The air pump directly pushes the conical sealing element to move forward and backward, so that the air pressure automatic adjusting device is sealed and opened, the oil leakage of the tank body is prevented under a steep road condition, and the tank body is kept to be ventilated with the outside under a flat road condition; thereby effectively avoiding the phenomena of adhesion, blockage and the like of the sealing element caused by crude oil and prolonging the effective service life of the sealing element.
