A bench as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the mounting plate is provided with a mounting groove and a driving groove which are communicated, the gear is embedded in the mounting groove, the rack is arranged in the driving groove in a penetrating mode, and the rack passes through the mounting groove and is meshed with the gear.
8. A bench as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that: and the mounting plate is provided with two clamping mechanisms and two driving mechanisms which are respectively used for driving different clamping mechanisms.
