In one embodiment, an integrated sanitary ware chassis installation method comprises the following steps: s1, paving a plurality of cushion blocks on the ground of a bathroom, and adjusting the height of the top surface of each cushion block to be equal to the designed elevation of the bottom surface of the integrated bathroom chassis; s2, mounting a detachable hoisting device on a top plate of the toilet; s3, transporting the integrated bathroom chassis to a bathroom through a transporting device; s4, hoisting the integrated bathroom chassis on the conveying device through the hoisting device, and moving the conveying device out of the bathroom; and S5, controlling the integrated bathroom base plate to descend through the hoisting device, so that the integrated bathroom base plate descends on each cushion block.
As shown in fig. 1, an integrated sanitary ware base installation method according to an embodiment includes the steps of:
110. as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of spacers 11 are laid on the floor of the toilet 10, and the height of the top surface of each spacer 11 is adjusted to be equal to the designed elevation of the bottom surface of the integrated sanitary ware base 17. Therefore, when the integrated bathroom base plate 17 falls on the cushion block 11, the mounting height and the position accuracy of the integrated bathroom base plate 17 are ensured, and the mounting height does not need to be adjusted. In this embodiment, the top surfaces of the pads 11 are coplanar. In this embodiment, a plurality of spacer blocks 11 are laid on the ground at intervals. In this embodiment, the step of laying the plurality of mats 11 on the floor of the toilet 10 and the step of adjusting the heights of the top surfaces of the mats 11 to be equal to the designed elevation of the bottom surface of the integrated sanitary ware base 17 are performed simultaneously. In the present embodiment, after the cushion block 11 is adjusted, the cushion block 11 is fixed. In one embodiment, the pad 11 is fixed to the floor of the toilet 10 by gluing. In one embodiment, the height of the top surface of the spacer 11 is adjusted by a level.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the height of the top surface of each spacer 11 to be equal to the designed elevation of the bottom surface of the integrated sanitary ware base 17, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step of adjusting the height of the top surface of each spacer 11 to be equal to the designed elevation of the bottom surface of the integrated sanitary ware base 17 includes: put laser level 12 in bathroom 10 interior pendulum, for example put laser level 12 at bathroom 10 subaerial, the height of adjusting the laser face of laser level 12 does design elevation, the top surface of adjusting each cushion 11 flushes with the laser face of laser level 12 respectively, adjusts through laser level 12, at first the height adjustment of laser face is design elevation, flushes the back with the top surface of each cushion 11 respectively with the laser face of laser level 12 again, and the height of the top surface of each cushion 11 then is design elevation, adjusts very simple prescription and easily operates. In one embodiment, the laser level 12 is positioned at a corner of the floor of the toilet 10.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the height of the top surfaces of the cushion blocks 11, in one embodiment, the step of adjusting the top surfaces of the cushion blocks 11 to be flush with the laser surface of the laser level 12 includes: choose the cushion 11 of multiple thickness for use to make the top surface that is located the cushion 11 of each position in bathroom 10 flush with the laser face respectively, and/or, set up the bedding thing below cushion 11, with adjust cushion 11 top surface and the laser face flushes, when 10 ground height in bathroom is uneven like this, each position that sets up cushion 11 is highly different, consequently, cushion 11 through choosing for use different thickness or establish the bedding thing at cushion 11 below, so that adjust to the coplane with the top surface of each cushion 11, and flush with the laser face respectively.
In order to facilitate the stable reception of each mat 11 on the integrated sanitary ware chassis 17, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step of laying a plurality of mats 11 on the ground of the sanitary ware 10 includes: the center line 13 of the bottom rib of the integrated bathroom chassis 17 is popped up on the ground of the bathroom 10, and the cushion blocks 11 are laid on the center line 13 of the bottom rib and the edge of the ground of the bathroom 10. Thus, the cushion blocks 11 on the center line 13 of the bottom rib of the ground of the toilet 10 are correspondingly cushioned below the bottom rib of the integrated toilet and bathroom chassis 17, and the cushion blocks 11 on the edge of the ground of the toilet 10 are correspondingly cushioned below the edge of the integrated toilet and bathroom chassis, so that the integrated toilet and bathroom chassis 17 is stably supported by the cushion blocks 11.
In order to ensure that the supports of the cushion blocks 11 to the chassis are uniformly distributed and save the cushion blocks 11, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the cushion blocks 11 are laid at the intersection of the center lines 13 of the bottom ribs and at the corner points of the ground of the toilet 10, so that the cushion blocks 11 are arranged at the intersection of the center lines 13 of the bottom ribs and at the corner points of the ground of the toilet 10 to receive the integrated sanitary and bath chassis 17, which is equivalent to be padded below the intersection of the bottom ribs of the integrated sanitary and bath chassis 17 and below the corners of the integrated sanitary and bath chassis 17, thereby ensuring that the supports of the chassis are uniformly distributed and saving the cushion blocks 11. In one embodiment, the cushion blocks 11 include, but are not limited to, rubber pads, which are anti-slip and shockproof, so as to ensure that the integrated sanitary ware chassis 17 is stably installed and has better shockproof performance.
120. As shown in fig. 3, a detachable lifting device 14 is installed on the ceiling of the toilet 10. Therefore, the hoisting device 14 can be used for hoisting the integrated sanitary ware chassis 17, and the hoisting device 14 can be detached after the integrated sanitary ware chassis 17 is lifted, so that the problem that the subsequent construction or use of the toilet 10 is influenced by the extra hoisting device 14 is avoided.
In one embodiment, the step of mounting the removable lifting device 14 to the ceiling of the toilet 10 includes: a hanger 15 is embedded in the top surface of the toilet 10, and a lifting device 14 is hung on the hanger 15. In this embodiment, the hanger 15 is partially embedded in the top surface of the toilet 10 and partially exposed. The lifting device 14 is hung on the hanger 15 so that the lifting device 14 is easily detached and installed, and the hanger 15 is pre-buried inside the top surface of the toilet 10, thereby allowing the hanger 15 to firmly hang the lifting device 14 and the lifting device 14 with the integrated sanitary ware base 17. In one embodiment, the hanger 15 is a bail.
130. As shown in fig. 3, the integrated sanitary ware chassis 17 is transported into the sanitary ware 10 by the transport device 16. Therefore, the manual carrying operation is omitted, labor force is liberated, the integrated bathroom chassis 17 with large size and weight can be quickly and efficiently transported or carried, the transportation efficiency is improved, and the installation efficiency is improved.
