skin-nourishing component, 1 to 20 weight percent of humectant I, 1 to 10 weight percent of humectant II, 0.2 to 1 weight percent of thickening agent, 0.4 to 1.6 weight percent of preservative and the balance of water.
6. A formulation of reversible changes in semipermanent skin, according to claim 5, characterized in that: the sunscreen component is one or more of titanium dioxide I, zinc oxide, cerium oxide, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester, lotus flower extract for enhancing mitochondrion autophagy and vascular endothelial growth factor, the whitening component is titanium dioxide II, the whitening and skin-nourishing component is pearl powder, the humectant I is glycerol, and the humectant II is sodium hyaluronate.
7. The composition of claim 6, wherein the composition comprises: the titanium dioxide I is rutile type, and the particle size range is 1-100nm; the titanium dioxide II is rutile type, and the particle size range is 100-500nm; preferably, the titanium dioxide I and the titanium dioxide II are both powder subjected to surface treatment, and the surface coating agent is nano silicon dioxide; preferably, the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide I to the titanium dioxide II is 1.
8. The composition of claim 6, wherein the composition comprises: the pearl powder is prepared by crushing seawater pearl by superfine powder processing technology, and the particle size is less than 120000 meshes.
