When the modular sewing machine operates, the cloth-stabbing and thread-picking drive source 31, the tooth-lifting and thread-hooking drive source 41 and the cloth-feeding drive source 51 all act, the cloth-stabbing and thread-picking drive source 31 drives the needle rod 32 to reciprocate up and down through the cloth-stabbing and thread-picking transmission mechanism, and the needle rod 32 drives the machine needle 33 to reciprocate up and down to execute cloth-stabbing action; the upper thread passes through the take-up lever 34, and the cloth pricking and take-up driving source 31 drives the take-up lever 34 to swing up and down in a reciprocating manner through the cloth pricking and take-up transmission mechanism to execute a take-up action; the tooth lifting and thread hooking driving source 41 drives the rotating shuttle 42 to rotate through the tooth lifting and thread hooking transmission mechanism to carry out thread hooking action; the tooth lifting hook wire driving source 41 drives the tooth lifting connecting part 101 to reciprocate up and down through the tooth lifting hook wire transmission mechanism, and the tooth lifting connecting part 101 drives the tooth frame 10 and the cloth feeding tooth 20 to reciprocate up and down together to perform tooth lifting action; the feed driving source 51 drives the tooth frame base 52 to move through the feed transmission mechanism, and the tooth frame base 52 drives the tooth frame 10 and the feed dog 20 to reciprocate back and forth together to perform a feed operation. Thus, the cloth-stabbing and thread-taking module 30, the tooth-lifting and thread-hooking module 40 and the cloth-feeding module 50 cooperate to complete sewing. Particularly, the bur cloth taking-up module 30, the lifting tooth hooking module 40 and the cloth feeding module 50 are functional modules of the sewing machine, the bur cloth taking-up module 30, the lifting tooth hooking module 40 and the cloth feeding module 50 in the present application are modularized, each functional module is driven by an independent driving source, so that the bur cloth taking-up module 30, the lifting tooth hooking module 40 and the cloth feeding module 50 are independent and do not interfere with each other, a transmission structure between the upper shaft 35 and other functional modules in the original sewing machine is cancelled, on one hand, a transmission chain of each functional module is shortened, the problems of vibration, noise and the like caused by overlong transmission chain are avoided, on the other hand, the relative motion time sequence and motion rule of each functional module can be adjusted, for example, the morning and evening of the thread hooking time of the rotary shuttle 42 relative to the machine needle 33 and the motion track of the cloth feeding tooth 20 can be adjusted, and therefore, the sewing adaptability is greatly improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the modular sewing machine further includes an auxiliary function module 60, the auxiliary function module 60 is independent from the cloth-stabbing and thread-picking module 30, the tooth-lifting and thread-hooking module 40 and the cloth-feeding module 50, that is, the auxiliary function module 60 is independent from and does not interfere with the cloth-stabbing and thread-picking module 30, the tooth-lifting and thread-hooking module 40 and the cloth-feeding module 50, the function of the auxiliary function module 60 is independent from the cloth-stabbing and thread-picking module 30, the tooth-lifting and thread-hooking module 40 and the cloth-feeding module 50, and the auxiliary function module 60 can implement various predetermined sewing execution actions, such as presser foot lifting, thread cutting, presser foot 621 pressure adjustment, thread loosening and the like. Therefore, the auxiliary function module 60 includes an auxiliary drive source 65 independent of the pick-up drive source 31, the pick-up drive source 41, and the feed drive source 51, an end actuator, and an intermediate transmission mechanism, and the auxiliary drive source 65 is connected to the end actuator through the intermediate transmission mechanism. In this embodiment, the auxiliary function module 60 is used to perform a presser foot lifting action and a thread trimming action; based on this, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the terminal actuating member includes a thread trimming member 61 and a presser foot lifting member 62, and the intermediate transmission mechanism includes a thread trimming transmission mechanism 63 connected between an auxiliary driving source 65 and the thread trimming member 61, and a presser foot lifting mechanism 64 connected between the auxiliary driving source 65 and the presser foot lifting member 62.
Preferably, the auxiliary driving source 65 is a motor, and the motor constituting the auxiliary driving source 65 is a biaxial motor.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the thread cutting assembly 61 includes a fixed cutter 611 fixed in position and a rotatable movable cutter 612, the thread cutting transmission mechanism 63 includes a thread cutting cam 631 fixed on a motor shaft on the left side of the auxiliary driving source 65, a thread cutting roller 632, a first thread cutting crank 633 rotatably supported in the sewing machine housing and extending left and right, a first thread cutting crank 634 fixed on the left end of the first thread cutting crank 633, a thread cutting slider 635, a second thread cutting crank 636 rotatably supported in the sewing machine housing and extending left and right, a second thread cutting crank 637 fixed on the left end of the second thread cutting crank 636, a thread cutting connecting rod 638 and a movable cutter holder 639, the first thread cutting driving arm is integrally extended from the right end of the first thread cutting crank 633, the thread cutting roller 632 is rotatably mounted on the first thread cutting driving arm and is in contact fit with the thread cutting cam, the second thread cutting crank 637 is integrally extended from the right end of the second thread cutting crank 636, the thread cutting slide driving arm 635 is hinged to the first thread cutting crank driving arm and is in slide fit with the thread cutting crank 631 extending left and right and the movable cutter holder 639. In addition, the contour surface of the trimming cam 631 in contact with and engaged with the trimming roller 632 includes a first reducing driving section and a first avoiding section, and the first avoiding section may be an equal diameter surface.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the presser foot lifting member 62 includes a presser foot 621 capable of moving up and down, the presser foot lifting mechanism 64 includes a presser foot lifting cam 641 fixed on a motor shaft on the right side of the auxiliary drive source 65, a presser foot lifting roller 642, a presser foot lifting drive shaft 643 rotatably supported in the sewing machine housing and extending left and right, a presser foot lifting crank 644 fixed on the right end of the presser foot lifting drive shaft 643, a first pull rod 645 extending up and down, a right lever 646 having a first fixed swing fulcrum, a second pull rod 647 extending left and right, a left lever 648 having a second fixed swing fulcrum, a presser foot lifting plate 649, a presser bar guide 6410, and a presser bar 6411 extending up and down, a presser foot lifting drive arm 643 is integrally extended from the left end of the presser foot lifting drive shaft 643, the presser foot roller 642 is rotatably mounted on the presser foot lifting drive arm and in contact with the presser foot lifting cam 621, both ends of the first pull rod are respectively hinged with the presser foot lifting crank 644 and the right lever 6411, both ends of the second pull rod 647 are respectively hinged with the right lever crank 646 and the left lever 6410, the presser foot lifting guide 6411 is mounted on the presser foot lift lever, the presser foot lift lever guide 6410, the upper end of the presser foot is mounted on the presser foot lift lever 6411, and the presser bar is connected with the presser bar 6411, and the presser bar guide 6410, and the presser bar is mounted on the presser bar guide 6411, and the presser bar 6411, the presser bar is mounted on the presser foot lifting bar. In addition, the profile surface of the presser foot lifting cam 641, which is in contact fit with the presser foot lifting roller 642, includes a second reducing driving section and a second avoiding section, and the second avoiding section may be a groove.
When the auxiliary function module 60 executes the thread trimming action, the auxiliary driving source 65 acts to drive the thread trimming cam 631 and the presser foot lifting cam 641 to rotate together; the first reducing driving section on the trimming cam 631 is in contact fit with the trimming roller 632 to push the first trimming crank shaft 633 to swing, and then push the second trimming crank shaft 636 to swing through the first trimming crank 634 and the trimming slider 635, and then drive the movable knife holder 639 and the movable knife 612 to rotate through the second trimming crank 637 and the trimming connecting rod 638, so that the movable knife 612 rotates in a direction close to the fixed knife 611, and the movable knife 612 engages with the fixed knife 611 to cut a suture, thereby performing a trimming operation; in this process, the second avoiding section on the presser foot lifting cam 641 is matched with the presser foot lifting roller 642, so that the presser foot lifting driving shaft 643 is not pushed to swing, and the presser foot 621 is not lifted upwards, thereby avoiding interference on the presser foot lifting mechanism 64.
When the auxiliary function module 60 executes the presser foot lifting action, the auxiliary driving source 65 acts to drive the trimming cam 631 and the presser foot lifting cam 641 to rotate together; the second reducing driving section on the presser foot lifting cam 641 is in contact fit with the presser foot lifting roller 642 to push the presser foot lifting driving shaft 643 to swing, so that the right lever 646 is driven to rotate around a first fixed swing fulcrum through the presser foot lifting crank 644 and the first pull rod 645, the left lever 648 is driven to rotate around a second fixed swing fulcrum through the right lever 646 and the second pull rod 647, the presser foot lifting plate 649 is pulled upwards, the press rod guide frame 6410, the press rod 6411 and the presser foot 621 are driven to move upwards, and therefore the presser foot lifting action is executed; in this process, the first avoiding section of the trimming cam 631 cooperates with the trimming roller 632, and the first trimming crank shaft 633 is not pushed to swing, so the movable knife 612 does not rotate, and the interference to the trimming transmission mechanism 63 is avoided.
Further, the cloth-pricking and thread-taking-up driving source 31 is a motor; as shown in fig. 4, the pick-up transmission mechanism includes an upper shaft 35 driven to rotate by the pick-up driving source 31, a needle bar crank 36 fixed to the left end of the upper shaft 35, a pick-up transmission shaft 37, a link mechanism, and a crank slider mechanism, the upper shaft 35 extends left and right, the right end of the upper shaft 35 is connected to the motor shaft of the pick-up driving source 31 through a coupling, the pick-up transmission shaft 37 has a first shaft portion eccentric to the upper shaft 35 and a second shaft portion eccentric to the first shaft portion, the second shaft portion is also eccentric to the upper shaft 35, the first shaft portion is fixed to the needle bar crank 36 and connected to the pick-up lever 34 through the link mechanism, and the second shaft portion is connected to the needle bar 32 through the crank slider mechanism. The upper shaft 35 is driven by the needle bar picking drive source 31 to rotate, the upper shaft 35 drives the needle bar crank 36 and the needle bar picking transmission shaft 37 to rotate together around the central axis of the upper shaft 35, the needle bar picking transmission shaft 37 drives the thread picking rod 34 to swing up and down in a reciprocating manner through the link mechanism to perform a picking action, the needle bar 32 is driven by the needle bar picking transmission shaft 37 to move up and down in a reciprocating manner through the crank-slider mechanism, and the needle bar 32 drives the machine needle 33 to move up and down in a reciprocating manner to perform a needle bar puncturing action. The structure of the crank slider mechanism can be seen in the sewing machine disclosed in the Chinese invention patent application with the application number of 202010307710.4.
Further, the tooth lifting and thread hooking driving source 41 is a motor; as shown in fig. 5, the feed dog thread transmission mechanism includes a lower shaft 44 and a feed dog shaft 45 both rotatably supported in the sewing machine housing, a shaft transmission unit connected between the lower shaft 44 and the feed dog shaft 45, and a feed dog transmission unit connected between the feed dog shaft 45 and a feed dog connecting portion 101 of the feed dog frame 10, the lower shaft 44 and the feed dog shaft 45 both extending left and right, the shaft transmission unit making a rotation speed ratio of the lower shaft 44 to the feed dog shaft 45 to be 2, and a rotary hook 42 fixed to a left end of the lower shaft 44. Preferably, a motor shaft of the feed lifting tooth hooking driving source 41 is connected with the right end of the feed lifting tooth shaft 45 through a coupler to directly drive the feed lifting tooth shaft 45 to rotate; the shaft transmission unit includes a first pulley 47 fixed to the lower shaft 44, a second pulley 48 fixed to the feed lifting shaft 45, and a transmission belt 49 connecting the first pulley 47 and the second pulley 48. The feed dog transmission unit includes a first feed dog eccentric 412 fixed to the left end of the feed dog shaft 45, and a first feed dog connecting rod 413, the first feed dog eccentric 412 has a first feed dog eccentric shaft portion eccentric to the feed dog shaft 45, one end of the first feed dog connecting rod 413 is rotatably mounted to the first feed dog eccentric shaft portion, and the other end is hinged to the feed dog connecting portion 101 of the dental articulator 10. When the feed lifting tooth thread hooking driving source 41 rotates, the feed lifting tooth shaft 45 is driven to rotate, and the feed lifting tooth shaft 45 drives the tooth frame 10 and the feed delivery tooth 20 to reciprocate up and down through the first feed lifting tooth eccentric wheel 412 and the first feed lifting tooth connecting rod 413 so as to perform feed lifting tooth action; meanwhile, the feed lifting shaft 45 drives the lower shaft 44 to rotate circumferentially around the central axis thereof through the shaft transmission unit, and the lower shaft 44 drives the rotating shuttle 42 to rotate so as to perform thread hooking action.
Further, the cloth feeding driving source 51 is a motor; as shown in fig. 6, the cloth feeding transmission mechanism includes a cloth feeding crank 53 having one end fixed to the motor shaft of the cloth feeding driving source 51, and a cloth feeding link 54, and both ends of the cloth feeding link 54 are respectively hinged to the other end of the cloth feeding crank 53 and the dental articulator holder 52. When the cloth feeding driving source 51 rotates, the cloth feeding crank 53 is driven to rotate, and the feed dog 10 and the feed dog 20 are driven to reciprocate back and forth by the cloth feeding link 54 and the feed dog seat 52, thereby performing a cloth feeding operation.
In the modular sewing machine, the thread hooking time of the rotary hook 42 relative to the needle 33 can be adjusted by adjusting the relative timing of the feed lifting hook driving source 41 and the stab-in and take-up driving source 31, so that the thread hooking time is earlier when sewing a thin material and later when sewing a thick material. The feed dog 20 performs a combined motion of up-down reciprocating movement and back-and-forth reciprocating movement, and the output rule of the feed driving source 51 relative to the feed lifting hook line driving source 41 is adjusted, so that the feed trajectory of the feed dog 20 can be changed, for example, an elliptical feed trajectory as shown in fig. 8a, a front triangular feed trajectory as shown in fig. 8b, a rear triangular feed trajectory as shown in fig. 8c, or a rectangular feed trajectory as shown in fig. 8d can be realized, wherein the elliptical feed trajectory and the front triangular feed trajectory are suitable for sewing thin materials and medium-thick materials, and the rear triangular feed trajectory and the rectangular feed trajectory are suitable for sewing thick materials.
Embodiment two of the modularized sewing machine
The second embodiment of the modular sewing machine is different from the first embodiment of the modular sewing machine only in that: the structure of the middle shaft transmission unit and the tooth lifting transmission unit of the tooth lifting thread hooking transmission mechanism are different. Specifically, in the second embodiment of the modular sewing machine, as shown in fig. 9, the shaft transmission unit includes a first gear 410 fixed on the feed lifting shaft 45 and a second gear 411 fixed on the lower shaft 44, the first gear 410 is engaged with the second gear 411, the right end of the feed lifting shaft 45 is fixedly connected to the motor shaft of the feed lifting hook driving source 41 through a coupling, and the feed lifting shaft 45 is directly driven to rotate by the feed lifting hook driving source 41. The feed dog transmission unit comprises a second feed dog eccentric wheel 414 fixed on the feed dog shaft 45, a second feed dog connecting rod 415, a feed dog transmission shaft 416 parallel to the feed dog shaft 45, a feed dog swing rod 417 fixed at one end of the feed dog transmission shaft 416, a feed dog crank 418 fixed at the other end of the feed dog transmission shaft 416, and a third feed dog connecting rod 419, wherein the second feed dog eccentric wheel 414 is provided with a second feed dog eccentric shaft part eccentric to the feed dog shaft 45, one end of the second feed dog connecting rod 415 is rotatably arranged on the second feed dog eccentric shaft part, the other end of the second feed dog connecting rod is hinged with the feed dog swing rod 417, and two ends of the third feed dog connecting rod 419 are respectively hinged with the feed dog crank 418 and the feed dog connecting part 101 of the tooth frame 10.
Modular sewing machine embodiment III
The third embodiment of the modular sewing machine is different from the second embodiment of the modular sewing machine only in that: the structures of the tooth lifting transmission units in the tooth lifting hook line transmission mechanism are different, and mainly the connection structures between the tooth lifting transmission shaft 416 and the tooth lifting connection part 101 of the tooth rack 10 are different. Specifically, in the third embodiment of the modular sewing machine, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the lift tooth transmission unit includes a second lift tooth eccentric wheel 414 fixed to the lift tooth shaft 45, a second lift tooth connecting rod 415, a lift tooth transmission shaft 416 parallel to the lift tooth shaft 45, a lift tooth swing rod 417 fixed to one end of the lift tooth transmission shaft 416, a lift tooth fork shaped crank 420 fixed to the other end of the lift tooth transmission shaft 416, and a lift tooth slider 421, the second lift tooth eccentric wheel 414 has a second lift tooth eccentric shaft portion eccentric to the lift tooth shaft 45, one end of the second lift tooth connecting rod 415 is rotatably mounted to the second lift tooth eccentric shaft portion, the other end is hinged to the lift tooth swing rod 417, a lift tooth sliding slot slidably fitted to the lift tooth slider 421 is formed in the lift tooth fork shaped crank 420, and the lift tooth slider 421 is hinged to the lift tooth connecting portion 101 of the handle 10.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

a cloth-pricking and thread-taking-up module (30): the needle bar comprises a cloth pricking and thread taking-up driving source (31), a needle bar (32) capable of moving up and down in a reciprocating manner, a machine needle (33) arranged at the lower end of the needle bar (32), a thread taking-up rod (34) capable of swinging up and down in a reciprocating manner, and a cloth pricking and thread taking-up transmission mechanism, wherein the cloth pricking and thread taking-up driving source (31) is connected with the needle bar (32) and the thread taking-up rod (34) through the cloth pricking and thread taking-up transmission mechanism;
a tooth lifting and hooking module (40): the tooth lifting hook wire driving device comprises a tooth lifting hook wire driving source (41), a rotatable rotating shuttle (42), a tooth lifting connecting part (101) arranged at one end of a tooth rack (10) and a tooth lifting hook wire transmission mechanism, wherein the tooth lifting hook wire driving source (41) is connected with the rotating shuttle (42) and the tooth lifting connecting part (101) of the tooth rack (10) through the tooth lifting hook wire transmission mechanism;
cloth feed module (50): the feed mechanism comprises a feed driving source (51), a tooth frame seat (52) connected with the other end of the tooth frame (10) and a feed transmission mechanism, wherein the feed driving source (51) is connected with the tooth frame seat (52) through the feed transmission mechanism;
the cloth pricking and picking module (30), the tooth lifting and hooking module (40) and the cloth feeding module (50) are three mutually independent functional modules, and the cloth pricking and picking drive source (31), the tooth lifting and hooking drive source (41) and the cloth feeding drive source (51) are three mutually independent drive sources.

The modular sewing machine of claim 1, wherein: the cloth lifting and taking-up device is characterized by further comprising an auxiliary function module (60) independent of the cloth lifting and taking-up module (30), the tooth lifting and hooking module (40) and the cloth feeding module (50), wherein the auxiliary function module (60) comprises an auxiliary driving source (65) independent of the cloth lifting and taking-up driving source (31), the tooth lifting and hooking driving source (41) and the cloth feeding driving source (51), a terminal execution part and an intermediate transmission mechanism, and the auxiliary driving source (65) is connected with the terminal execution part through the intermediate transmission mechanism.

The modular sewing machine of claim 2, wherein: the terminal actuating component comprises a thread cutting component (61) and a foot lifting component (62), and the intermediate transmission mechanism comprises a thread cutting transmission mechanism (63) connected between an auxiliary driving source (65) and the thread cutting component (61) and a foot lifting mechanism (64) connected between the auxiliary driving source (65) and the foot lifting component (62).

The modular sewing machine of claim 3, wherein: the thread cutting component (61) comprises a fixed cutter (611) with a fixed position and a rotatable movable cutter (612), the thread cutting transmission mechanism (63) comprises a thread cutting cam (631) driven to rotate by an auxiliary drive source (65), a thread cutting roller (632), a first thread cutting crank shaft (633) rotatably supported in a sewing machine shell, a first thread cutting crank (634) fixed on the first thread cutting crank shaft (633), a thread cutting slider (635), a second thread cutting crank shaft (636) rotatably supported in the sewing machine shell, a second thread cutting crank (637) fixed on the second thread cutting crank shaft (636), a thread cutting connecting rod (638) and a movable cutter frame (639), a first thread cutting driving arm extends out of the first thread cutting crank shaft (633), the thread cutting roller (632) is rotatably mounted on the first thread cutting crank shaft and is in contact fit with the thread cutting cam (631), a second thread cutting driving arm extends out of the second thread cutting crank shaft (636), the thread cutting slider (635) is hinged with the first thread cutting crank shaft (634), the second thread cutting crank shaft (637) and the movable cutter (639) and is hinged with the movable cutter frame (639).

The modular sewing machine of claim 3, wherein: the presser foot lifting component (62) comprises a presser foot (621) capable of moving up and down, the presser foot lifting mechanism (64) comprises a presser foot lifting cam (641) driven by an auxiliary drive source (65) to rotate, a presser foot lifting roller (642), a presser foot lifting drive shaft (643) rotatably supported in a sewing machine shell, a presser foot lifting crank (644) fixed on the presser foot lifting drive shaft (643), a first pull rod (645), a right lever (646) with a first fixed swing fulcrum, a second pull rod (647), a left lever (648) with a second fixed swing fulcrum, a presser foot lifting plate (649), a press rod guide frame (6410) and a press rod (6411) extending up and down, a presser foot lifting drive arm extends out of the presser foot lifting drive shaft (643), the presser foot lifting roller (642) is rotatably mounted on the presser foot lifting drive arm and is in contact fit with the presser foot lifting cam (641), two ends of the first pull rod (645) are respectively hinged with the presser foot lifting crank (644) and the right lever (646) and the presser foot lifting lever guide frame (6411), two ends of the second pull rod (647) are respectively fixed with the left lever (648) and the left lever guide frame (6410), a hook part of the presser foot lifting rod (6411) is fixed on the presser foot lifting lever (6410), and a hook part of the presser foot lifting rod (6411) is fixed with the presser foot lifting lever (6410) respectively, the presser foot (621) is mounted at the lower end of the pressure lever (6411).
6. The modular sewing machine of claim 2, wherein: the auxiliary driving source (65) is a motor.

The modular sewing machine of claim 1, wherein: the cloth pricking and thread picking transmission mechanism comprises an upper shaft (35) driven to rotate by a cloth pricking and thread picking driving source (31), a needle rod crank (36) fixed on the upper shaft (35), a cloth pricking and thread picking transmission shaft (37), a connecting rod mechanism and a crank slider mechanism, wherein the cloth pricking and thread picking transmission shaft (37) is provided with a first shaft part eccentric to the upper shaft (35) and a second shaft part eccentric to the first shaft part, the first shaft part is fixed on the needle rod crank (36) and is connected with a thread picking rod (34) through the connecting rod mechanism, and the second shaft part is connected with the needle rod (32) through the crank slider mechanism.

The modular sewing machine of claim 1, wherein: the feed lifting hook line transmission mechanism comprises a lower shaft (44) and a feed lifting shaft (45) which are rotatably supported in a sewing machine shell, a shaft transmission unit connected between the lower shaft (44) and the feed lifting shaft (45), and a feed lifting transmission unit connected between the feed lifting shaft (45) and a feed lifting connection part (101) of a feed lifting frame (10), wherein the lower shaft (44) or the feed lifting shaft (45) is in transmission connection with a feed lifting hook line driving source (41) and is driven to rotate by the feed lifting hook line driving source (41), the shaft transmission unit enables the rotating speed ratio of the lower shaft (44) to the feed lifting hook line driving source (45) to be 2, and a rotating shuttle (42) is fixed at the end part of the lower shaft (44).

The modular sewing machine of claim 8, wherein: the shaft transmission unit comprises a first belt wheel (47) fixed on the lower shaft (44), a second belt wheel (48) fixed on the feed lifting shaft (45), and a transmission belt (49) connecting the first belt wheel (47) and the second belt wheel (48).
