Description

Barb type head fixing anchor with thread
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a barb type head fixing anchor with a thread.
Background
Clinical studies have shown that Bone Mineral Density (BMD) of the greater tuberosity of the humerus near the rotator cuff injury can affect the biomechanical stability of the anchor after implantation. Most of the existing inlet anchor with the line is similar to a thread structure or has a barb structure, and a special structure for osteoporosis patients is not provided. Absorbable suture anchors are implants that degrade gradually with healing, and are effective in promoting bone ingrowth, which is particularly important for osteoporotic patients. However, bone anchors of absorbable material are very difficult to manufacture in particular configurations of suture anchors due to their relatively brittle nature. Accordingly, there is a need for an absorbable bone anchor that can improve fixation strength in osteoporotic patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a barbed type head anchor with a thread, which aims at the technical problem, and increases the fixing contact area, thereby improving the fixing strength.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the utility model provides a fixed tape line anchor of barb type head, it includes the nail body of being made by absorbable material, nail body outer wall is folded in proper order along its axis and is established two at least anchor sections, and every anchor section radial dimension is gradually big trend from nail body head to afterbody direction, the anchor section extends from nail body outer wall, nail body central authorities open along its axis has the driving groove, nail body head lateral wall is opened has a radial through hole that supplies the suture to pass, nail body outer wall is opened along its axis has the storage tank of the radial through hole of intercommunication, the suture is drawn forth along the storage tank of nail body side direction after passing radial through hole, nail body head is connected with the pin fin that an expandable and made by absorbable material.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the following advantages: the nail body and the nail head detachably connected with the head of the nail body are made of absorbable materials, so that the nail body and the nail head are not required to be taken out or repaired by manual secondary operation; at least two anchoring sections are sequentially overlapped on the nail body, so that the nail body can be firmly placed under cortical bone after being placed, and the nail body is prevented from backing and disengaging; the anchor section is sequentially and tightly overlapped in the axis direction of the nail body, the nail body and the anchor section are integrated, the strength of the whole nail body is ensured, and different from the common suture anchors in the market, the common suture anchors in the market are generally provided with threading heads, namely the anchor section is sleeved on the threading heads, after a suture is threaded, a bone hole is punched on a bone by using a puncher, then the suture anchor is integrally implanted into a bone through an anchor inserter, then the inserter is drawn out, and the anchor section and the threading heads are left in the bone; the center of the nail body is provided with a driving groove which is connected with the inserter, the inserter drives the nail body to rotate, the nail head is laterally provided with a radial through hole which is a threading hole, the outer wall of the nail body is provided with a containing groove communicated with the radial through hole, a thread passes through the radial through hole and is led out from the containing groove, the thread is prevented from being wound and knotted, the integral integrity of the nail body and the anchoring section is realized, the integral strength is ensured, and the threading function is not influenced.
Preferably, the pin fin includes the connecting portion of being connected with the nail body, connecting portion one end extends a plurality of inflation pieces, and a plurality of inflation pieces equidistance and hoop distribute in the periphery of a nail section nearby, leave the clearance between the adjacent inflation piece in order to form the opening, when nail body head extrusion inflation piece, a plurality of inflation pieces inflation deformation simultaneously guarantee the intensity and the stability of pin fin, and the opening makes and has deformation buffer characteristic between the inflation piece, inflation piece inner wall is identical with nail section periphery wall, can laminate along the nail section when the inflation piece warp, prevents the inflation piece fracture, inflation piece outer wall is the arc surface for when inflation piece and sclerotin or tissue contact, make area of contact maximize, can avoid sharp-pointed structure to form concentrated stress again, make the pin fin fracture easily.
Preferably, a plurality of the expansion pieces completely cover a nearby anchor section, namely the length dimension of each expansion piece is larger than that of a single anchor section, and the expansion pieces can protect the head of the nail body and avoid the head of the nail body from being broken during the process of just implanting the nail head.
Preferably, the thickness of the expansion sheet is gradually reduced from the root to the top, so that the thicker root of the expansion sheet can ensure that the expansion sheet is not easily broken in the expansion deformation process; the width dimension of the expansion piece is gradually increased from the root part to the top part, so that the contact area between the top part of the expansion piece and the anchor section is maximized.
Preferably, the number of the expansion pieces is three or four, the control of the expansion degree is not facilitated when the number of the expansion pieces is too large or too small, when the number of the expansion pieces is too large, the expansion strength of the expansion pieces cannot be guaranteed, the expansion pieces are easy to break and cannot play a role in expansion, and when the number of the expansion pieces is too small, the expansion degree of the expansion pieces is not enough, so that the implantation effect is influenced.
