As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the invention discloses squeezing dehydration type kitchen waste treatment equipment, which comprises a workbench 1, a crushing device 2, a water supply pipeline 3, a slag conveying pipe 4, a squeezing dehydration device 5, a waste collection device 6, a safety protection device 7, a disinfectant storage bottle 8, a cleaning agent storage bottle 9, an adding system (not shown), a handheld washing spray gun 10, an electric cabinet 11 and a touch screen operation panel 12.

The crushing device 2 comprises a crushing box 21, a lug (not shown), a rotary table (not shown) and a motor 22; the feed inlet 101 is communicated with the inlet of the crushing box body 21, the outlet of the crushing box body 21 is connected with the slag conveying pipe 4, and the water inlet of the crushing box body 21 is connected with one path of the water supply pipeline 3; the periphery of the inner wall of the crushing box body 21 is fixedly connected with a convex block; the rotary table is positioned in the inner cavity of the crushing box body 21 and is rotationally connected with the crushing box body 21, a blade and a collision block are fixedly connected onto the rotary table, the blade can cut the garbage of blade roots, and the collision block and the bump can jointly impact the garbage of fishbone and eggshell; motor 22 fixed connection smash on box 21 and the hub connection in the carousel can drive the carousel is high-speed rotatory, and motor 22 connects PLC control circuit.
The garbage collection device 6 adopts an open garbage can, and the opening of the garbage collection device is positioned right below the discharge hole of the squeezing and dehydrating device 5; the position of the working table 1 corresponding to the garbage collection device 6 and the upper part of the inner wall of the garbage collection device 6 are provided with infrared detectors, and the infrared detectors are connected with the PLC control circuit for detecting whether the garbage collection device 6 is in a position shortage or not and filling garbage, when the garbage collection device 6 is in a position shortage or filling garbage, the machine can be stopped temporarily and prompted, and kitchen garbage is continuously treated after waiting for the empty barrel to be replaced.
The safety protection device 7 comprises a safety fence 71 and a lifting cover 72; the safety barrier 71 is matched with the feeding port 101, the safety barrier 71 is of a funnel structure, three blocking rods which are arranged in parallel are fixedly connected to a funnel inlet at the top of the safety barrier 71, a soft curtain made of silicon rubber is fixedly connected to a funnel outlet at the bottom of the safety barrier, kitchen waste enters the crushing device 2 through a gap between every two adjacent blocking rods and the soft curtain in sequence, and the blocking rods and the soft curtain can prevent broken slag from splashing out to hurt people when the crushing device 2 works; a proximity switch is installed on the safety grid 71 and is connected with the PLC control circuit, when the safety grid 71 is located at a normal protection position, the circuit is connected, the crushing device 2 works normally, when the safety grid 71 is not located at the normal protection position, the circuit is disconnected, and the crushing device 2 stops working; the lifting cover 72 is rotatably connected to the workbench 1 and can seal the feeding port 101, the lifting cover 72 has a general protection effect, if the feeding is performed at one time, more layers of protection of the lifting cover 72 can be closed after the feeding is completed, and when the device is not used, the lifting cover 72 is closed to prevent foreign matters from falling into the feeding port 101.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the press dewatering device 5 includes a press box 51, a distributor 52, an upper screen 53, a lower screen 54, a driving mechanism 55, a squeezing mechanism 56, a scraping mechanism 57, a rotation blockage detector 58, and a water nozzle 59.
The squeezing box body 51 comprises a left wall plate, a right wall plate and a stay bar fixedly connected between the left wall plate and the right wall plate, the right side of the squeezing box body 51 is provided with a feeding hole 511, the front side is provided with a discharging hole 512, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the feeding hole 511 is connected with the crushing device 2 through a slag conveying pipe 4, and the discharging hole 512 is communicated with the garbage collecting device 6; the bottom of the squeezing box body 51 is provided with a water collecting structure 513 and a water outlet communicated with the water collecting structure 513; the uniform distributor 52 is arranged on the inner side of the feed inlet and is used for uniformly spreading the mixture of the slag charge and the sewage on the lower filter screen 54; an upper filter screen 53 and a lower filter screen 54 are arranged in the inner cavity of the squeezing box body 51 from top to bottom, and a driving mechanism 55 can respectively drive the upper filter screen 52 and the lower filter screen 54 to move from the feeding hole to the discharging hole; the squeezing mechanism 56 squeezes the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54 together, and an S-shaped squeezing channel is formed between the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54; the scraping mechanism 57 contacts the upper and lower screens 53 and 54 at the end near the discharge port.
The drive mechanism 55 includes a first drive roller 551, a first driven roller 552, a first gear 553, a second drive roller 554, a second driven roller 555, a second gear 556, a tension roller 557, and a reduction motor 558; a first driving roller 551 and a first driven roller 552 rotatably connected to the press box 51 and supported at both ends of the upper screen 53, respectively, and a first gear 553 fixedly connected to the first driving roller 551; a second driving roller 554 and a second driven roller 555 are rotatably coupled to the press box 51 and supported at both ends of the lower screen 54, respectively, and a second gear 556 is fixedly coupled to the second driving roller 554 and engaged with the first gear 553; a plurality of tension rollers 557 rotatably connected to the press box 551, respectively, each of the tension rollers 557 contacting the upper screen 53 or the lower screen 54; the speed reducing motor 558 is fixedly connected to the press box body 51 and is connected with the first driving roller 551 in a shaft mode, the speed reducing motor 558 can drive the first driving roller 551 to rotate and drive the second driving roller 554 to rotate through the transmission of the first gear 553 and the second gear 556, and therefore the motion of the upper filter screen 53 around the first driving roller 551 and the first driven roller 552 and the motion of the lower filter screen 54 around the second driving roller 554 and the second driven roller 555 are achieved; the tension roller 557 provides tension for the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54, and the squeezing dehydration of the slag can be realized by the tension of the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54.
The squeezing mechanism 56 comprises two pairs of squeezing roller groups, each pair of squeezing roller groups comprises an upper squeezing roller 561 and a lower squeezing roller 562 which is positioned below the upper squeezing roller 561, the upper squeezing roller 561 and the lower squeezing roller 562 are cylindrical rollers of which the surfaces are coated with polyurethane glue layers, the upper filtering net 53 and the lower filtering net 54 are squeezed together by the upper squeezing roller 561 and the lower squeezing roller 562 through elasticity, and squeezing and dewatering of slag can be realized by means of the elasticity of the upper squeezing roller 561 and the lower squeezing roller 562; each pair of press roll sets further comprises two upper bearing blocks 563 corresponding to the upper press rolls 561, two lower bearing blocks 564 corresponding to the lower press rolls 562, and one first spring 565; two ends of the lower squeezing roll 562 are respectively connected in bearings in two lower bearing seats 564, and the two lower bearing seats 564 are respectively and fixedly connected with the squeezing box body 51; two ends of the upper press roll 561 are respectively connected to the bearings in the two upper bearing blocks 563; one end of each upper bearing block 563 is rotatably connected to the press box 51, and the other end is connected to a fixing bolt head on a corresponding lower bearing block 564 through a first spring 565; the structure of the press roll group ensures a certain pressing force, and the upper press roll 561 can swing in a small range, so that when relatively hard solid matters exist in the product of the crushing device 2, the product can pass through the pressing channel through the swing of the upper press roll 561.
The scraping mechanism 57 includes an upper scraper 571, a second spring 572, a lower scraper 573, and a third spring 574; one end of the upper scraper 571 is contacted with one end of the upper filter screen 53 close to the discharge port, the middle part of the upper scraper is rotatably connected with the squeezing box body 51, and the other end of the upper scraper is connected with the squeezing box body 51 through a second spring 572; one end of the lower scraper 573 contacts one end of the lower filter screen 54 close to the discharge hole, the middle part of the lower scraper 573 is rotatably connected with the press box body 51, and the other end of the lower scraper 573 is connected with the press box body 51 through a third spring 574; the upper blade 571 and the lower blade 573 are both made of nylon. The upper blade 571 and the lower blade 573 can swing slightly, and when the slag after press dewatering adheres to the upper screen 53 or the lower screen 54, the slag can pass through the upper blade 571 or the lower blade 572 by swinging.
The locked-rotor detector 58 is installed at the shaft end of the first driven roller 552 and connected to the PLC control circuit, and detects whether locked-rotor occurs.
The water nozzles 59 are provided in two pairs, one pair being located on both sides of the upper screen 53 and the other pair being located on both sides of the lower screen 54, respectively, and the water nozzles 59 are commonly connected to one branch of the water supply line 3.
The adding system comprises a first connecting pipeline, a first ejector, a second connecting pipeline and a second ejector; the disinfectant storage bottle 8 is connected with one path of the water supply pipeline 3 connected with the crushing device 2 through the first connecting pipeline, and the first connecting pipeline is provided with a first ejector; the lotion storage bottle 9 is connected with one path of the water supply pipeline 3 connected with the squeezing and dehydrating device 5 through the second connecting pipeline, and a second ejector is arranged on the second connecting pipeline; the first ejector and the second ejector are connected with the PLC control circuit, the first ejector is used for forming negative pressure to suck disinfectant into the crushing device 2 from the disinfectant storage bottle 8, and the second ejector is used for forming negative pressure to suck lotion into the squeezing and dewatering device 5 from the lotion storage bottle 9.
The working principle is as follows: after being thrown from the feeding port 101, the kitchen waste falls into the crushing device 2 through the safety protection device 7, and when the crushing device 2 works, the blocking rod and the soft curtain of the safety fence 71 can prevent crushed slag from splashing out to hurt people; the proximity switch of the safety barrier 71 can ensure that the crushing device 2 stops working when the safety barrier 71 is not in a normal protection position, and if an accident happens during feeding, the crushing device can be stopped immediately and buzzed for warning when the safety barrier 71 is lifted; if the feeding is performed at one time, the lifting cover 72 can be closed to form one more layer of protection after the feeding is completed, and when the device is not used, the lifting cover 72 is closed to prevent foreign matters from falling into the feeding port 101.
When the crushing device 2 works, the electromagnetic valve on the water supply pipeline 3 is opened to supply water to the crushing device 2, the motor 22 drives the rotary disc to rotate at a high speed to crush kitchen garbage entering the inner cavity of the crushing box body 21, the blade cuts the garbage at the blade root, the collision block is matched with the lug to collide the garbage at the fish bone and egg shell, the kitchen garbage is crushed into particles with the diameter smaller than 10 mm and then falls into the lower part of the inner cavity of the crushing box body 21 along with water flow, and the mixture of slag materials and sewage enters the squeezing and dehydrating device 5 through the slag material conveying pipe 4.
After the mixture of the slag and the sewage enters the feeding hole 511, the uniform distributor 52 uniformly spreads the mixture on the lower filter screen 54, and the sewage falls through the tiny gaps of the lower filter screen 54 under the action of gravity; along with the movement of the lower filter screen 54, the mixture of the slag and the sewage enters a squeezing channel from a jaw, and a part of the sewage is squeezed out by the tension of the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54; then the mixture of the slag charge and the sewage enters a first pair of squeezing roller groups, and the sewage is squeezed out by means of the elasticity of an upper squeezing roller 561 and a lower squeezing roller 562; the capillary water in the slag is extruded out through the two pairs of squeezing roller sets and the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54, so that the dehydration of the slag is realized, and the sewage falls into the water collecting structure 513 and is discharged through the water outlet; the squeezed slag reaches above the discharge port 512 along with the movement of the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54, is scraped off the upper filter screen 53 and the lower filter screen 54 by the upper scraper 571 and the lower scraper 573 respectively, and falls into the garbage collection device 6 through the discharge port 512.
When water supply pipe 3 supplies water to reducing mechanism 2, first ejector is opened simultaneously, and disinfectant gets into the inner chamber of smashing box 21 along with rivers, and crushing work is accomplished the back, and disinfectant gets into with the mixture of slag charge and sewage and squeezes dewatering device 5, disinfects reducing mechanism 2 and squeezing dewatering device 5 when realizing equipment work.
When the equipment carries out a self-cleaning program, the two branched electromagnetic valves on the water supply pipeline 3 are opened to supply water to the crushing device 2 and the squeezing and dehydrating device 5; meanwhile, the first ejector and the second ejector are opened, the disinfectant enters the inner cavity of the crushing box body 21 along with water flow and then enters the inner cavity of the squeezing box body 51 through the slag conveying pipe 4, and the crushing device 2 and the squeezing dewatering device 5 are disinfected; the lotion is sprayed onto the upper and lower screens 53 and 54 as the water flows through the two pairs of water spray nozzles 59, and is washed as the upper and lower screens 53 and 54 move.
The invention adopts a squeezing dehydration mode, reduces the water content of the treated residue, has the water content of less than 15 percent, is not easy to breed bacteria, and is clean and sanitary; the squeezing dewatering device has low energy consumption, is economical and practical, has low noise when in operation, and effectively solves the noise pollution caused by a vacuum water absorption or centrifugal drying mode; the invention meets the actual requirements of kitchen waste treatment of families, hotel kitchens, unit dining halls, ship kitchens and the like, the treated kitchen waste conforms to the regulation of relevant terms of GB/T3552-2018 ship water pollutant discharge control standard and International Ship pollution prevention convention (MARPOL), and conforms to various requirements of GB/T28739-2012 kitchen waste treatment and utilization equipment for catering industry and decrement type kitchen waste treatment equipment.

the squeezing and dewatering device also comprises two pairs of water spray nozzles, one pair of the water spray nozzles is respectively positioned on two sides of the upper filter screen, the other pair of the water spray nozzles is respectively positioned on two sides of the lower filter screen, and the water spray nozzles are commonly connected with one branch of the water supply pipeline;
the equipment also comprises a disinfectant storage bottle, a lotion storage bottle and an adding system; the adding system comprises a first connecting pipeline, a first ejector, a second connecting pipeline and a second ejector; the disinfectant storage bottle is connected with one path of the water supply pipeline connected with the crushing device through the first connecting pipeline, and the first connecting pipeline is provided with a first ejector; the lotion storage bottle is connected with one path of the water supply pipeline connected with the squeezing and dewatering device through the second connecting pipeline, and a second ejector is arranged on the second connecting pipeline; the first ejector and the second ejector are both connected with the PLC control circuit.
