Background
Generally, in a rack system, a load carrier is mounted to a rack by a pair of rail assemblies. Wherein a first rail of the slide assembly is mounted to the frame, typically by means of a bracket device; and a second rail is movable relative to the first rail for carrying the object.
For example, U.S. patent publication No. US 2015/0069196 A1 discloses a mounting bracket 34 for a slide assembly, wherein the mounting bracket 34 comprises a side wall 42, an end wall 44, a stopper 46 and a resilient member 48. Wherein, the sidewall 42 has two bumps 61 and two supports 63 located between the two bumps 61; on the other hand, the stopper 46 includes a first portion 70, a second portion 72, and a middle portion 74 connecting the first portion 70 and the second portion 72. The stopper 46 passes through the first portion 70, the second portion 72, the two protrusions 61 and a recess 67 of the two supports 63 via a pivot 47, so that the stopper 46 is pivoted to the sidewall 42. The elastic member 48 can provide an elastic force to the stopper 46, so that a first end 84 of the stopper 46 corresponds to the end wall 44. In addition, the first portion 70 and the second portion 72 of the stopper 46 each include an extending section 82, and the extending section 82 can be pressed against the sidewall 42 in response to the elastic force of the elastic member 48 to maintain the stopper 46 at a predetermined position. According to one aspect of the present invention, a bracket device includes a longitudinal wall, an end wall, at least one mounting member, a lug, a stopper and a resilient member. The end wall is bent relative to the longitudinal wall; the at least one mounting member is connected to the end wall; the lug is connected with the longitudinal wall and is characterized in that: the lug comprises a support section, the support section is provided with a first side and a second side; the blocking piece is pivoted to the lug and comprises a blocking part and an extending part, and the extending part is used for abutting against the first side of the supporting section of the lug; the elastic piece is arranged between the blocking piece and the second side of the supporting section of the lug and used for providing elastic force to the blocking piece, so that the blocking piece can be kept at a preset position and the blocking part faces the end wall.
Preferably, the longitudinal wall includes an opening, and the position of the opening corresponds to the stopper.
Preferably, the lug is transversely connected to the longitudinal wall.
Preferably, the support section extends substantially longitudinally from the lug.
Preferably, the first side and the second side of the support section are opposite sides.
Preferably, the elastic member includes a first portion, a second portion and a winding portion, wherein the first portion is disposed between the first portion and the second portion, the first portion abuts against the stopper, and the second portion abuts against the second side of the supporting section of the protruding lug.
Preferably, the bracket device further comprises an operating member connected to the stopper for operating the stopper to move away from the predetermined position.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a carriage assembly for a rail assembly includes a first rail and a second rail movable relative to the first rail, the carriage assembly including a longitudinal wall, an end wall, at least one mounting member, a lug, a stop member, and a resilient member. The end wall is bent relative to the longitudinal wall, wherein the longitudinal wall is connected to the first rail; the at least one mounting member is connected to the end wall; the lug is positioned on the longitudinal wall and is characterized in that: the lug comprises a support section, the support section is provided with a first side and a second side; the blocking piece is movably arranged on the lug and comprises a blocking part and an extending part, and the extending part is used for abutting against the first side of the supporting section of the lug; the elastic piece is arranged between the blocking piece and the second side of the supporting section of the lug, so that the blocking piece can be kept at a preset position and the blocking part faces the end wall.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a rack system including a pair of rail assemblies 20 that can be used to mount a load 22 to a rack 24. The carrier 22 is, for example, an electronic device; the frame 24 includes a pair of first posts 26a and a pair of second posts 26b. Each slide assembly 20 includes a first rail 28 and a second rail 30, and preferably further includes a third rail 32 movably mounted between the first rail 28 and the second rail 30, the third rail 32 being configured to extend the moving distance of the second rail 30 relative to the first rail 28. Further, two portions of the first rail 28 may be mounted to the first and second posts 26a, 26b of the frame 24 by a first and second bracket devices 34, 36, respectively; on the other hand, the second rail 30 can be used to support the carrier 22, so that the carrier 22 can be moved from the inside of the rack 24 to the outside of the rack 24 by the movement of the second rail 30 relative to the first rail 28.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first bracket device 34 (hereinafter referred to as the bracket device 34) includes a longitudinal wall 38, an end wall 40, at least one mounting member 42, at least one lug 44, a stopper 46 and a resilient member 48. Preferably, an operating member 50 is further included.
The end wall 40 is connected to the longitudinal wall 38, and the end wall 40 is bent with respect to the longitudinal wall 38. In this embodiment, the end wall 40 is connected approximately perpendicularly to the longitudinal wall 38. Preferably, the longitudinal wall 38 includes an opening 51, and the opening 51 is located corresponding to the stopper 46.
The at least one mounting member 42 is illustrated as two. Each mounting member 42 passes through the end wall 40. And, at least one lug 44 is exemplified by two. Each lug 44 is located on the longitudinal wall 38. Specifically, each of the lugs 44 is connected to the longitudinal wall 38. The lug 44 includes a support section 52, the support section 52 having a first side 54 and a second side 56, where the first side 54 and the second side 56 are opposite. Preferably, the lugs 44 are connected transversely to the longitudinal walls 38; the support section 52, on the other hand, extends generally longitudinally from the ledge 44.
The stopper 46 is movably mounted to the lug 44, for example, the stopper 46 is pivotally connected to the lug 44 by a shaft 58. Specifically, the stopper 46 includes at least one extending portion 60 and a blocking portion 62, and preferably includes a middle portion 64 located between the at least one extending portion 60 and the blocking portion 62. The at least one extension 60 is exemplified by two. The two extensions 60 are located between the two ears 44. Preferably, the shaft 58 is disposed through the two extensions 60 and the two ears 44. Each extension 60 is adapted to abut against the first side 54 of the support section 52 of each lug 44. Preferably, each extension 60 includes a bent section 66 that abuts the first side 54 of the support section 52 of each lug 44.
The elastic member 48 is used to provide elastic force to the stopper 46. Here, the elastic element 48 is disposed between the stopper 46 and the second side 56 of the supporting segment 52 of the lug 44. The stopper 46 can be maintained at a predetermined position in response to the elastic force of the elastic member 48. Further, the elastic member 48 includes a first portion 68, a second portion 70 and a winding portion 72 disposed between the first portion 68 and the second portion 70. Wherein the first portion 68 abuts against the stopper 46, and the second portion 70 abuts against the second side 56 of the supporting segment 52 of the lug 44.
The operating member 50 is connected to the stopper 46, and the operating member 50 is used for providing a user to operate the stopper 46 to leave the predetermined position. Preferably, the operating member 50 and the stopper 46 are connected to each other by a mating structure. For example, the operating member 50 includes at least one recessed structure 74, and the stopper 46 includes at least one protruding structure 76 for engaging with the recessed structure 74 (as shown in fig. 3); alternatively, the operating member 50 can be coupled to the stop member 46 by riveting or screwing, but not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, since the lug 44 of the bracket device 34 includes the supporting section 52, and the supporting section 52 can provide the stopper 46 and the elastic member 48 to abut or support, under the limited space of the longitudinal wall 38, the bracket device 34 provided in the embodiment of the present invention can still allow the elastic member 48 to provide the elastic force to the stopper 46, compared to the prior art.
As shown in fig. 4, a post of the frame 24, such as the first post 26a, includes at least one aperture 78; the first rail 28, on the other hand, is connected to the longitudinal wall 38 adjacent to the bracket means 34. In addition, the stopper 46 responds to the elastic force of the elastic member 48, so that the stopper 46 can be kept at a predetermined position P1 relative to the end wall 40. Preferably, the stop portion 62 of the stopper 46 faces the end wall 40 at the predetermined position P1.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the bracket device 34 is to be mounted to the first post 26a, the middle portion 64 of the stop 46 can be pressed by an edge 80 of the first post 26 a; alternatively, the user can operate the stopper 46, and the purpose of the user is to deflect the stopper 46 from the predetermined position P1 to another position P2 with respect to the longitudinal wall 38, so that the stopping portion 62 of the stopper 46 can be close to the longitudinal wall 38 (or close to the opening 51), and the stopping portion 62 of the stopper 46 is no longer toward the end wall 40. In this state, the elastic member 48 accumulates the elastic force.
With reference to fig. 6, in a state where the stopping portion 62 of the stopping member 46 is no longer facing the end wall 40, the user can further operate the first rail 28 to displace in a first direction D1, so that the mounting member 42 of the bracket device 34 can be mounted to the hole 78 of the first post 26 a; on the other hand, the stopper 46 can return to the predetermined position P1 again in response to the elastic member 48 releasing the elastic force, so that the stopping portion 62 of the stopper 46 returns to the state of facing the end wall 40, and the stopping portion 62 of the stopper 46 can lock the first post 26a (see fig. 7).
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the first rail 28 is to be detached from the first post 26a, the user can directly operate the stopping member 46 or the operating member 50 to make the stopping member 46 swing away from the predetermined position P in a second direction D2, so that the stopping portion 62 of the stopping member 46 no longer locks the first post 26a, and then, the user can displace the first rail 28 in a third direction D3, so that the mounting member 42 of the bracket device 34 can be disengaged from the hole 78 of the first post 26a, and the first rail 28 can be detached from the first post 26 a.
From the above description, it can be seen that the enhanced efficacy and advantages of the present invention are: can use on the slide rail to can install the bracket in limited space, in order to make things convenient for the fast loading and unloading installation demand between slide rail and aforementioned first post.

A bracket device comprises a longitudinal wall, an end wall bent relative to the longitudinal wall, at least one mounting part, at least one lug, a blocking part and an elastic part, wherein the at least one mounting part is connected to the end wall, the at least one lug is connected with the longitudinal wall, the blocking part is pivoted to the at least one lug and comprises a blocking part and at least one extending part, the elastic part is used for providing elastic force to the blocking part so that the blocking part can be kept at a preset position and the blocking part faces the end wall, the elastic part comprises a first part and a second part, the longitudinal wall comprises an opening, and the position of the opening corresponds to the blocking part; the method is characterized in that:
the at least one lug comprises a support section having a first side and a second side, the first side and the second side of the support section being opposite sides, the support section extending from the at least one lug and an end of the support section being connected to the at least one lug;
the at least one extending part of the stopper comprises a bending section for abutting against the first side of the supporting section of the at least one lug;
the elastic piece is arranged between the blocking piece and the second side of the supporting section of the at least one lug, and the second part of the elastic piece is abutted against the second side of the supporting section of the at least one lug;
the supporting section of the at least one lug simultaneously provides support for the stopper and the elastic piece; and
the bracket device also comprises an operating piece which is connected with the blocking piece and used for operating the blocking piece to leave the preset position.
2. The tray device according to claim 1, wherein said at least one lug is connected transversely to the longitudinal wall.
3. The tray device according to claim 2, wherein said support section extends substantially longitudinally from said at least one lug.
4. The tray device according to claim 1, wherein said elastic member comprises a coil portion, said coil portion being located between said first portion and said second portion, said first portion abutting against said stopper.

A bracket device comprises a longitudinal wall, an end wall connected with the longitudinal wall, at least one mounting part, at least one lug, a stopper and an elastic part, wherein the at least one mounting part is connected with the end wall, the at least one lug is positioned on the longitudinal wall, the stopper is movably mounted on the at least one lug and comprises a stopping part and at least one extending part, the elastic part is used for providing elastic force to the stopper so that the stopping part of the stopper can be kept at a preset position relative to the end wall, the elastic part comprises a first part and a second part, the end wall is bent relative to the longitudinal wall, the stopper is pivoted to the at least one lug through a shaft part, the longitudinal wall comprises an opening, and the position of the opening corresponds to the stopper; the method is characterized in that:
