The invention provides an automatic core-pulling and demoulding vertical filter plate handle injection molding mold (simply called a filter plate handle injection mold), which is used for omitting a shifting fork rocker arm type force-pulling core-pulling mechanism (simply called a shifting fork type force-pulling core-pulling mechanism) of an oil cylinder; the filter plate handle injection mold mainly comprises a fixed mold 8 (namely a handle right mold), a mold core of the fixed mold, a pouring system, a movable mold 6 (namely a handle left mold), a shifting fork type force-aid core pulling mechanism, an ejection device 7 and a built-in cooling system; the plastic injection molding machine has the functions of injection molding a processing-free filter plate handle and automatic core pulling and demoulding.
The movable mould 6, namely a left half mould with a mould core and an insert, is a module combined movable mould 6 and comprises a movable mould main body, a handle half mould (a mould capable of demoulding in the horizontal direction), a handle mould core, an insert and a movable mould positioning groove; the handle mold core and the insert comprise an upper drawing mold core 5 (namely an upper drawing handle mounting hole stepped column mold core) for vertically drawing core; the upper drawing mold core 5 is arranged on the fork-pulling type force-assisted core pulling mechanism; the movable mould 6 is arranged at the movable end of the injection molding equipment at the left side of the fixed mould 8 and is used for forming most of the three-dimensional model of the filter plate handle 10 under the auxiliary core-mounting of the shifting fork type force-aid core-pulling mechanism.
The fixed mould 8, namely the right half mould without a mould core and an insert, is an integral fixed mould 8 matched with the movable mould 6 and comprises a fixed mould main body, a half-handle mould (a mould capable of demoulding in the horizontal direction) and a movable mould positioning block; the half-grip model has a partial three-dimensional model of the injection molded filter plate grip 10; the fixed mould 8 is arranged at the fixed end of the injection molding equipment at the right side of the movable mould 6; for synthesizing a three-dimensional model identical to the filter plate handle 10 with the movable mold 6 and casting molten polypropylene.
The ejection device 7, namely an automatic ejection demoulding device for the injection molding piece of the filter plate handle 10 in the horizontal direction, comprises a mould stripping guide rod, an ejection rod, a reset spring and an ejection device seat, and is positioned at the left side of the movable mould 6; the device is used for automatically and horizontally ejecting an injection molding piece after vertical core pulling and mold opening, so that the injection molded filter plate handle 10 is demolded.
The pulling fork type force-borrowing core pulling mechanism mainly comprises a left core pulling mechanism component and a right core pulling mechanism component, and the two components are symmetrical in structure; the left part of the core pulling mechanism or the right part of the core pulling mechanism comprises a transmission shifting fork 1, a belt rocker shaft assembly 2, a linkage rod 3, a mold core seat 4, an upper drawing mold core 5 and a shifting fork push handle 9. The transmission shifting fork 1 is arranged at the outer end of the rocker shaft assembly 2, two ends of the linkage rod 3 are respectively and movably connected with the rocker and the mold core seat 4, the upper drawing mold core 5 is embedded on the mold core seat 4 to form a left part or a right part of the core pulling mechanism, and the transmission shifting fork 1 can rotate to drive the upper drawing mold core 5 to vertically move.
Final assembly of filter plate handle injection mold: the ejection device 7 is arranged at the moving end of the injection molding equipment, and the moving die 6 is arranged on the ejection device 7; the fixed mould 8 is arranged at the fixed end of the injection molding equipment corresponding to the movable mould 6 to form a filter plate handle injection mold main body; the concentric shaft box of the left part of the core pulling mechanism is arranged at the middle upper part of the left side of the movable die 6, and the transmission shifting fork 1 of the concentric shaft box is positioned outside the left side of the movable die 6; the right part of the core pulling mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the movable die 6, and the transmission shifting fork 1 of the core pulling mechanism is positioned outside the right side of the movable die 6; the double shifting fork push handle 9 is respectively embedded at the positions corresponding to the transmission shifting fork 1 at the two sides of the fixed mould 8, and the push-pull round rod of the shifting fork push handle 9 corresponds to the 60-degree included angle opening of the transmission shifting fork 1, so that a shifting fork type force-aid core pulling mechanism is formed; the special driving oil cylinder for core pulling is omitted, so that the main function of the original core pulling mechanism is still maintained.
The working process of the filter plate handle injection mold comprises the following steps: supported by the injection molding equipment; (1) die assembly and core assembly: the movable end of the injection molding equipment pushes the movable mold 6 to be matched with the fixed mold 8; simultaneously, the left part of the core pulling mechanism and the right part of the core pulling mechanism move forwards along with the moving die 6, and the pulling fork pushing handle 9 enters the 60-degree included angle opening of the transmission pulling fork 1 to push the transmission pulling fork 1 to positively rotate for 90 degrees for core installation; (2) injection molding: pressurizing and injecting molten polypropylene from an injection port 11 to fill a mold cavity; (3) cooling: the mold cavity is maintained pressure, and a cooling system is arranged in the mold cavity to cool the mold, the mold core and the insert; (4) die opening and core pulling: the moving end of the injection molding equipment pulls back the moving die 6: simultaneously, the left part of the core pulling mechanism and the right part of the core pulling mechanism move backwards along with the moving die 6, and the shifting fork push handle 9 enters the 60-degree included angle opening of the transmission shifting fork 1 to pull the transmission shifting fork 1 to reversely rotate for 90 degrees for core pulling, namely the upper drawing die core 5 of the double-handle mounting hole 101 is automatically pulled upwards; and (5) demolding: after the mold is opened and the core is pulled, the ejector 7 automatically and horizontally ejects the injection molded filter plate handle 10 (injection molded article) from the movable mold 6.
The filter plate handle 10, namely a filter plate sliding support handle without a handle seat blind hole of the filter press, has symmetrical double-sided structure, is injection molded by using the corresponding filter plate handle injection mold, and needs to loose core upwards in the vertical direction; (1) The filter plate handle 10 is provided with a handle mounting hole 101 (namely a handle mounting counter bore) in the vertical direction, an upper drawing mold core 5 of the handle mounting hole 101 is drawn upwards without obstruction, and the core is pulled by a pulling fork type force-assisted core pulling mechanism; (2) The filter plate handle 10 is provided with a cavity of the handle main body 102, a long hole of the handle mounting seat 103 and the like in the horizontal direction, and the model is demoulded by the horizontal ejection device 7; the filter plate handle 10 is free of machining and has two functions of supporting a filter plate and moving the filter plate.
The invention provides an automatic core-pulling and demoulding vertical filter plate handle injection molding die, which has the beneficial effects that: by creating a pulling fork type force-assisted core pulling mechanism, namely driving the pulling fork to drive the linkage rod 3 to automatically core the mechanism by means of the pulling force of the die opening, a special driving oil cylinder for core pulling is omitted, and the main function of the original core pulling mechanism is still maintained; the injection molding core pulling requirement of the handle 10 of the handle-free base blind hole type filter plate is met; the elements are omitted, the cost is reduced and the efficiency is improved.

An automatic core-pulling and demoulding vertical filter plate handle injection molding die comprises a fixed die, a die core, a pouring system, a movable die, a fork pulling type force-pulling core-pulling mechanism, an ejection device and a built-in cooling system;
