The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
when the quick-mounting photovoltaic junction box is used, firstly, the wire holder 300 is disassembled in the hole position of the surface of the control plate on the inner wall of the main junction box 200 through the surface pins of the electrode pin holder 310, the protective shell 100 is sleeved on the surface of the main junction box 200, the elastic abutting buckle 210 is clamped with the bayonet groove 110 to fix the protective shell 100, the main junction box 200 and the wire holder 300 are protected inside through the protective shell 100 to avoid damage such as external impact, the structural rigidity is improved, the sleeved structure of the protective shell 100 and the main junction box 200 is convenient to disassemble, the hole position of the surface of the protective shell 100 is aligned with each wire holder 300, and thus the hole position of the surface of the wire holder 300 is exposed for wiring; the plug base 410 is jointed with the cable conductor and can be spliced with the wire holder 300 after protection, when the wire holder 300 is inserted, free deflection is carried out through the butting of a splicing inclined plane and the surface of the wire holder 300, after the splicing is finished, the arrangement of a flexible conduit and a spring pushes the first connecting buckle 422 and the second connecting buckle 423 to deflect and reset in stable locking in daily use, the first connecting buckle 422 and the second connecting buckle 423 are driven to deviate from each other by a permanent magnet block with the surface repulsive force of the first connecting buckle 422 and the second connecting buckle 423, further deflection motion is conducted out of the outer side of the plug base 410, the situation that the locking plug mechanism 400 and the wire holder 300 are connected and separated due to the free deflection of the first connecting buckle 422 and the second connecting buckle 423 is avoided, the U-shaped clamping grooves on the surfaces of the first connecting buckle 422 and the second connecting buckle 423 are meshed with the surface of the wire holder 300, the surface of the plug base 410 is tightly butted with the surface of the wire holder 300, the quick connection of the wire terminal is realized through the splicing of the locking plug mechanism 400, the multi-splicing module effectively improves the convenience of the main wiring box 200, and the convenience of the maintenance operation is easy.
