步骤d:染料配置:将染料、染料改性剂、软化水混合投入染缸中进行染料改性,制得改性染料溶液;
步骤e:羊绒混纺纱线染色:将浸泡后的羊毛置于改性染料溶液染浴中,浴比为1:8,染色pH为5-6,升温至95℃,升温速率为2℃/min,染色时间为60min,将染色后的羊毛取出;
步骤f:皂洗:通过使用者加水并加入酸性皂洗剂配置皂洗液,将染色后的羊毛置于5g/L所述皂洗液中,浴比为1:8,皂洗色pH为6-7,以每分钟1-3℃速率升温至80-90℃,皂煮5-30分钟,皂煮1-3次,水洗降温至50℃以下,加入固色剂和柔软剂处理10-30分钟,将皂洗后的羊毛取出;
步骤g:温水洗:染色后的羊绒混纺纱线放入温度为50-60℃的温水箱内进行水洗;

步骤b:浸泡:将棉纱线置于50℃水中浸泡10-15min;
步骤c:碱洗:将待染色羊绒混纺纱线从盛有氢氧化钠的处理缸液面下经过,对待染色羊绒混纺纱线进行表面处理;
步骤d:染料配置:将染料、染料改性剂、软化水混合投入染缸中进行染料改性,制得改性染料溶液;

步骤d中制得的改性染料溶液中还添加有占改性染料溶液总体积5%的促染剂,促染剂包括以下重量份的原料,其中,弱阳离子缩合物10-12,复配盐硫酸钠15-17,氯化钠3-4,柠檬酸钠13-16,聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚3-6,烷醇酰胺2-3,助溶剂8-9,乙醇胺亚硫酸脂6-8,十二烷基甜菜碱9-10,磷酸脂5-7,去离子水32-45。

步骤a:称重:称取一定重量的待染色羊绒混纺纱线备用;

1.一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤a:称重:称取一定重量的待染色羊绒混纺纱线备用;
步骤b:浸泡:将棉纱线置于50℃水中浸泡10-15min;
步骤c:碱洗:将待染色羊绒混纺纱线从盛有氢氧化钠的处理缸液面下经过,对待染色羊绒混纺纱线进行表面处理;
步骤d:染料配置:将染料、染料改性剂、软化水混合投入染缸中进行染料改性,制得改性染料溶液;
步骤e:羊绒混纺纱线染色:将浸泡后的羊毛置于改性染料溶液染浴中,浴比为1:8,染色pH为5-6,升温至95℃,升温速率为2℃/min,染色时间为60min,将染色后的羊毛取出;
步骤f:皂洗:通过使用者加水并加入酸性皂洗剂配置皂洗液,将染色后的羊毛置于5g/L所述皂洗液中,浴比为1:8,皂洗色pH为6-7,以每分钟1-3℃速率升温至80-90℃,皂煮5-30分钟,皂煮1-3次,水洗降温至50℃以下,加入固色剂和柔软剂处理10-30分钟,将皂洗后的羊毛取出;
步骤g:温水洗:染色后的羊绒混纺纱线放入温度为50-60℃的温水箱内进行水洗;
步骤h:烘干:将步骤g中温水处理后的染色后的羊绒混纺纱线经过烘干箱烘干;
步骤i:收卷:将步骤h中烘干后的羊绒混纺纱线收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c中的表面处理包括热处理和常温处理,所述热处理位于常温处理的前置位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述热处理是将步骤c中碱洗后的待染色羊绒混纺纱线放置在盛有常温水的电水浴器中,加热升温,待电水浴器中温度升至90-95℃后,保温0.5-0.7h后取出待染色羊绒混纺纱线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述常温处理是将步骤c中热处理后的待染色羊绒混纺纱线放入常温水池中溢洗10-20min后取出。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤f中酸性皂洗剂为合成洗涤剂和高分子有机酸的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d中制得的改性染料溶液中各组分按以下体积比进行混合制备而成,其中染料、染料改性剂、软化水的体积比为:55:1:35。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒混纺纱线的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d中制得的改性染料溶液中还添加有占改性染料溶液总体积5%的促染剂,所述促染剂包括以下重量份的原料,其中,弱阳离子缩合物10-12,复配盐硫酸钠15-17,氯化钠3-4,柠檬酸钠13-16,聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚3-6,烷醇酰胺2-3,助溶剂8-9,乙醇胺亚硫酸脂6-8,十二烷基甜菜碱9-10,磷酸脂5-7,去离子水32-45。
