Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有橄榄油的复配农用增效剂及其制备方法与应用。本发明复配农用增效剂,由橄榄油、油基组分和表面活性剂组成;所述油基组分选自大豆油、玉米油、椰子油、棕榈油、松脂基植物油、油酸甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯、椰子油甲酯、矿物油、卵磷脂、银杏酚酸中的至少一种;所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的至少一种。本发明复配农用增效剂可广泛用于各类除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂的增效,其主要用作各类药剂的桶混增效,且绿色环保、安全高效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药增效助剂和植保领域,具体涉及一种含有橄榄油的复配农用增效剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
农药桶混助剂是在农药使用时与农药产品一起添加在农药药液中,是现混现用的一种助剂产品,通过改善药液在靶标上的附着、展布或渗透而达到提高药效的目的。目前市场上的农用增效剂主要以有机硅为主,其以优秀的渗透、展着、扩展性能而备受欢迎,但其存在以下缺陷:一是药害问题严重;二是混配性较差,在混配液中极易发生絮凝反应,降低药效;三是污染果面和蔬菜,渗透到植物体后不分解,残留高,污染农作物和环境。
橄榄油,属木本植物油,是由新鲜的油橄榄果实直接冷榨而成的,不经加热和化学处理,保留了天然营养成分,橄榄油被认为是迄今所发现的油脂中最适合人体营养的油脂,将其作为农用增效剂原料,不仅安全性较高,而且在生物体内残留较低,对环境污染小。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有橄榄油的复配农用增效助剂及其制备方法,与常规农药相比,提高了农药有效利用率,药效可提高35%以上,降低了农药的用量,提升了经济效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明保护一种复配农用增效剂,由橄榄油、油基组分和表面活性剂组成;
所述油基组分选自大豆油、玉米油、椰子油、棕榈油、松脂基植物油、油酸甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯、椰子油甲酯、矿物油、卵磷脂、银杏酚酸中的至少一种;
所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的至少一种。
上述的复配农用增效剂中,所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和可为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的15%~35%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为5:(5~30)。
优选地,所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和可为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的25%~35%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比可为10:(15~40)。
所述复配农用增效剂具体可为下述b1)-b3)中的任一种:
b1)所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的25%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:15;
b2)所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的25%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:40;
b3)所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的35%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:25。
上述的复配农用增效剂中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚可为直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述表面活性剂为下述a1)-a5)中的任一种:
a1)质量比为30:20:25的支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a2)质量比为15:25:35的三苯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a3)质量比为30:10:25的蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a4)质量比为20:30:25的聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a5)质量比为20:20:25的直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐。
第二方面,本发明保护上述任一项所述的复配农用增效剂的制备方法,包括下述步骤:将组成所述复配农用增效剂的各组分按照比例混合并加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤即得。
第三方面,本发明保护上述任一项所述的复配农用增效剂在作为农药桶混增效剂制备农药中的应用。
上述的应用中,所述农药可为除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂和杀螨剂中的至少一种。
作为实例,所述除草剂为草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂。
作为实例,所述杀虫剂为吡虫啉悬浮剂。
作为实例,所述杀菌剂为嘧菌酯悬浮剂。
作为实例,所述杀螨剂为联苯肼酯悬浮剂。
第三方面,本发明保护一种农药,其含有上述任一项所述的复配农用增效剂。
上述的农药中,所述农药可为除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂和杀螨剂中的至少一种。
本发明的优点:
1、通用性好。可广泛用于各类除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂的增效,其主要用作各类药剂的桶混增效。
2、绿色环保、安全高效。本发明增效助剂所用成分均是绿色环保材料,加工及使用过程中对人和环境安全,且增效效果显著。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的农用增效剂的制备。
以质量百分含量计,称取橄榄油(陇南橄榄枝农业开发有限公司)10%,椰子油(海南海之椰进出口贸易有限公司)15%,AC3003(支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,联泓新材料科技股份有限公司)30%,AEO-7(直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)20%,70%快T(磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,潍坊市埃里特化学有限公司)补足100%。上述原料按比例混合,加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤可得农用增效剂。
实施例2
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的农用增效剂的制备。
以质量百分含量计,称取橄榄油(陇南橄榄枝农业开发有限公司)5%,ND-60(松脂基植物油,福建诺德生物科技有限责任公司)20%,601#(三苯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)15%,OP-10(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)25%,70%快T(磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,潍坊市埃里特化学有限公司)补足100%。上述原料按比例混合,加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤可得农用增效剂。
实施例3
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的农用增效剂的制备。
以质量百分含量计,称取橄榄油(陇南橄榄枝农业开发有限公司)10%,卵磷脂(安庆市中创生物工程有限公司)25%,EL-36(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)30%,AEO-3(直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)10%,70%快T(磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,潍坊市埃里特化学有限公司)补足100%。上述原料按比例混合,加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤可得农用增效剂。
实施例4
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的农用增效剂的制备。
以质量百分含量计,称取橄榄油(陇南橄榄枝农业开发有限公司)10%,油酸甲酯(苏州丰倍生物科技有限公司)15%,吐温-80(聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯,江苏省海安石油化工厂)20%,AC3003(支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,联泓新材料科技股份有限公司)30%,70%快T(磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,潍坊市埃里特化学有限公司)补足100%。上述原料按比例混合,加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤可得农用增效剂。
实施例5
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的农用增效剂的制备。
以质量百分含量计,称取橄榄油(陇南橄榄枝农业开发有限公司)10%,银杏酚酸(成都格利普生物科技有限公司)25%,AEO-3(直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)20%,1815#(牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂)20%,70%快T(磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐,潍坊市埃里特化学有限公司)补足100%。上述原料按比例混合,加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤可得农用增效剂。
实施例6
实施例1~5中所制备的农用增效剂在农作物除草剂中应用:
试验时间:2019年7月11日
试验地点:湛江农垦甘蔗园
防治对象:香附子
对照药剂:480g/l草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂(浙江新安化工集团股份有限公司)
调查方法:每小区随机取5点,每点1/4m2,分别于施药后5天、10天、20天调查杂草株数,并计算防效。
防效计算公式如下:
式中:PT——药剂处理区残存草数(或鲜重);
CK——空白对照区活草数(或鲜重)。

由表1可知,该增效助剂对除草剂草甘膦防除甘蔗园杂草香附子具有明显的增效作用。
实施例7
实施例1~5中所制备的农用增效剂在农作物杀虫剂中应用:
试验时间:2019年8月15日
试验地点:河南安阳中国农业科学院棉花研究所试验农场
防治对象:棉花蚜虫
对照药剂:350g/l吡虫啉悬浮剂(南京华洲药业有限公司)
调查方法:施药前在每小区中间2行随机抽取25株棉花定株持牌,调查整株棉苗上的无翅蚜数,药后1天调查各小区持牌棉株上的残虫数,并计算防效,同时观察药害情况。

由表2可知,该增效助剂对杀虫剂吡虫啉防治棉花蚜虫具有明显的增效作用。
安全性调查,试验期间观察,所有供试药剂对棉花生长安全,无药害现象发生。
实施例8
实施例1~5中所制备的农用增效剂在农作物杀菌剂中应用:
试验时间:2019年9月10日
试验地点:汕头市澄海区金港湾种养专业合作社葡萄基地
防治对象:葡萄霜霉病
对照药剂:25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂(江苏常隆农化有限公司)
调查方法:施药后7天,每小区随机调查10个当年抽生新蔓,自上而下调查全部叶片,按下列分级方法记录各级病叶数及总叶数,同时计算防效。
病情严重度分级标准:0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%及以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%~25%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%~50%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的51%~75%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的76%以上;
安全性调查和对其他生物的影响:每次喷药后第一天及药后若干天,观察药剂各处理对葡萄生长和对其他病害的影响。

由表3可知,该增效助剂对杀菌剂嘧菌酯防治葡萄霜霉病具有明显的增效作用。
安全性调查,试验期间观察发现各处理药剂未对葡萄茎叶产生药害现象。
实施例9
实施例1~5中所制备的农用增效剂在农作物杀螨剂中应用:
试验时间:2019年8月22日
试验地点:湖南石门柑橘园
防治对象:柑橘红蜘蛛
对照药剂:43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂(江苏丰山集团股份有限公司)
调查方法:每个试验小区柑橘叶片采用5个定点按东、南、西、北、中5个方位标记,每小区调查2株,调查每株上所有活虫数。于药后7天、14天、21天调查并计算各药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛防治效果,同时观察药害情况。
防效计算公式如下:

由表4可知,该增效助剂对杀螨剂联苯肼酯防治柑橘红蜘蛛具有明显的增效作用。
安全性调查,试验期间观察,所有供试药剂对柑橘生长及果实安全,无药害现象发生。
试验结果表明,含有橄榄油的复配增效剂在与除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂、杀螨剂等农药桶混使用时,其对靶标的防治效果明显优于单一药剂。
安全性调查,试验期间观察,所有供试药剂对农作物或经济作物生长安全,无药害现象发生。
实验结果表明,在与农药桶混使用时,含有橄榄油的复配增效剂较单剂明显提高了对靶标的防治效果具有显著的增效作用,对环境污染较小,对作物生长安全,是绿色防控的理想增效剂。

Claims (10)
1.一种复配农用增效剂,由橄榄油、油基组分和表面活性剂组成;
所述油基组分选自大豆油、玉米油、椰子油、棕榈油、松脂基植物油、油酸甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯、椰子油甲酯、矿物油、卵磷脂、银杏酚酸中的至少一种;
所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配农用增效剂,其特征在于:所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的15%~35%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为5:(5~30)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复配农用增效剂,其特征在于:所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的25%~35%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:(15~40)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的复配农用增效剂,其特征在于:所述复配农用增效剂为下述b1)-b3)中的任一种:
b1)所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的25%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:15;
b2)所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的25%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:40;
b3)所述橄榄油和所述油基组分的质量和为所述复配农用增效剂总质量的35%;
所述橄榄油与所述油基组分的质量比为10:25。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的复配农用增效剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述表面活性剂为下述a1)-a5)中的任一种:
a1)质量比为30:20:25的支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a2)质量比为15:25:35的三苯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a3)质量比为30:10:25的蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a4)质量比为20:30:25的聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、支链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐;
a5)质量比为20:20:25的直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚和磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复配农用增效剂的制备方法,包括下述步骤:将组成所述复配农用增效剂的各组分按照比例混合并加热到45℃,搅拌10分钟至透明均一,经过滤即得。
7.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复配农用增效剂在作为农药桶混增效剂制备农药中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述农药为除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂和杀螨剂中的至少一种。
9.一种农药,其含有权利要求1-5中任一项所述的复配农用增效剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的农药,其特征在于:所述农药为除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂和杀螨剂中的至少一种。
