Based on the above description of the system architecture, the interaction flow of the intelligent interaction method according to the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4a to 8 and specific examples.
And S1, synchronously displaying the conference content by the first display equipment and the second display equipment.
Specifically, if a meeting is a planned meeting, the meeting and the meeting agenda are usually already established before the meeting is started, and before the meeting is started, the meeting agenda can be displayed by using the second display device 102. After the conference starts, the first display device 101 and the second display device 102 synchronously display conference content, the second display device 102 and the first display device 101 synchronously display, auxiliary display can be carried out through a table board or other auxiliary screens arranged in front of each participant, and important information in the conference is prevented from being missed due to the fact that the conference PPT content is far away from the participant. In this example, the first display screen is a touch display screen, and the first display device 101 is a conference whiteboard.
And S2, the first display device responds to the first operation of the conference speaker to select the conference content and display a sharing window, wherein the sharing window comprises screen marks representing all the second display devices in the conference hall.
Specifically, in some cases, when the conference progresses to a certain stage, conference content related to a certain participant in the conference is related to a certain participant, for example, the participant includes a first item department representative, a second item department representative, a product department representative, a market department representative, and the like, the first item department and the second item department respectively load two parts in a project, the conference host currently speaks the project development content related to the first item department, the part of the content is related to the development content modification direction of the part of the project because the part of the content is closely related to the work of the first item department, the host recommends the participant in the first item department to further study and modify the related part, or the participant in the first item department can store a backup for further use, and if the whole conference PPT is transmitted to the participant in the first item department after the conference, the participant is inconvenient to use in a targeted manner. In the application, a conference host can select specific contents related to the conference at present and share the contents in a targeted manner.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4a, for example, the currently displayed conference content is 5 rows and 12 columns of letters as shown in the figure, and a rectangular frame including 2 nd to 4 th rows and 4 th to 10 th columns of content can be drawn on the first display screen on the first display device 101 by using a finger or a stylus to select a part of the content in the current PPT page.
Referring to fig. 4b, after selecting the conference content, the first display device 101 displays the sharing window, for example, if a closed frame is continuously drawn on the first display screen as a first operation for indicating the selection, when the finger or the stylus is away from the first display screen and a closed area has been drawn, it is determined that the content to be selected has been selected and the display of the sharing window is triggered. The display position of the shared window is not specifically limited, for example, when the shared window is displayed, as shown in fig. 4b, the interface of the currently displayed content may be temporarily hidden, the selected content and the shared window are displayed in parallel in the first display screen of the first display device 101, or the entire screen display area is divided into a first area and a second area smaller than the first area, the first area displays the selected content and displays the shared window in the second area, or the interface where the selected content is located may be normally displayed, and the shared window is displayed in a part of the area on the interface in an image overlapping manner.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4c, the shared window includes screen marks representing all the second display devices 102 in the conference hall, for example, the second display devices 102 corresponding to each participant are sorted by serial numbers, the screen marks are the serial numbers corresponding to the second display devices 102, this is only exemplary, and the screen marks may be in any form, such as screen names, screen IDs, etc., as long as the screen marks can be used to uniquely represent each second display device 102.
And S3, the first display equipment selects at least one second display equipment based on the second operation of the conference speaker, and sends the selected conference content to the selected second display equipment.
Specifically, as shown with continued reference to fig. 4c, after selecting the conference content and displaying the shared window in response to the first operation of the conference host, the selected conference content may be selected through the touch points and the selected content is dragged into the shared window by a finger or a user, and a selection option is initiated, that is, when each screen mark in the shared window becomes a selectable state after being dragged into the shared window, at this time, at least one second display device may be selected through a second operation of the conference host, for example, a touch click, and the selected conference content may be transmitted to the selected second display device 102 after the selection is successful, for example, by clicking a "ok" or "apply" button in the shared window. When the content is only required to be sent to one second display device, for example, only the first item part is required to be sent to the second display device 102 in front of the person, only the screen mark corresponding to the second display device 102 needs to be selected, and if a plurality of persons are required to receive the content, the plurality of screen marks are continuously clicked and the "confirm" or "apply" button is clicked, which is not described herein again.
The specific content sending process may be performed through communication between the first communication unit and the second communication unit, and the specific process is not described herein again.
Through the arrangement, the conference content is synchronously displayed through the auxiliary effect of the second display equipment in the conference process, and when the important content and one or a plurality of participants need to be pertinently interacted in real time, the real-time deep interaction between a conference host and the participants is realized, and the interactive experience in the conference is improved.
During a conference, there may be a case that participants temporarily leave the conference, and important information of the conference may be missed in a time period of absence of the conference after leaving the conference.
In view of the above, the present application considers pushing meeting content during the period of the absent meeting to the departing participant with the aid of the second display device 102.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 8, when a participant leaves the conference during the conference, the method further includes: and S4, displaying the departure setting window by the second display device so as to enable the departure participant to set at least one keyword when the departure participant leaves the scene.
In particular, in the case where the conference issues have been determined and announced prior to the start of the conference, the participants know in advance the central idea of the local conference and therefore know, before leaving the conference, what subject matter will be involved after their departure. In this case, before leaving, the participant selects the departure button on the second display device 102, and a departure setting window is displayed on the second display screen of the second display device 102, where the button may be a physical button on the second display device 102 or a virtual touch button in the second display screen, and whether to set a keyword is selected in the departure setting window, and "yes" is clicked at this time.
Illustratively, the departure setting window includes, for example, a keyword setting menu in an inputtable form or a selectable form, so that the departure participant sets at least one keyword at the time of departure. For example, since the following conference subject is known, the departure participant may input a keyword that the participant wants to focus on through a virtual keyboard, or the second display device 102 may buffer the conference subject and the agenda displayed by the participant before the conference starts, and extract and store the keyword at each stage, and then the departure participant may select the keyword that the participant wants to focus on in the pull-down menu through a physical key or a virtual key for keyword setting.
After the keyword is input or selected, the setting can be completed by clicking a "confirm" button in the off-field setting window, which is not described herein again.
And S5, the second display equipment screens the follow-up conference content according to the keywords and stores the screened conference content.
After the keywords are set, after the participant leaves the field, the second display device 102 filters the subsequent conference content after leaving according to the set keywords, and stores the conference content obtained after filtering.
Further specifically, after the screening based on the set keyword is completed, the second display device 102 transmits a conference content push request to the terminal of the departure participant, and transmits the screened conference content to the terminal in response to the reception information from the terminal. For example, the participant may also input a user name of application software in the terminal 200 before the departure, the second display device 102 may communicate with a corresponding terminal based on the user name to send a conference content push request, after receiving the conference content push request, the second display device 102 prompts the application software entering the terminal 200 based on a message, if it is determined that subsequent conference content is received, the terminal 200 sends receiving information to the second display device 102, and the second display device 102 packages and sends the screened conference content to the terminal 200 of the departure participant in response to receiving the receiving information.
On the other hand, when the departure participant refuses to receive the push of the subsequent conference content through the application software on the terminal 200, because the screened conference content is already stored on the second display device 102, the departure participant can also view the content on the corresponding second display device 102 in the future, and for the conference content which is set with attention and is not sent after being screened, the reminding information is displayed on the second display device 102, so that the departure participant can send the screened conference content again by using the second display device 102 when necessary in the future. Of course, the sending process again will be to send a content pushing request to the terminal 200 through a selection operation on the second display device 102, and send the screened conference content in response to the received information, which is not described herein again.
If the conference is a temporary conference, the participants are not clear about the topic of the conference when participating in the conference, and in this case, when the participants leave, the participants cannot preset information in advance to extract the conference content which the participants want to pay attention to after leaving the conference.
In view of this, in further alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, when there are participants leaving the conference, the method further includes: and S4', the second display equipment displays the departure setting window, so that the departure participants can provide content pushing applications based on the departure setting window when leaving.
Specifically, when the participant leaves the field, the participant selects a departure button on the second display device 102, a departure setting window is displayed on the second display screen of the second display device 102, the button may be a physical button on the second display device 102 or a virtual touch button in the second display screen, whether a keyword is set in the departure setting window is selected, and then "no" is clicked.
When no keyword is set in the off-site setting window, whether a content push request menu is carried out or not is further displayed, and the off-site participant provides a content push application based on further selection of 'yes'.
And S5', the second display equipment responds to the content push application and pushes the subsequent conference content to the terminal of the off-site participant according to the preset time.
Further specifically, in order to avoid missing key information in the follow-up conference, under the condition that no keyword is set, the follow-up conference contents are sequentially stored according to the preset time segment, and the follow-up conference contents are pushed to the terminal 200 of the off-site participant according to the preset time in response to the content push request.
Further specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, step S5' further includes the following steps.
And S5' -1, the second display device responds to the content push application and stores the follow-up conference content in a segmented mode at preset time intervals.
The time interval of the segment storage, that is, a predetermined time interval, for example, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or the like, may be stored in the second display device 102 in advance. When the second display device 102 receives the content push application set by the departure participant, the content of the subsequent conference starts to be stored in segments according to a preset time interval after the departure participant leaves, and the purpose of this is to facilitate the next operation.
And S5' -2, the second display device summarizes the conference content in each period of time in a corresponding time interval to obtain summary information, and sends a content push request to the terminal in the time interval, wherein the content push request comprises the summary information.
Specifically, the second display device 102 summarizes each section of conference content while storing in segments to obtain summarized summary information, that is, summarizes the conference content, sends a content push request to the terminal in each time interval, and enables the off-site participant to determine whether each section of conference content is a content that the participant pays attention to and needs to further understand in time by carrying the summary information.
Through the setting, the conference content required by the departure participants can be quickly positioned as far as possible under the condition that the follow-up conference content is not known, the whole conference content does not need to be reviewed in a careless and purposeless time-wasting manner, great convenience is provided for the departure participants, and the interaction experience is improved.
And S5' -3, the second display device responds to the received information from the terminal and sends the conference content in each time interval to the terminal in the corresponding time interval.
When seeing the message prompt of the terminal 200, the off-site participant can log in application software to check summary information of the conference content in each time interval, and determine whether to receive the conference content according to the summary information, if so, the participant can send receiving information to the corresponding second display device 102 by clicking a 'confirm' button, and the second display device 102 will respond to the receiving information to send the conference content in each time interval to the terminal in the corresponding time interval.
On the other hand, when the departure participant refuses to receive the push of the subsequent conference passage through the application software on the terminal 200, because the subsequent conference contents are already stored in segments on the second display device 102, the departure participant can also view the contents on the corresponding second display device 102 in the future, and for the conference contents which are not sent but have the content push application set on the second display device 102, the reminder information is displayed so that the departure participant can send the conference contents again by using the second display device 102 when the departure participant needs to follow up. Of course, the sending process again will be to send a content pushing request to the terminal 200 through a selection operation on the second display device 102, and send the screened conference content in response to the received information, which is not described herein again.
In other alternative embodiments, when a participant leaves the field and the conference host has content that requires special attention from the participant, the conference host may push at least a portion of the conference content directly through communication between the first display device 101 and the second display device 102 based on operations on the first display device 101.
