Description

Elastic module balance pad, elastic pad and furniture
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of furniture, in particular to an elastic module balance pad, an elastic pad and furniture.
Background
Furniture such as beds and the like are indispensable components in life of people. Most existing large furniture is not easy to disassemble or recover after disassembly. However, with the development of modern life, furniture, particularly beds and the like, require more and more frequent disassembly and assembly to accommodate the needs of population migration and field leisure. During the relocation, it is very difficult to disassemble and assemble the bed, so that the bed that is still usable is sometimes discarded to reduce the relocation burden.
Beds are typically comprised of a bed frame, a resilient mattress and a cover, with existing mattresses typically being a one-piece, non-removable, unitary mattress formed of multiple stacked layers and springs. The whole pad has larger size and is not easy to be disassembled and stored.
Existing independent pocket spring mattresses are intended to avoid the interaction of two or more persons lying in bed at the same time (e.g. if the weight difference between individuals is relatively large, one of the persons inevitably affects the other when turning over or moving the body). In this type of mattress, each spring is individually packaged in a bag or sleeve made of non-woven fabric or other material. The spring pockets are arranged in a pattern and the outside of the arranged set of spring pockets is then covered by a single piece of foam rubber by adhesion, gluing or the like to form the desired spring cushion in the form of a furniture mattress or a furniture mattress. However, the individual pocket spring mattresses remain a unitary product, cannot be disassembled and are not easily transportable. In addition, in the independent pocket spring mattress, the non-woven fabrics for wrapping the pocket springs are adhered to each other and dragged, and when the mattress is squeezed, the pocket springs cannot completely independently move up and down, thereby affecting the comfort of the mattress.
In addition, the existing mattress also has the defect of difficult cleaning. For a typical mattress, only the cover is usually removable, while the sponge portion cannot be removed and is not easily cleaned. Even though latex may have some anti-mite effect, a mattress may often last years and the sponge portion, which is not easily cleaned, may present a significant hygienic risk.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of at least some of the problems with the prior art above, it is an object of the present invention to provide an elastic pad with improved comfort.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an elastic module balance pad comprising: a pad body including a first pad side surface and a second pad side surface opposed in a thickness direction of the pad body, the second pad side surface being for facing the elastic base pad, the second pad side surface having a plurality of receiving holes formed thereon which are arranged at intervals and extend toward an inside of the pad body; a protective sheet laid and connected on the first pad side surface; wherein each of the receiving holes is configured to receive a portion of a corresponding spring module of the spring base pad to constrain movement of the spring module in a lateral direction of the pad body.
In the technical scheme, a plurality of accommodating holes which are arranged at intervals and extend towards the inside of the cushion body are formed in the cushion body of the elastic module balance cushion, the protection sheet is paved and connected on the side surface of the first cushion, and each accommodating hole can be used for accommodating a part of a corresponding elastic module of the elastic base cushion so as to restrain the movement of the elastic module in the transverse direction. The protection sheet not only can well protect the first pad side surface of the pad body, but also can integrally connect the pad body together in the transverse direction to limit the pad body in the transverse direction, so that the pad body is prevented from being pulled and shifted in the transverse direction under the action of the elastic module, and the movement of the elastic module in the transverse direction can be further restrained by the pad body. In addition, the protection sheet can limit the elastic module to prevent the elastic module from moving in the axial direction of the accommodating hole. Therefore, when the elastic module balance pad is laid on the elastic base pad, the movement of each elastic module in the transverse direction is restrained, so that the stability of the elastic pad under pressure can be effectively improved, and the elastic pad has better comfort.
Further, the accommodating hole penetrates through the thickness of the pad body, and the protection sheet covers the accommodating holes.
Further, the cross-sectional dimension of the accommodation hole gradually expands in a direction from the first pad-side surface to the second pad-side surface.
Furthermore, the cushion body is an elastic body, and the protection sheet is a flexible sheet.
Further, the elastic body is a sponge body, and the flexible sheet is a non-woven fabric sheet.
Further, the elastic module balance pad includes a protection pad laid and connected on the second pad side surface and including a concave portion recessed into each of the receiving holes, the concave portion including a top wall and a side wall surrounding the top wall, the side wall and an inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole being in close contact, the top wall facing the first pad side surface, and the pad body being wrapped between the protection sheet and the protection pad.
Further, the top wall is connected to the protective sheet.
Furthermore, the protective lining is made of the same material as the protective sheet; and/or the shape of the concave portion conforms to the shape of the receiving hole.
In order to achieve the above object, in a second aspect, the present invention provides an elastic module balance pad comprising: a cushion body including a first cushion-side surface and a second cushion-side surface opposed to each other in a thickness direction of the cushion body, the second cushion-side surface being adapted to face the elastic base cushion, the second cushion-side surface having formed thereon a plurality of receiving holes arranged at intervals and extending toward an inside of the cushion body; a protective lining laid and connected on the second mat side surface and including a recessed portion recessed into each of the receiving holes, the recessed portion including a top wall and a side wall surrounding the top wall, the side wall and an inner surface of the receiving hole being in close contact with each other, the top wall facing the first mat side surface; wherein each of the receiving holes is configured to receive a portion of a corresponding spring module of the spring base pad to constrain movement of the spring module in a lateral direction of the pad body.
In this technical solution, since the cushion body of the elastic module balance cushion is formed with a plurality of receiving holes arranged at intervals and extending toward the inside of the cushion body, and the protection pad is laid and connected on the side surface of the second cushion and recessed into each receiving hole, and at the same time, the side wall of the recessed portion of the protection pad recessed into the receiving hole is in close contact with the inner surface of the receiving hole, so that each receiving hole can be used for receiving a portion of the corresponding elastic module of the elastic base cushion to restrain the movement of the elastic module in the lateral direction, so that the elastic module balance cushion can be laid on the elastic base cushion having a plurality of elastic modules when the elastic module balance cushion is assembled to form the elastic cushion, and a portion of each elastic module can be received into the corresponding receiving hole and contacted with the portion of the protection pad recessed into the receiving hole, at this time, the recessed portion of the protection pad into the receiving hole can prevent a portion of the elastic module from contacting the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole, thereby forming good protection for the receiving hole, and at the same time, the restriction effect of the receiving hole of the elastic module can effectively restrain the movement in the lateral direction (i.e. in the direction parallel to the cushion body), thereby effectively preventing the elastic module from being inclined, and effectively keeping the stability of the elastic module from being inclined. The protection liner can not only form good protection for the second pad side surface of the pad body, but also integrally connect the second pad side surface and the inner circumferential surface of the accommodating hole together in the transverse direction to limit the pad body in the transverse direction, so that the pad body is prevented from being pulled and displaced in the transverse direction under the action of the elastic module, and the movement of the elastic module in the transverse direction can be further restrained by the pad body. In addition, when a part of the elastic module positioned in the accommodating hole contacts the top wall, the top wall can limit the elastic module to prevent the elastic module from moving in the axial direction of the accommodating hole. Therefore, the elastic module balance pad restrains the movement of each elastic module in the transverse direction when being laid on the elastic base pad, so that the stability of the elastic pad when being pressed can be effectively improved, and the elastic pad has better comfort.
Further, the receiving hole penetrates through a pad body thickness, the ceiling wall is provided at an aperture of the receiving hole at the first pad side surface, and an outer surface of the ceiling wall and the first pad side surface are flush.
Further, a cross-sectional dimension of the accommodation hole gradually expands in a direction from the first pad-side surface to the second pad-side surface; and/or the shape of the recessed portion conforms to the shape of the receiving hole.
Further, the cushion body is an elastic body, and the protective lining is a flexible sheet.
Furthermore, the elastic body is a sponge body, and the flexible sheet is a non-woven fabric sheet.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides an elastic pad, including: an elastic base pad including a plurality of elastic modules; the resilient module balancing pad of any of the first and second aspects above; wherein the elastic module balancing pad is laid on the elastic base pad, and a portion of each of the elastic modules is received and positioned in the receiving hole corresponding thereto, wherein the receiving hole is capable of restraining the elastic modules from moving in a lateral direction.
In this way, as described in the first and second aspects, since the elastic module balance pad restrains the movement of each elastic module in the transverse direction when being laid on the elastic base pad, the stability of the elastic pad when being subjected to pressure can be effectively improved, and thus, the elastic pad can have better comfort.
Further, the spring module is truncated cone-shaped and is accommodated in a form-fitting manner in the accommodation opening in the form of a truncated cone opening.
In addition, the elastic pad further comprises an outer cover covering the elastic module balancing pad and wrapping at least a portion of the elastic base pad and the elastic module balancing pad.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides an item of furniture comprising a resilient pad as claimed in any of the above third aspects.
Including but not limited to mattresses, sofas, chairs, divans, soft-packed benches, and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. What has been described herein is merely a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention and other ways of practicing the invention will occur to those skilled in the art and are within the scope of the invention.
Fig. 2 and 3 exemplarily show the elastic module balance pad 10 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the elastic module balance pad 10 of the first preferred embodiment provided by the present invention comprises a pad body 3 and a protection sheet 6, wherein the pad body 3 comprises a first pad side surface 1 and a second pad side surface 2 opposite to each other in a thickness direction of the pad body, the second pad side surface 2 is used to face an elastic base pad 4, a plurality of receiving holes 5 arranged at intervals are formed on the second pad side surface 2 of the pad body 3 and extended toward the inside of the pad body, and the protection sheet 6 is laid and connected on the first pad side surface 1, wherein each receiving hole 5 is configured to receive a portion of a corresponding elastic module 7 of the elastic base pad 4 to restrain movement of the elastic module in a transverse direction of the pad body 3.
Since the plurality of receiving holes 5 are formed on the second pad side surface 2 of the pad body 3 of the elastic module balance pad 10 and are spaced apart from each other and extend toward the inside of the pad body, and the protection sheet 6 is laid and connected to the first pad side surface, each receiving hole 5 can receive a portion of the corresponding elastic module 7 of the elastic base pad 4 to restrain the movement of the elastic module 7 in the lateral direction, so that the elastic module balance pad 10 can be laid on the elastic base pad 4 having the plurality of elastic modules 7 when assembled to form the elastic pad 12, and a portion of each elastic module 7 can be received in the corresponding receiving hole 5, at this time, due to the restriction of the receiving hole 5 of the pad body 3, the movement of each elastic module 7 in the lateral direction (i.e., in the direction parallel to the pad body) can be effectively restrained, so that each elastic module 7 is effectively prevented from being inclined due to force, thereby effectively maintaining the support stability of each elastic module 7. The protection sheet 6 can not only protect the first pad side surface 1 of the pad body 3, but also connect the pad body 3 together in the transverse direction to limit the pad body 3 in the transverse direction, so as to prevent the pad body 3 from pulling and shifting in the transverse direction under the action of the elastic module 7, and further restrict the movement of the elastic module 7 in the transverse direction through the pad body 3. In addition, the protection sheet 6 can limit the elastic module 7, and prevent the elastic module 7 from moving in the axial direction of the accommodating hole 5. Therefore, the elastic module balance pad 10 restrains the movement of each elastic module 7 in the transverse direction when being laid on the elastic base pad 4, so that the smoothness of the elastic pad 12 when being pressed can be effectively improved, and the elastic pad 12 has better comfort.
In addition, the elastic module balance pad 10 can be used for manufacturing an elastic pad of furniture.
In addition, in this elastic module balancing pad 10, the protection sheet 6 may be bonded, ultrasonically welded, velcro-connected, or connected to the first pad side surface 1 by other means. In addition, the protective sheet 6 may be a single sheet, or may be a plurality of sheets stacked.
In addition, in this elastic module balance pad 10, the receiving hole 5 may be a counterbore, that is, the receiving hole 5 extends toward the inside of the pad body 3 but does not extend through the first pad side surface 1, and at this time, the protection sheet 6 may be attached to a ceiling wall of the counterbore to increase the strength of the ceiling wall to prevent the elastic module 7 from moving in the axial direction of the receiving hole 5. Alternatively, the receiving hole 5 may extend through the thickness of the cushion body 3, i.e., from the second cushion-side surface 2 to the first cushion-side surface 1, and the protection sheet 6 covers the plurality of receiving holes 5, so that the receiving hole 5 may receive a portion of the elastic module 7 as much as possible, and when a portion of the elastic module 7 positioned in the receiving hole 5 contacts the protection sheet 6, the protection sheet 6 may also limit the elastic module 7 to prevent the elastic module 7 from moving in the axial direction of the receiving hole 5.
In addition, in the elastic module balance pad 10, the cross-sectional dimension of the accommodation hole 5 may be the same in the axial direction of the accommodation hole, that is, a constant diameter hole, so that a part of the elastic module 7 may abut on the protection sheet 6 after entering into the accommodation hole 5. Alternatively, the cross-sectional dimension of the receiving opening 5 can be varied in the axial direction of the receiving opening to form a stop collar in the receiving opening 5, so that a part of the spring module 7 can abut against the stop collar after entering the receiving opening 5. Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the cross-sectional size of the receiving hole 5 is gradually enlarged in the direction from the first pad side surface 1 to the second pad side surface 2 to form a frustum hole, so that the protection sheet 6 covers the small-sized port of the frustum hole at this time since the cross-sectional size of the frustum hole is gradually reduced in the direction toward the first pad side surface 1. In practical use, a portion of the elastic module 7 may abut against the tapered inner circumferential surface of the accommodation hole 5 after entering the accommodation hole 5. Alternatively, the elastic module 7 may be formed as a frustum body whose conical surface inclination may be the same as that of the receiving hole 5 in a manner matched with the frustum hole, so that a part of the frustum body may be form-fittingly and conically fitted in the frustum hole to form conical surface fitting therebetween, thereby allowing a part of the elastic module 7 to be more stably and reliably fitted in the receiving hole 5, and thereby allowing the elastic module balance pad 10 to provide more stable and reliable restraint on the elastic module 7. In addition, the receiving hole 5 may be a square hole, or may also be a circular hole, for example, a square table hole or a circular table hole.
In addition, in the elastic module balance pad 10, the pad body 3 may not have elasticity, for example, it may be a plastic thin plate, and the protection sheet 6 may be a plastic cloth with a predetermined thickness, and the plastic cloth may be adhered and laid on one side plate surface of the plastic thin plate. Alternatively, the cushion body 3 is an elastic body, and the protection sheet 6 is a flexible sheet, so that the flexible sheet can be laid and attached on the first cushion side surface 1 of the elastic body by an adhesive or ultrasonic welding. Like this, after the elastomer is laid in order to form cushion 12 on elastic base pad 4, when the cushion receives pressure, elasticity module 7 will be compressed correspondingly in order to provide the support, this moment, because fill up body 3 for the elastomer, and protection piece 6 is the flexible piece, fill up body 3 will take place corresponding elastic deformation in order to provide the buffering, corresponding deformation also takes place for protection piece 6 correspondingly, thereby can further restrain the motion of each elasticity module 7 in the transverse direction, promote the stationarity of cushion 12 when receiving pressure effectively, make cushion 12 have better comfort level.
In addition, the elastic body may have various types, for example, one type of the elastic body may be a silicone body, or another type of the elastic body may be a sponge body, for example, a sponge body having high elastic properties, which is easily molded into a desired shape, is low in cost, and is easily breathable. In addition, the flexible sheet may also have various types, for example, one type of the flexible sheet may be a plastic cloth having a predetermined thickness. Alternatively, the other type of flexible sheet may be a cloth, for example, a canvas or a non-woven sheet. The non-woven fabrics piece can be so that the balanced pad of elasticity module has good dampproofing and air permeability to the non-woven fabrics piece can be so that the balanced pad of elasticity module is more pliable and thin, and this travelling comfort that can further promote the cushion.
Fig. 4 and 5 exemplarily show a resilient module balance pad 10 according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, on the basis of the elastic module balance pad 10 of the first preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, the elastic module balance pad may further include a protection liner 8, the protection liner 8 is laid and connected on the second pad side surface 2 and includes a recessed portion recessed into each receiving hole 5, the recessed portion of the protection liner 8 recessed into the receiving hole includes a top wall 9 and a side wall 11 surrounding the top wall 9, the side wall 11 is in close contact with an inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5, the top wall 9 faces the first pad side surface 1, and the pad body 3 is wrapped between the protection sheet 6 and the protection liner 8.
In this way, since the protection packing 8 is laid on the second mat side surface 2 and recessed into each receiving hole 5, and at the same time, the side wall 11 of the portion of the protection packing 8 recessed into the receiving hole 5 is in close contact with the inner surface of the receiving hole 5, so that each receiving hole 5 can be used to receive a portion of the corresponding elastic module of the elastic base mat to restrain the movement of the elastic module in the lateral direction, the elastic module balance mat 10 can be laid on the elastic base mat 4 having the plurality of elastic modules 7 when assembled to form the elastic mat 12, and a portion of each elastic module 7 can be received in the corresponding receiving hole 5 and brought into contact with the portion of the protection packing 8 recessed into the receiving hole 5, at this time, the portion of the protection packing 8 recessed into the receiving hole 5 can prevent a portion of the elastic module 7 from coming into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5, thereby forming a good protection for the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5, and at the same time, due to the restriction of the receiving hole 5 of the cushion body 3, it is possible to effectively restrain the movement of each elastic module in the lateral direction (i.e. in the direction parallel to prevent the cushion body from being inclined, thereby effectively maintaining the stability of the elastic module 7. The protection liner 8 can not only protect the second pad side surface 2 of the pad body 3 well, but also connect the second pad side surface 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5 together in the transverse direction to limit the pad body in the transverse direction, and at the same time, as mentioned above, the protection sheet 6 can connect the pad body 3 together in the transverse direction to limit the pad body 3 in the transverse direction, therefore, the pad body 3 can be prevented from pulling and shifting in the transverse direction under the action of the elastic module 7 through the protection sheet 6 and the protection liner 8, which can further restrict the movement of the elastic module 7 in the transverse direction through the pad body 3. In addition, when a portion of the elastic module 7 positioned in the accommodation hole 5 contacts the ceiling wall 9, the ceiling wall 9 may also limit the elastic module 7, preventing the elastic module 7 from moving in the axial direction of the accommodation hole 5. Therefore, when the elastic module 7 balance pad is laid on the elastic base pad, the movement of each elastic module in the transverse direction is restrained, so that the stability of the elastic pad under pressure can be effectively improved, and the elastic pad has better comfort.
In addition, a predetermined gap can be maintained between the top wall 9 and the protective sheet 6 in the accommodating hole 5, and the size of the predetermined gap can be selected according to actual requirements, for example, 1-2mm or other values. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the top wall 9 and the protection sheet 6 are connected together, for example, the top wall 9 and the protection sheet 6 are connected together by an adhesive or ultrasonic welding, so that the connected top wall 9 and the protection sheet 6 on the one hand can increase the thickness to form a better and longer lasting axial support for a part of the elastic module 7 and on the other hand can connect the first pad side surface 1 and the second pad side surface 2 of the cushion body 3 together, thereby further preventing the cushion body 3 from being subjected to a pulling displacement in the transverse direction under the action of the elastic module 7, which can further restrict the movement of the elastic module 7 in the transverse direction by the cushion body 3.
Furthermore, when the receiving opening 5 is a through-hole, the top wall 9 and the protection sheet 6 may be directly connected, or a sandwich body may be arranged between the top wall 9 and the protection sheet 6, and the top wall 9, the sandwich body and the protection sheet 6 connected together may further increase in thickness to form a better and longer-lasting axial support for a portion of the elastic module 7. Alternatively, when the receiving opening 5 is countersunk, the top wall 9, the top wall of the receiving opening 5 and the protective plate 6 can be connected together, which can further increase the thickness to provide a better and longer lasting axial support for a portion of the spring module 7.
In addition, in the elastic module balance pad, the material of the protection lining 8 may be different from that of the protection sheet 6. Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the protective lining 8 is made of the same material as the protective sheet 6, that is, the protective lining 8 may be made of the same material as the protective sheet 6. For example, both the protective liner 8 and the protective sheet 6 may be nonwoven fabrics.
Further, the protective liner 8 may be a single layer, or may be a laminated multilayer, similarly to the protective sheet 6.
In addition, the shape of the recessed portion and the shape of the accommodation hole 5 conform to each other, so that the side wall of the recessed portion can more completely fit the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole 5.
Fig. 8 and 9 exemplarily show an elastic module balance pad 10 according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, 8 and 9, the elastic module balance pad 10 includes a pad body 3 and a protective pad 8, wherein the pad body 3 includes a first pad side surface 1 and a second pad side surface 2 opposite in a thickness direction of the pad body, the second pad side surface 2 is configured to face an elastic base pad 4, a plurality of receiving holes 5 arranged at intervals and extending toward an inside of the pad body are formed on the second pad side surface 2 of the pad body 3, the protective pad 8 is laid and connected on the second pad side surface 2 and includes recessed portions recessed into the respective receiving holes 5, the recessed portions of the protective pad 8 recessed into the receiving holes include a top wall 9 and a side wall 11 surrounding the top wall 9, the side wall 11 and an inner surface of the receiving hole 5 are in close contact, the top wall 9 faces the first pad side surface 1, and wherein the respective receiving holes 5 are configured to receive a portion of the corresponding elastic module 7 of the elastic base pad 4 to restrain movement of the elastic module in a lateral direction.
Since the second pad-side surface 2 of the pad body 3 of the elastic module balance pad is formed with a plurality of receiving holes 5 arranged at intervals and extending toward the inside of the pad body, and the protective pad 8 is laid over and connected to the second pad-side surface 2 and recessed into each receiving hole 5, and at the same time, the side wall 11 of the portion of the protective pad 8 recessed into the receiving holes 5 and the inner surface of the receiving holes 5 are in fitting connection, so that each receiving hole 5 can be used to receive a portion of the corresponding elastic module of the elastic base pad to restrain the movement of the elastic module in the lateral direction, the elastic module balance pad 10 can be laid over the elastic base pad 4 having a plurality of elastic modules 7 when assembled to form the elastic pad 12, and a portion of each elastic module 7 can be received into the corresponding receiving hole 5 and brought into contact with the portion of the protective pad 8 recessed into the receiving hole 5, at this time, the portion of the protective pad 8 recessed into the receiving hole 5 can prevent a portion of the elastic module 7 from coming into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5, thereby forming good protection of the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5, and at the same time, the portion of the elastic module 7 can be effectively restrained from moving in the lateral direction to prevent the elastic module from being inclined in parallel to effectively. The protection liner 8 can not only protect the second pad side surface 2 of the pad body 3 well, but also connect the second pad side surface 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the receiving hole 5 together in the transverse direction to limit the pad body in the transverse direction, so as to prevent the pad body 3 from pulling and shifting in the transverse direction under the action of the elastic module 7, which can further restrict the movement of the elastic module 7 in the transverse direction through the pad body 3. In addition, when a portion of the elastic module 7 positioned in the accommodation hole 5 contacts the ceiling 9, the ceiling 9 may also limit the elastic module 7, preventing the elastic module 7 from moving in the axial direction of the accommodation hole 5. Therefore, when the elastic module 7 balance pad is laid on the elastic base pad, the movement of each elastic module in the transverse direction is restrained, so that the stability of the elastic pad under pressure can be effectively improved, and the elastic pad has better comfort.
In addition, the elastic module balance pad can be used for manufacturing an elastic pad of furniture.
In addition, in this elastic module balance pad 10, the receiving hole 5 may be a counterbore, that is, the receiving hole 5 extends toward the inside of the pad body 3 but does not extend through the first pad side surface 1, and at this time, the dome 9 may be coupled with a dome of the counterbore to enhance the strength of the dome to prevent the elastic module 7 from moving in the axial direction of the receiving hole 5. Alternatively, the receiving hole 5 may extend through the thickness of the cushion body 3, i.e., from the second cushion-side surface 2 to the first cushion-side surface 1, so that the receiving hole 5 may receive a portion of the elastic module 7 as much as possible.
Further, the ceiling wall 9 may be located at any suitable position of the accommodation hole 5 in the accommodation hole 5 along the axial direction of the accommodation hole 5 as long as a part of the elastic module 7 can be allowed to enter the accommodation hole 5. For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, the receiving hole 5 penetrates through the thickness of the cushion body, the ceiling wall 9 is provided at the aperture of the receiving hole 5 at the first cushion side surface 1, and the outer surface of the ceiling wall 9 is flush with the first cushion side surface 1, so that a part of the elastic module 7 can be allowed to protrude more into the receiving hole 5, thereby enabling better restraint of the movement of the elastic module 7 in the lateral direction, and in addition, since the outer surface of the ceiling wall 9 is flush with the first cushion side surface 1, it is possible to avoid forming a pit on the first cushion side surface 1 due to the presence of the receiving hole 5, which improves the flatness of the first cushion side surface 1.
In addition, in this elastic module balance pad 10, the protection liner 8 may be bonded, ultrasonically welded, velcro-type connected, or connected by other means on the second pad side surface 2. In addition, the protective liner 8 may be a single layer, or may be a laminated multilayer.
In addition, in the elastic module balance pad 10, the cross-sectional dimension of the accommodation hole 5 may be the same in the axial direction of the accommodation hole, that is, a constant diameter hole, so that a part of the elastic module 7 may abut on the ceiling wall 9 after entering into the accommodation hole 5. 9, the cross-sectional size of the accommodation hole 5 is gradually enlarged in a direction from the first pad side surface 1 to the second pad side surface 2 to form a frustum hole, so that the top wall 9 can cover a small-sized port of the frustum hole since the cross-sectional size of the frustum hole is gradually reduced in a direction toward the first pad side surface 1. In practical use, a portion of the elastic module 7 may abut against the tapered inner circumferential surface of the accommodation hole 5 after entering the accommodation hole 5. Alternatively, the elastic module 7 may be formed as a frustum body whose conical slope may be the same as that of the receiving hole 5 in match with the frustum hole, so that a part of the frustum body may be conically fitted in the frustum hole with shape fitting, thereby forming conical fitting therebetween, so that a part of the elastic module 7 may be more stably and reliably fitted in the receiving hole 5, thereby allowing the elastic module balance pad 10 to provide more stable and reliable restraint to the elastic module 7. In addition, the receiving hole 5 may be a square hole, or may also be a circular hole, for example, a square table hole or a circular table hole.
In addition, the shape of the recessed portion and the shape of the accommodation hole 5 conform to each other, so that the side wall of the recessed portion can more completely conform to the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole 5.
In addition, in the elastic module balance pad 10, the pad body 3 may not have elasticity, for example, it may be a plastic thin plate, and the protection lining 8 may be a plastic cloth with a predetermined thickness, which may be adhesively laid on one side plate surface of the plastic thin plate and recessed into the receiving hole 5. Alternatively, the cushion body 3 is an elastic body, and the protective liner 8 is a flexible sheet, so that the flexible sheet can be laid on the second cushion-side surface 2 of the elastic body by adhesive or ultrasonic welding and recessed into the receiving hole 5. Like this, after the elastomer is laid in order to form cushion 12 on elastic base pad 4, when the cushion receives pressure, elasticity module 7 will be compressed correspondingly in order to provide the support, at this moment, because fill up body 3 is the elastomer, and protection lining 8 is the flexible piece, fill up body 3 will take place corresponding elastic deformation in order to provide the buffering, corresponding deformation also takes place for the flexible piece correspondingly, thereby can further restrain the motion of each elasticity module 7 in the transverse direction, promote the stationarity of cushion 12 when receiving pressure effectively, make cushion 12 have better comfort level.
In addition, the elastic body may have various types, for example, one type of the elastic body may be a silicone body, or another type of the elastic body may be a sponge body, for example, a sponge body having a high elastic property, which is easily molded into a desired shape, is low in cost, and is easily breathable.
Furthermore, the present invention provides an elastic pad, and referring to fig. 10, the elastic pad 12 comprises an elastic base pad 4 and an elastic module balance pad 10 as described in any of the above, wherein the elastic base pad 4 comprises a plurality of elastic modules 7, wherein the elastic module balance pad 10 is laid on the elastic base pad 4, and a portion of each elastic module 7 is accommodated and positioned in a respective corresponding accommodation hole 5, wherein the accommodation holes 5 are capable of restraining the movement of the elastic modules 7 in the lateral direction. Therefore, as mentioned above, when the elastic module balance pad is laid on the elastic base pad, the movement of each elastic module in the transverse direction is restrained, so that the stability of the elastic pad under pressure can be effectively improved, and the elastic pad has better comfort.
Further, the elastic module 7 may have various shapes, for example, the elastic module 7 may have a cylindrical, circular truncated, or columnar shape. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the elastic module 7 is truncated cone-shaped and is received in the receiving hole 5 in the form of a truncated cone hole in a form-fitting manner, so that the truncated cone-shaped elastic module 7 has the same taper slope as the tapered hole-shaped receiving hole 5, thereby forming a form-fitting tapered fit therebetween, so that a part of the elastic module 7 can be more stably and reliably fitted in the receiving hole 5, thereby enabling the elastic module balance pad 10 to provide more stable and reliable restraint to the elastic module 7.
In addition, the elastic block 7 may have various types, for example, the elastic block 7 may be a columnar elastic block such as a rubber block. Alternatively, the spring module 7 may comprise a spring support 14 and a conical spring 15 arranged in the spring support 14, in which case the elastic base pad 4 may comprise a foldable mounting frame, and the spring support 14 is used for detachably mounting the spring module 7 to the foldable mounting frame. In this way, a plurality of spring modules 7 can be mounted to the foldable mounting frame by means of respective spring brackets 14, and then the spring module balancing pads 10 can be laid on the respective spring modules 7 so that a portion of the respective spring modules 7 enters into a position located in the respective receiving holes 5. When the elastic module balance pad 10 needs to be disassembled, the elastic modules 7 are disassembled from the foldable mounting frame and are sequentially sleeved and stacked together, and then the foldable mounting frame is folded, so that the elastic pad 12 can be easily disassembled, and the disassembled elastic modules can be compressed or stacked and nested together, thereby greatly saving the storage and transportation space and being easy to clean.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the elastic pad 12 further includes a cover 13, and the cover 13 covers the elastic module balance pad 10 and wraps at least a portion of the elastic base pad 4 and the elastic module balance pad 10. For example, the elastic base pad 4 and the elastic module balance pad 10 may be integrally wrapped, thereby enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the elastic pad 12. The cover 13 may wrap at least a portion of the elastic base pad 4 and the elastic modular balance pad 10 by a detachable connection structure such as a zipper or velcro.
Furthermore, the present invention provides an item of furniture comprising an elastic pad 12 as described in any of the above. Including but not limited to mattresses, sofas, chairs, sofa beds, soft-packed benches, and the like.
