Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of check cabinets, in particular to a check cabinet with a refrigerating function.
Background
With the continuous acceleration of global economic integration process, trade barriers among countries are continuously eliminated, international trade and domestic trade activities are increasingly active, and production, management and social activities tend to be efficient and fast-paced, so that time value is more and more important. The express logistics industry which accompanies the development is vigorous.
In order to improve the terminal distribution efficiency and solve the problem that time nodes of couriers and consumers are asymmetric, check boxes such as intelligent express cabinets, takeaway cabinets and automatic sales cabinets are gradually becoming the main delivery mode of the express delivery of the last kilometer. Currently, most of ubiquitous check cabinets are normal temperature cabinets, and have no refrigeration function. Therefore, the fresh food can only stop the step of the cabinet, and other foods stored in the cabinet need to be taken out in time, otherwise, the food is easy to deteriorate due to high temperature. In order to extend the shelf life of the stored food in the checks, and to meet the preservation requirements of various foods, it is highly desirable to provide the checks with a refrigeration function.
Chinese patent specification CN204739828U discloses a lattice cabinet liner, which is divided into a plurality of rows of transversely penetrating storage compartments, an air duct is arranged between any two adjacent rows of storage compartments, two inner side walls of each storage compartment are provided with an air inlet and a corresponding air outlet which are communicated with the air duct, and the bottom of the liner is provided with a fan communicated with the air duct and a heater or refrigerator arranged above the fan. On one hand, the cool air is downwards settled, and only a fan is arranged below the temperature control device to blow upwards, so that the temperature of the upper space and the lower space of the inner container of the lattice cabinet is uneven; on the other hand, only the two side walls of the storage compartment are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, so that air between the storage compartments arranged side by side up and down is not circulated. Thus, the temperature within each storage compartment and each storage compartment is not uniform, which is detrimental to food preservation.

When the grid cabinet needs to be placed outdoors, preferably, a foot reinforcing body 21 is additionally arranged on the supporting leg of the caster 20, and the foot reinforcing body 21 is fixed on the ground through the expansion bolts, so that the stability of the grid cabinet is further ensured, and the grid cabinet is prevented from being blown down by strong wind.
The check cabinet of the embodiment is put into a laboratory for electrifying, the refrigerating mode is adjusted to be refrigerating, ice cream, boiled dumplings and mutton rolls are respectively put into each layer of storage check 9, temperature detection distribution points in the cabinet, ambient temperature detection distribution points, temperature detection distribution points of the evaporator 5 and product running noise detection are respectively carried out, and experimental results show that the running noise of the double-compressor refrigerating system of the check cabinet of the embodiment is far lower than that of a single-compressor refrigerating system. And then taking out the articles, replacing the articles with vegetables, regulating the refrigeration mode to refrigeration, checking the measurement results of all the temperature detection points in the cabinet, finding that the temperature difference of all the temperature detection points is smaller, and ensuring that the temperature difference in the cabinet is not more than 2 ℃ and reaches a balance point with a certain proportion. Further, the hot air defrosting function is started, and the temperature rise of the evaporator 5 is checked, so that hot air defrosting is effective. Finally, the laboratory ambient temperature is reduced to-20 ℃, the temperature in the cabinet of the grid cabinet is set to be the refrigeration temperature of 10 ℃, the heating wire 17 is started, and after a certain time, the temperature of the distribution point in the cabinet is checked to reach the set temperature.
