Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is prepared from natural vegetable oil, is green and safe, and has no stimulation to skin; by adding the lanolin oil, the coconut oil, the glycerol, the milk and the like, the whitening and oil-hole-removing oil has good whitening and oil-hole-removing effects; but also has good effects of lightening pigmentation, repairing sensitive skin, and repairing scars such as acne marks and pockmarks left by pimples and whelks.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic includes the steps of:
step one, pretreating plant raw materials, namely pretreating calendula, roses, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruits, cleaning the calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits, placing the cleaned calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits at a temperature of 4 ℃ for storage for 3 hours, and then respectively cutting the cleaned calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits into pieces to obtain the cut calendula, rose, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruit raw materials;
step two, pre-emulsifying, namely preparing an emulsifier by using ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and glyceryl stearate, and putting a proper amount of ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and glyceryl stearate into an emulsification reaction kettle, wherein the main shaft rotation speed of the emulsification reaction kettle is 780r/min, the time is 110min, the internal temperature is 50 ℃, and the internal pressure is 5MPa, so that an emulsion is obtained;
step three, preparing essential oil, namely preparing the pretreated plant raw materials into the essential oil, putting the cut raw materials of the calendula, the rose, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruit into a squeezer, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the squeezer is 80r/min, the squeezing temperature is 70 ℃, and the squeezing time is 45min, so that a crude essential oil mixed solution is obtained, filtering the crude essential oil mixed solution through a 450-mesh filter screen, and filtering to obtain an essential oil mixed solution;
emulsifying, namely emulsifying deionized water, plant essential oil, hyaluronic acid, milk, vaseline, lanolin oil and a flos sophorae flavonoid extract by using a prepared emulsifier to obtain an emulsion, weighing the deionized water, hyaluronic acid, flos sophorae flavonoid and vaseline according to a ratio, sequentially adding the weighed substances into a stirrer to stir, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the stirrer is 90r/min and the time is 25min, then adding the obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, adding a mixed solution of the milk, the lanolin oil and the essential oil according to the ratio into the reaction kettle, the rotating speed of a main shaft of the reaction kettle is 900r/min and the time is 35min, the internal temperature is 67 ℃, and the internal pressure is 2.6MPa to obtain a solvent, cooling and standing for 5 hours, injecting the solvent into the emulsifier for later use, and then adding the pre-emulsified liquid and a thickener until complete emulsification is achieved;
step five, preparing a mixed emulsion, adding lauric acid, stearic acid, special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein into the emulsion, stirring and mixing to obtain the mixed emulsion, putting the lauric acid and stearic acid raw materials into a container, heating to 70 ℃ to completely dissolve the lauric acid and stearic acid raw materials, then adding the mixed emulsion after deslagging into a stirrer, stirring and mixing, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the stirrer is 560r/min for 75min, the liquid obtained after uniform mixing is an oil phase, then adding the special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein, and mixing and stirring again, wherein the rotating speed of the main shaft of the stirrer is 300r/min for 30min;
removing impurities, namely removing impurities from the mixed emulsion through a filter screen;
concentrating, namely concentrating the mixed emulsion after impurity removal, adding the mixed solution into a concentrator, and concentrating into frost, wherein the concentration temperature is 90 ℃, and the concentration time is 20 hours;
and step eight, packaging and warehousing, namely packaging the concentrated emulsion and warehousing.
The embodiment also discloses a preparation process of the oily solid cosmetic, wherein the special additive solution comprises the following components: the method comprises the steps of adding a proper amount of tert-butyl, methyl phenol, aloe extract and vegetable protein extract into a reaction kettle, controlling the rotation speed of a main shaft of the kettle to be 600r/min, the reaction time to be 40min, the internal temperature to be 45 ℃ and the internal pressure to be 0.6MPa, then putting the kettle into a high-pressure steam furnace for distillation, controlling the pressure of the high-pressure steam furnace to be 0.3MPa, thus obtaining mixed steam, and then condensing the mixed steam to obtain the special additive solution.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1, a method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic includes the steps of:
step one, pretreating plant raw materials, namely pretreating calendula, roses, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruits, cleaning the calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits, then placing the cleaned calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits at the temperature of 0 ℃ for storage for 2 hours, and then respectively cutting the cleaned calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits into pieces to obtain the cut calendula, rose, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruit raw materials;
step two, pre-emulsification, namely preparing an emulsifier by using ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and stearin, and putting a proper amount of ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and stearin into an emulsification reaction kettle, wherein the main shaft rotation speed of the emulsification reaction kettle is 700r/min, the time is 100min, the internal temperature is 40 ℃, and the internal pressure is 4MPa, so as to obtain an emulsion;
step three, preparing essential oil, namely preparing the pretreated plant raw materials into the essential oil, putting the cut raw materials of the calendula, the rose, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruit into a squeezer, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the squeezer is 60r/min, the squeezing temperature is 60 ℃, and the squeezing time is 30min, so that crude essential oil mixed liquid is obtained, filtering the crude essential oil mixed liquid through a 300-mesh filter screen, and filtering to obtain the essential oil mixed liquid;
emulsifying, namely emulsifying deionized water, plant essential oil, hyaluronic acid, milk, vaseline, lanolin oil and a flos sophorae flavonoid extract by using a prepared emulsifier to obtain an emulsion, weighing the deionized water, hyaluronic acid, flos sophorae flavonoid and vaseline according to a ratio, sequentially adding the weighed substances into a stirrer to stir, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the stirrer is 85r/min and the time is 30min, then adding the obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, adding a mixed solution of the milk, the lanolin oil and the essential oil according to the ratio into the reaction kettle, the rotating speed of a main shaft of the reaction kettle is 800r/min and the time is 40min, the internal temperature is 60 ℃, and the internal pressure is 1MPa, so as to obtain a solvent, cooling and standing for 5 hours, injecting the solvent into the emulsifier for later use, and adding a pre-emulsifying liquid and a thickening agent until complete emulsification is achieved;
step five, preparing a mixed emulsion, adding lauric acid, stearic acid, special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein into the emulsion, stirring and mixing to obtain the mixed emulsion, putting the lauric acid and stearic acid raw materials into a container, heating to 85 ℃ to completely dissolve the lauric acid and stearic acid raw materials, then adding the mixed emulsion after deslagging into a stirrer, stirring and mixing, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the stirrer is 500r/min for 80min, the liquid obtained after uniform mixing is an oil phase, then adding the special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein, and mixing and stirring again, wherein the rotating speed of the main shaft of the stirrer is 500r/min for 20min;
removing impurities, namely removing impurities from the mixed emulsion through a filter screen;
concentrating, namely concentrating the mixed emulsion after impurity removal, adding the mixed solution into a concentrator, and concentrating into frost at the concentration temperature of 80 ℃ for 24 hours;
and step eight, packaging and warehousing, namely packaging the concentrated emulsion and warehousing.
The embodiment also discloses a preparation process of the oily solid cosmetic, wherein the special additive solution comprises the following components: the method comprises the steps of adding a proper amount of tert-butyl, methyl phenol, aloe extract and vegetable protein extract into a reaction kettle, controlling the rotation speed of a main shaft of the kettle to be 600r/min, the reaction time to be 40min, the internal temperature to be 50 ℃ and the internal pressure to be 0.7MPa, then putting the kettle into a high-pressure steam furnace for distillation, controlling the pressure of the high-pressure steam furnace to be 0.5MPa, thus obtaining mixed steam, and then condensing the mixed steam to obtain the special additive solution.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 1, a method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic includes the steps of:
step one, pretreating plant raw materials, namely pretreating calendula, roses, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruits, cleaning the calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits, placing the cleaned calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits at the temperature of 10 ℃ for storage for 4 hours, and then respectively cutting the cleaned calendula, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruits into pieces to obtain the cut calendula, rose, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruit raw materials;
step two, pre-emulsification, namely preparing an emulsifier by using ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and stearin, and putting a proper amount of ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and stearin into an emulsification reaction kettle, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the emulsification reaction kettle is 800r/min, the time is 50min, the internal temperature is 50 ℃, and the internal pressure is 4-6MPa, so that an emulsion is obtained;
step three, preparing essential oil, namely preparing the pretreated plant raw materials into the essential oil, putting the cut raw materials of the calendula, the rose, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruit into a squeezer, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the squeezer is 100r/min, the squeezing temperature is 70 ℃, and the squeezing time is 35min, so that crude essential oil mixed liquid is obtained, filtering the crude essential oil mixed liquid through a 430-mesh filter screen, and filtering to obtain the essential oil mixed liquid;
step four, emulsifying, namely emulsifying deionized water, plant essential oil, hyaluronic acid, milk, vaseline, lanolin oil and the flos sophorae flavonoid extract by using a prepared emulsifier to obtain an emulsion, weighing the deionized water, hyaluronic acid, flos sophorae flavonoid and vaseline according to the proportion, sequentially adding the weighed deionized water, hyaluronic acid, flos sophorae flavonoid and vaseline into a stirrer to stir, wherein the rotating speed of a main shaft of the stirrer is 90r/min and the time is 25min, adding the obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, adding the milk, lanolin oil and essential oil mixed solution into the reaction kettle according to the proportion, the rotating speed of a main shaft of the reaction kettle is 950r/min and the time is 40min, the internal temperature is 60 ℃, and the internal pressure is 1MPa, so as to obtain a solvent, cooling and standing for later for 6 hours, then injecting the solvent into the emulsifier, and adding the pre-emulsified liquid and a thickener until complete emulsification is achieved;
step five, preparing a mixed emulsion, adding lauric acid, stearic acid, special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein into the emulsion, stirring and mixing to obtain the mixed emulsion, putting the lauric acid and stearic acid raw materials into a container, heating to 80 ℃ to completely dissolve the lauric acid and stearic acid raw materials, then adding the mixed emulsion after deslagging into a stirrer, stirring and mixing, wherein the main shaft rotation speed of the stirrer is 600r/min for 60min, the liquid obtained after uniform mixing is an oil phase, then adding the special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein, mixing and stirring again, wherein the main shaft rotation speed of the stirrer is 200r/min for 30min;
removing impurities, namely removing impurities from the mixed emulsion through a filter screen;
concentrating, namely concentrating the mixed emulsion after impurity removal, adding the mixed solution into a concentrator, and concentrating into frost, wherein the concentration temperature is 100 ℃, and the concentration time is 22 hours;
and step eight, packaging and warehousing, namely packaging the concentrated emulsion and warehousing.
The embodiment also discloses a preparation process of the oily solid cosmetic, wherein the special additive solution comprises the following components: the method comprises the steps of adding a proper amount of tert-butyl, methyl phenol, aloe extract and vegetable protein extract into a reaction kettle, controlling the rotation speed of a main shaft of the kettle to be 600r/min, the reaction time to be 40min, the internal temperature to be 50 ℃ and the internal pressure to be 0.7MPa, then putting the kettle into a high-pressure steam furnace for distillation, controlling the pressure of the high-pressure steam furnace to be 0.4MPa, thus obtaining mixed steam, and then condensing the mixed steam to obtain the special additive solution.
For the oily solid cosmetics prepared in examples one to three, experimental data are shown in the following table, compared with conventional oily solid cosmetics:
as can be seen from the above table, the oily solid cosmetic prepared by the present invention has significantly improved effects of repairing sensitive skin, tightening wrinkle, anti-aging and whitening, and is one preferred embodiment.

Claims (9)
1. A method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, pretreating plant raw materials, namely pretreating marigold, rose, alfalfa whole grass and grape fruits;
step two, pre-emulsification, namely preparing an emulsifier by using ionized water, coconut oil, glycerol, natural triglyceride and glyceryl stearate;
step three, preparing essential oil, namely preparing the pretreated plant raw materials into the essential oil;
emulsifying, namely emulsifying deionized water, plant essential oil, hyaluronic acid, milk, vaseline, lanolin oil and the flos sophorae flavonoid extract by using the prepared emulsifier to obtain an emulsion;
step five, preparing mixed emulsion, namely adding lauric acid, stearic acid, special additive solution, antioxidant, humectant and vegetable protein into the emulsion, and then stirring and mixing to obtain the mixed emulsion;
removing impurities, namely removing impurities from the mixed emulsion through a filter screen;
step seven, concentration, namely concentrating the mixed emulsion after impurity removal;
and step eight, packaging and warehousing, namely packaging the concentrated emulsion and warehousing.

The method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, the calendula officinalis, the roses, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape berries are cleaned and stored at a temperature of 3-10 ℃ for 1-4h, and then the cleaned calendula officinalis, roses, alfalfa whole grass and grape berries are respectively cut into pieces to obtain the cut calendula officinalis, roses, alfalfa whole grass and grape berries.

The method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic according to claim 2, wherein in the second step, a proper amount of ionized water, coconut oil, glycerin, natural triglyceride and glyceryl stearate is added into an emulsification reaction vessel, the rotation speed of a main shaft of the emulsification reaction vessel is 600-800r/min, the time is 50-120min, the internal temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the internal pressure is 4-6MPa, thereby obtaining the emulsion.

The method for preparing an oily solid cosmetic as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the third step, the cut raw materials of the calendula, the rose, the alfalfa whole grass and the grape fruit are put into a squeezing machine, the rotating speed of a main shaft of the squeezing machine is 60-100r/min, the squeezing temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the squeezing time is 30-50min, so as to obtain a crude essential oil mixed solution, and the crude essential oil mixed solution is filtered through a 300-500 mesh filter screen to obtain an essential oil mixed solution.

The process for preparing an oily solid cosmetic according to claim 8, wherein a proper amount of t-butyl, methyl phenol, aloe extract, vegetable protein extract is added to a reaction vessel with a main shaft rotation speed of 500 to 600r/min, a reaction time of 20 to 40min, an internal temperature of 40 to 50 ℃ and an internal pressure of 0.3 to 0.7MPa, and then the vessel is put into a high pressure steam oven to be distilled, the pressure of the high pressure steam oven is controlled to be 0.2 to 0.4MPa, thereby obtaining mixed steam, and then the mixed steam is condensed to obtain the special additive solution.
