Abstract
The application discloses a compound agricultural synergist containing olive oil, and a preparation method and application thereof. The compound agricultural synergist consists of olive oil, an oil-based component and a surfactant; the oil-based component is at least one of soybean oil, corn oil, coconut oil, palm oil, rosin-based vegetable oil, methyl oleate, fatty acid methyl ester, coconut oil methyl ester, mineral oil, lecithin, ginkgolic acid; the surfactant is at least one selected from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, tallow amine polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, sorbitol polyoxyethylene ether oleate and sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate. The compound agricultural synergist can be widely used for the synergism of various herbicides, insecticides and bactericides, is mainly used for the barrel mixing synergism of various medicaments, and is environment-friendly, safe and efficient.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of pesticide synergistic additives and plant protection, and particularly relates to a compound agricultural synergist containing olive oil, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The pesticide tank mixing auxiliary agent is added into pesticide liquid together with pesticide products when the pesticide is used, is an auxiliary agent product for the prior mixing, and achieves the aim of improving the pesticide effect by improving the adhesion, spreading or penetration of the pesticide liquid on a target. The agricultural synergist on the current market mainly comprises organic silicon, is popular due to excellent permeation, spreading and expanding performances, but has the following defects: firstly, the problem of phytotoxicity is serious; secondly, the mixing property is poor, flocculation reaction is easy to occur in the mixed liquid, and the drug effect is reduced; thirdly, the fruit surface and vegetables are polluted, the plant surface and the vegetable are not decomposed after being permeated into the plant body, the residue is high, and crops and the environment are polluted.
The olive oil belongs to woody vegetable oil, is directly cold pressed from fresh olive fruits, does not undergo heating and chemical treatment, retains natural nutritional ingredients, is considered as the most suitable fat for human nutrition in the fat discovered so far, and is used as an agricultural synergist raw material, so that the safety is high, the residue in organisms is low, and the environmental pollution is small.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the application aims to provide the compound agricultural synergistic additive containing olive oil and the preparation method thereof, which improve the effective utilization rate of pesticides, can improve the pesticide effect by more than 35%, reduce the dosage of pesticides and improve the economic benefit compared with the conventional pesticides.

the surfactant is at least one selected from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, tallow amine polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, sorbitol polyoxyethylene ether oleate and sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate.
In the compound agricultural synergist, the mass sum of the olive oil and the oil-based component can be 15% -35% of the total mass of the compound agricultural synergist;
the mass ratio of the olive oil to the oil-based component is 5: (5-30).
Preferably, the mass sum of the olive oil and the oil-based component can be 25% -35% of the total mass of the compound agricultural synergist;
the mass ratio of the olive oil to the oil-based component may be 10: (15-40).
The compound agricultural synergist can be specifically any one of the following b 1) to b 3):

the mass ratio of the olive oil to the oil-based component is 10:15;

a5 20 mass ratio): 20:25, linear fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, tallow amine polyoxyethylene ether, and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate.
In a second aspect, the application provides a method for preparing the compound agricultural synergist according to any one of the above, comprising the following steps: the components of the compound agricultural synergist are mixed according to a proportion, heated to 45 ℃, stirred for 10 minutes until transparent and uniform, and filtered to obtain the compound agricultural synergist.
In a third aspect, the application provides the use of any of the above-described formulated agricultural potentiators as a tank mix potentiator in the preparation of a pesticide.
In the above application, the pesticide may be at least one of herbicide, insecticide, bactericide and acaricide.
As an example, the herbicide is glyphosate isopropylamine salt aqueous solution.
As an example, the pesticide is an imidacloprid suspension.
As an example, the bactericide is azoxystrobin suspension agent.
As an example, the acaricide is a bifenazate suspending agent.
In a third aspect, the application provides a pesticide comprising the formulated agricultural synergist of any one of the above.
Among the above pesticides, the pesticide may be at least one of herbicide, insecticide, bactericide and acaricide.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the universality is good. Can be widely used for the synergism of various herbicides, insecticides and bactericides, and is mainly used for the tank mix synergism of various medicaments.
2. Green, environment-friendly, safe and efficient. The components of the synergistic agent are all green and environment-friendly materials, and the synergistic agent is safe to people and environment in the processing and using processes and has remarkable synergistic effect.

Example 7
The agricultural synergists prepared in examples 1 to 5 were used in agricultural pesticides:

The investigation method comprises the following steps: before the pesticide is applied, 25 cotton fixed plants are randomly extracted in the middle 2 rows of each cell to hold cards, the wingless aphid number on the whole cotton seedling is investigated, the residual insect number on the cotton plants held by the cards in each cell is investigated 1 day after the pesticide is applied, the prevention effect is calculated, and meanwhile the pesticide damage condition is observed.

As shown in Table 2, the synergistic additive has obvious synergistic effect on controlling cotton aphids by using imidacloprid as an insecticide.

Example 8
The agricultural synergist prepared in examples 1-5 is applied to a crop bactericide:

The investigation method comprises the following steps: and (3) randomly investigating 10 current-year new vines in each district 7 days after the pesticide application, investigating all leaves from top to bottom, recording the leaf numbers of each stage of diseases and the total leaf numbers according to the following grading method, and simultaneously calculating the control effect.
Severity of illness classification criteria: level 0: no disease spots;

5 stages: the area of the lesion accounts for 26% -50% of the whole leaf area;
7 stages: the area of the lesion accounts for 51% -75% of the whole leaf area;
stage 9: the area of the disease spots accounts for more than 76% of the whole leaf area;
safety investigation and impact on other organisms: the effect of each treatment of the agent on grape growth and on other diseases was observed on the first day and several days after each spray.

From Table 3, the synergistic adjuvant has obvious synergistic effect on the prevention and treatment of grape downy mildew by the bactericide azoxystrobin.

Example 9
The agricultural synergist prepared in examples 1 to 5 is applied to the acaricide of crops:

From Table 4, the synergistic adjuvant has obvious synergistic effect on controlling citrus red spider by using bifenazate.
Safety investigation and observation during test period, all the test reagents are safe to citrus growth and fruits, and no phytotoxicity phenomenon occurs.
The test result shows that the compound synergist containing olive oil has obviously better control effect on targets than single pesticide when being mixed with pesticide barrels such as herbicide, insecticide, bactericide, acaricide and the like.
Safety investigation and observation during test period, all the test reagents are safe to the growth of crops or cash crops, and no phytotoxicity phenomenon occurs.
Experimental results show that when the compound synergist containing olive oil is mixed with a pesticide barrel for use, compared with a single agent, the compound synergist containing olive oil has the advantages of obviously improving the control effect on a target, having obvious synergistic effect, being less in environmental pollution and safe for crop growth, and being an ideal synergist for green prevention and control.

Claims (9)
1. A compound agricultural synergist comprises olive oil, oil-based components and a surfactant;
the oil-based component is at least one of soybean oil, corn oil, coconut oil, palm oil, rosin-based vegetable oil, methyl oleate, fatty acid methyl ester, coconut oil methyl ester, mineral oil, lecithin, ginkgolic acid;
the surfactant is at least three selected from branched chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, linear chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, tallow amine polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitol polyoxyethylene ether oleate and sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate;
the mass sum of the olive oil and the oil-based component is 15% -35% of the total mass of the compound agricultural synergist;
the mass ratio of the olive oil to the oil-based component is 5: (5-30).

the mass ratio of the olive oil to the oil-based component is 10: (15-40).
